Follow the light trails. In your own depths, where the light is scarse and the pressure is boneshattering, you have to shine of your own light and give birth to your own inner strength. There is a light somewhere that is yours and yours alone, a burning flame of fluid destiny that is lit for you to follow. But your eyes have to be open, your soul must know it. If they are and if it does...well, surrender to it and follow the light trail. Aren't you curious? To find out where it leads? To find out the shape of your essence?

Don't forget your B12 and your hydration

B12 is made by microorganisms that live on the earth. They can be found in wild waterstreams and on the soil. In the world we live in, we can't access thes microorganisms because our water is disinfected to avoid cholera and other shit and we don't eat grass from the earth or feces like gorillas and chimps

You can get it second hand from animal products but I can't do that anymore knowing what I know (health, enovironmental, social and ethical consequences of meat and fish consumption)

I am not #vegan 100% but that is my north star, I try to follow a #wholefoodsplantbased diet as much as possible because it is the best way to keep me healthy and the laziest way to make a positive contribution to society and environment

On the issue of feminism and modern men's loss of grounding.

I read somewhere that feminism for women has raised the bar for the kind of man they will settle for. And us men have to catch up on this bar by being more excellent.

First off, it isn't women's fault if men have been kinda lost since the advent of feminism.

Second, I don't think women really have raised that quality bar for them selves overall. They still get together with jerks, gangsters and abusive uninspired men in general, just because they still have their fundamental instinctual needs for romance and excitement not met buy the modern gentle overthinking metrosexual men (... well not JUST because of that of course, but you get the point).

And third... there is a bar that has been raised due to women's emancipation over the last century and I think that is only good for everyone.

Why should anybody in their right mind not want to be more excellent!? So thank you women.

Among other things feminism has allowed more sexual choice for everyone even if it confused all the generations of men after its arrival (not that women have it all figured out of course).

Female emancipation has been the catalyst of male emancipation too I believe, and the fact that is pushing us to more excellence is not a problem AT ALL but a resource and an incentive.
