This body is totally imagined. As I sit here on the couch, with my eyes closed, I see images of the body, I feel sensations associated with it, and it all happens within my perception; thereās nothing external in it. I open my eyes, I look at my hands and feet, and these so-called parts of my so-called body are still images and sensations within my perception. I can separate them from the rest of my visual world and call them my body, but that separation is still an act of mind, and the images are always of a past, even if the past happened a nanosecond ago. Theyāre part of a movie of reality; theyāre not reality itself. Why would I believe that a movie on the mindās screen is real? Every time I try to focus on what is real about this body, itās gone, and the āIā who focuses is gone too.Ā
Thereās nothing solid. Not only the dream but even the dreamer is forever gone. And the dreamed bodyāI sit it, I stand it, I walk it, I feed it, I brush its teeth, I dress it in clothes, I put it to bed at night and lift it from bed in the morning, and none of that is real. Itās all a projection of mind. To imagine that there is anything outside the mind is pure delusion.
Even physical pain is imagined. When youāre asleep, does your body hurt? When youāre hurting, and the phone rings, and itās the call youāve been longing for and youāre mentally focused on the conversation, thereās no pain. If your thinking changes, the pain changes.

Hello! Iāve been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and Iāve noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefsābut I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter. Youāll want to read everythingāitās important.
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, itās because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldnāt shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didnāt work!
Thatās when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness. Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldnāt shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift backābut it didnāt work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And Iām sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
Thereās something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option. Thereās nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how I used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didnāt work because thatās how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these thingsābecause thatās what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasnāt letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didnāt let myself shift. Of course, it wasnāt the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing enough times before it switches you to your DR?
No. Itās you.
So, you have two choices:
Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but Iām going to explain why itās not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, youāve had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You werenāt born thinking you need methods to shiftāitās something that developed over time. Which means itās not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. Thereās NOTHING you can do in this oneāno intrusive thoughts or negative emotionsāthat can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what youāre aware of. Thatās literally it. Anything outside of that canāt stop you.
Yes, weāve all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, youāre not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You donāt go outside enough" (I legit read this on hereāy'all are wildinā). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :("? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
Iām pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
Iām a master shifter. I donāt need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because Iām in the 4D and pure consciousness.
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I wasāin my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight Iām going to shift, and I'm going to use X method. Because thatās not how you think or act when youāre a master shifter. I let goāwhy would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift?ādo you really, truly believe itās the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting. But shifting isnāt logical! It just happens! I have no idea whyāitās literally just magic to meābut thatās how it works.
So, you need to understand: You make it happen. Thatās a good thing, right? It means you donāt need methods, and you donāt need to keep searching for āthe key.ā
Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)

So I saw this and decided to give it a try too on a fun example š I woke up and my cat always walks away when I go to greet her in the morning and usually I'm like awww š„² but this time I imagined myself as my cat and thought about how much I loved Vanessa and wanted to snuggle with her lotsss. After getting into that knowing feeling, I let it go and forgot about it. Until now (like an hour later), when I'm trying to meditate and my cat is suddenly super loving on me and sitting on my lap which she hasn't done in ages š I was almost about to think it didn't work at first, cos right after I imagined and returned back to being Vanessa, my cat was going about her business as usual ignoring me lol. But I just ignored all that (both thoughts and the dream) and decided to let it go and not think about it anymore. I think that's key. Also not taking it seriously helps with letting go (it's all just a dream so do whatever and have fun, right?). But like help, I need to pee rn but I don't want to disturb her (I think she plans on napping on my lap) and I also don't want to undo her loving on me š«

To the anon asking about money so much. The so called money can happen in whichever way you want.
If youre anything like "my" bundle of thoughts you're in the part of infinity that likes to keep a smooth narrative. I woke up one day and instead of being relatively broke my coinbase account had $278k and I also had like $1.2 million in my brokerage account, as well as $12k in my regular bank account. I still had my apparent regular job, house, context, just more money. I did write all this down one night and decided Id wake up with such. Tbh, it's a non event and I no longer experience a bundle of thoughts that needs SUCH a smooth apparent narrative. This is just an example for you. Money is actually boring now...but I feel you and yes it is possible to "dream up" money in whichever way you want. You don't do it with your thoughts though...it's all like this imprint "within" so go within and find that "imprint" that is your entire "dream" imprint = that, " "
Also, don't even think about it from the bottom - up, this is a top - down thing. Everything works it self out accordingly. Dont bother with what "others" will think, it'll all work itself out from the top to the bottom. "You" are at the top...the rest is just a dream.

Hi Soph, It's D! :) where do I even start, I've had so many realizations, talking to mySelf. it has been nothing but the best, allowing my true Self to guide me, and not letting this persona block it out, like it has been doing for years now. the best thing I've experienced is, truly relying on mySelf. These are a couple of realizations that I'd like to share: - The characters are here to help YOU (self) experience things, the same way you are choosing this character over and over again you can choose a new one, because you are NOT the character, youāre Self, free from experiencing whatever, not bounded by a persona. - You are Self, thereās no convincing yourself you are it, you have always been it. - The world is an illusion, the people around you; everything - There is no such thing as 'struggling', everyoneās already realized, they just block Self out, well⦠their persona blocks Self out, to be precise. My advice would be just to surrender, let go, just BE. How has the dream been for you, Soph? sending lots of love your way. :))

What would you say to someone who's new to nd\av and doesn't wanna read too much to overconsume and just literally get it to the point ?
The pointers I'd share are:-
This person you believe yourself to be, is an illusion. The mind, and the body are unreal and illusory.
Experience is only ever through Awareness, and that awareness is what you are.
There is no listener of sound, just the sound. There is no one seeing, only the sight. There is no one feeling, only the felt. And this sound, sight, and what's felt is all awareness. It's all YOU. So senses are another illusion, just like your body.
There is no past and future. Only the NOW. Because Awareness always is. It never was, and never will be.
It's always THAT(awareness) experiencing THAT(Awareness). THAT(awareness) is the experience.
Everything you see around you, is just you in different forms. Call it whatever you want, consciousness, awareness, THAT, " ".
What you are, cannot be put into words. It's inexplicable.
This is something you will only believe in and understand on surface level for as long as you keep seeking, the moment when it all becomes clear and evident is when you go within and question the nature of your reality and ponder on these pointers.
This realisation is experience based, so experience it directly, by going within. KNOW yourself.
There is nothing to do. Just be. And observe everything around you, notice THAT. Notice the presence behind it all, the awareness behind this play going on, realise it's all YOU.
I think that's all I'd like to share because these are the key pointers that helped me when I was starting a month ago.

There is no thinker of the thoughts.
Everything is an illusion.
That's just the basics but trust me, that's all you need. JUST BE and GO WITHIN. Ask yourself questions, observe and notice. Do not get too indulged with the illusion, instead be aware and present as you notice yourself just being aware of it all. Rest in that awareness.

Ok, guys. I know you are tired of trying different methods in the hope one might work. I know a lot of you just want to shift to escape horrible circumstances. Please, listen to me and read everything carefully. I've been in your shoes and I know how frustating it all can be. I was into LoA a long time and was only able to manifest "small things" like weather changes, text messages etc. I got tired. I really did. I wanted to escape. I just wanted to live the life I deserved. "The life I deserved?" - But who is this "I" wanting this?
You are not who you think you are. My journey brought me to Non Dualism and made me realize that even Neville was limited to one point. But how can I be God and limitless if listen to someone who is still limiting in his belief? ND made me understand that I AM only awareness and I AM reality itself. Everything this body sees, feels, .. is just form of my consciousness. But the senses in them are not real and just a form of my consciousness too. So what am I if I am not the senses, the body or the seeming world around me? I AM the pure awareness being aware of it all. So I AM just aware of this seeming physical reality and the body. I am not going to deep into this philosophy but you have to understand that the body you think you are, the thoughts/doubts you have are NOT you. You are just aware of it all since you are awareness only. You don't have a name, age, gender and so on. You are just pure awareness. So here comes the main part: You as awareness started to identify with the body you are "wearing", acting like YOU are a human being but you are not. Stop identifying with it and you will be golden. Become aware of the person you are in your DR and stop identifying with the person you think you are now. Since you are only awareness you really are in your DR right now. Time does not exist so always be aware of what you want in the moment. Dismiss the senses. They don't belong to you anyway.
Now you know you are only pure awareness and not even the human you thought you were, why would you give attention to the physical reality around you? Don't react and stay indifferent. There's a quote in the Bible which Neville also mentioned in his book: "Be still and know I AM god." If someone is being mean to you, he is not being mean directly to you. He is being mean to the person you are not, right? So why react? You might be aware of it in the moment but you just keep being indifferent. Not your body, not your thoughts, not your problem. You don't react and just be aware of your DR instead because you are ALREADY there.
So the main points are:
Stop identifying with the person you think you are and become aware of the person you want to experience in your DR.
Stay indifferent to the seeming physical reality around you. You are already in your DR. NOW.
Oh, you don't have to persist in anything. This is not a loa blog. If you are aware of the heat of the sun in your DR right now. Guess what? you are aware of the person you are in your DR right in the moment and this means you as awareness did experience it for real. You are not bound to any physical body.

Guys, please read this carefully. You are not a human, you have never been a human! You are not the thoughts and not even the mind. You are 'looking' at yourself (the world) through the eyes of a human, but you are not the human. Self is just entertaining itself through a human. You are the whole seeming universe. Your body is the whole universe! The whole universe is your consciousness. You are every rock you see, every star in the sky, you are the fries you like to eat, you are your parents, you are even your favorite celebrity. You are everything you see. Every experience is just you. Every 'reality' is just you. Everything is just consciousness. That's why nothing is ever what it seems to be. Your dog may appear to you as your dog, but the source of the dog is your consciousness. Even the human body is a form of consciousness. Nothing will ever be separate from the real you, but you think you are a small person in such a big world. This is wrong. This only perpetuates the illusion of lack and separation.
When you become aware that you have a car, for example, and then ask yourself where it is in your physical reality, you create an illusion of lack for yourself. You identify with the body/mind that you are not. You limit your true nature. The false self is always aware of lack. Please stop putting the physical above the imagination. I've told you so many times that both are imaginary. Both are just forms of your consciousness. It is the senses that make you believe that the physical is real. But even the senses are only a form of your consciousness. Every form of consciousness is not what it seems to be. Only you as awareness are real. Return to the source. You will see for yourself that the imagination is the same as the physical reality.
It is just a shift in perspective.

Yes it does hurt, it's extremely uncomfortable! And here's why.
Growing up, toddlers are taught object permanence, meaning that whether an object can be sensed or not, it has no impact on it's existence. Before learning this, for example, the toddler's parent may leave the room, and now the toddler is stressed out and crying because now the parent doesn't exist to them. For the toddler, the only things that exists are the items in the room. This is why object permanence is taught, so you can know that things still exist even if you can't sense them with the 5 senses.
See how the 5 senses limit you? Your ego looks around at its surroundings and assumes that it doesn't have whatever it wants, but does it even see the full picture? The ego is stressed out, depressed, angry, whatever negative emotion you can think of, and it becomes like the toddler all over again.
"I can't see it, it doesn't exist!"
How can the ego really know if it doesn't exist? It's view is limited to whatever is directly surrounding it, such as the TV or couch, or whatever is in the same room! When there's a whole world, a whole universe out there that it's unaware of.
When you place so much importance on "seeing things physically" you've identified with ego and not as the limitless, infinite consciousness who already has everything and already is everything! Whatever your ego is experiencing right now is so small and insignificant and is literally ONE possibility out of billions, trillions, an infinite amount.

When you say shifting with intention, do you mean like when you set an intention to be aware of ur reality, you visualise? Because you talk about imagination and physical reality is the same and plus unless you can shift realities physically, i imagine it will be imagination so is it that or both?
An intention is simply a decision like buying a coffee to go. I usually go to bed, think about what I want to experience the next day, and if I feel like it, I choose any desired reality or the one I'm currently experiencing, and the next day it happens. One thought is enough. I don't visualize, I don't meditate and I don't do anything else. I just decide and that's it.
As soon as you give up the duality that the physical is something other than the imagination, everything is instantly. But when you think that one is more real than the other, you experience a time delay. You think physical reality is real because you perceive it with your senses. The senses are also imaginary, and you are not the body. You are only aware of it. If imagination and physical reality are the same thing, then anything you want is instant, even in the seeming physical reality. (What LoA people call instant materialization; I don't like this definition but I think it easier to understand).
