23.9.21 | Reading about animal vulnerability for my English literature class.
An appreciation post for all the coffees & teas I’ve lovingly consumed this year. There is something so healing about taking a small moment to enjoy a warm drink, especially when it feels like a hug in a mug. ☕️🤍
Study diaries (I am loving the freenotes app) … 💗🤍🍵🎧🌸🎟️📖💮🥡
I returned to Oxford yesterday and had two mock-exams today, one on Thucydides and the other was Ancient Greek. As that was a total of six hours, I did not get anything else done but I think the exams went well. I still have lots of work to do on the Thucydides module as I found it difficult.
I loved my fit today ‼️‼️
life has been so quiet lately

21.04.2025 // 8/30: Started reading the graphic novel of Watership Down on my off days and actually went outside while the sun was there. Today I continued my literary anthropology course. I'm still a bit confused about the central themes of the first lection because it was basically a recap of the whole enlightenment period in detail. I definitely have to take extra notes to get myself an overview.
22.04.2025 // 9/30: Had to travel to a doctors appointment so I didn't get to do much learning today. Continued my Erinnerungskultur course which was weirdly relaxing because it was all about the Asterix comics.
On this day, 28th January, in 1813, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen was published.
It was bound in three handsome volumes and priced at 18 shillings. Though it wasn’t an instant bestseller, its reputation soon began to grow.
