Why do most of the characters have a clear goal but with Ricky it's just: "Sure, let's make him emotionally dependent and with abandonment issues but let's not touch that issue in depth, let's make him behave like an unbearable idiot and end up with his girlfriend but at the end of the season he and Nini make up again, let's make Ricky's life just revolve around his love life”.

Why doesn't Ricky have goals? Why doesn't Ricky have dreams? Why hasn't Ricky's deep feelings been delved into? Ricky is one of the 2 leads, so why is the rest of the cast more interesting than him?
