This entire interaction, with no context, between Bob Dylan, Robbie Robertson, and a random old woman from “Eat The Document” has me dead
I had a dream last night that Joan Baez was in an art class with me and I had an intense crush on her and wanted to talk to her so bad but my anxious ass couldn't. So, I made a plan to lightly bump into her while getting our ceramics projects as like a "chance meeting" or whatever. But when I was going to do it, I got pushed by someone else on accident and I fucking plowed into Joan so hard that she crashed against the wall and it made all of the ceramics fall off the wall and onto her. Then she just turned and looked at me with the most shocked and confused face I've ever seen and went, "Well, aren't you going to say excuse me?" in the most chill tone ever and then just picked up her ceramic flower pot out of the rubble of broken ones and nonchalantly turned and went back to her seat as if I didn't just give her an actual concussion.
This video lives rent free in my head
Hello Beatles secret Santa recipient! I'm your secret Santa. I have a few ideas but wanted to make sure it will be something you enjoy.
I know your favorite is John and you're not into any ships in particular, but is something cute/shippy ok if it comes up? Just trying to narrow it down. Thanks!
Hey! :) Thanks so much for the message!
That's fine! Just go with whatever feels right!
How is the Last Waltz playing in all of your theaters, you guys are literally lucky as fuck. I'd KILL to be able to be able to see that shit on the big screen!
So I'm seeing a bunch of Bob and Robbie posting rn (and I love it so much), but specifically the bath tub incident for some reason? and now I'm so confused cus some people say it was a suicide attempt and other people say he was just really fucking high. can someone fill me in cus this is currently eating at my brain and I genuinely won't be able to think about anything else for the entire day
It is so funny to me that Bob was trying to end his shit by drowning himself in that bathtub and Robbie had to keep saving him over and over while The Beatles were in the other room just like “^_^ I can’t wait to hang out with Bob Dylan weeee”
when I paint my masterpiece (start my bob dylan doll collection)

Okay, but why does literally every single member of the band have names that sound fake in some way, like what?
Okay, I think that watching The Last Waltz is making me slowly obsessed with The Band, oh shit
Tag yourself in the last waltz . Im the fly in the beginning with robbie and scorsese
george harrison is the most beautiful man who ever lived. ever
And now and then
If we must start again
Well, we will know for sure
That I will love you
So I just sat here with my tea realising that we are, truly, the last generation that will ever get a new Beatles song.
I think that's a little something worth celebrating in these very dark times.
some of you are so insensible like, wtf?
yeah, paul mccartney is not 52 anymore, he grew older, and it's a BLESSING. because there are only two options: you either grow old or you die. thank GOD Paul is here, now, being able to record this song, unlike John, who we've lost a long time ago. We will never get old man John voice, and that's because he's not here. That sucks. I'd give a lot to have seen John grow older, even if just a little more. See his face change, his music and his voice too. It would have been a blessing.
be fucking greateful that paul and ringo are still here, doing this. rejoice on paul's older raw and real voice. it exists.
oh they all loved john so much. you can really see it shining through in the care they put into now and then, how every part they added just serves to elevate the preexisting track. how now, in 2023, they decided to go back and finish it because they wanted to make one last song with him even if it's decades later. you can really just feel all the love that went into it. i'm crying
