🧠: You're doing all this for a guy
🫀: He's different
🧠: Which he? You have like a gazillion drs.
🫀: All of them are different 🤷🏾♀️
🧠: *sighs* I'm tired
🫀: Well that's too damn bad. But also so am I.
🧠: Pinterest?
🫀: Pinterest.
THIS IS MAKING ME GIGGLE.
Whenever Bunny calls someone, it's ALWAYS a face-time/video call, and he ALWAYS asks his friend(s) to turn their camera on too. Oh and, his calls last from around 1 hour to 1hr30 mins. Or however long the other person lets it go, really.
Bunny's also always out of mobile data. So the Greek class usually have their hotspots turned on.
For some reason Francis' devices always have a virus or something, despite the anti-virus softwares he's got?
Camilla and Charles can get into each other's phones with facial recognition.
Whenever Bunny has to sign up for something and he's already used his email, and he's not in the mood to make another one, he just puts in Henry's email 💀("Bunny, why am I getting emails from this strange website." "Don't worry about it.")
Have you guys seen the meme about kids showing their dads memes, and they always turn their noses up and stare down their glasses to peer at the image? That's Henry.
Bunny's favorite app is instagram & Snapchat & YouTube (shorts), Richard is pretty active on tumblr & discord, Camilla and Charles prefer pinterest, Francis is both a tiktok and twitter guy, Henry...... likes the chess app.
Bunny 100% stalks Henry (there's nothing to stalk. It pisses him off)
Julian has a Facebook. Bunnys the only one in the Greek class with a Facebook (does he send his professor a friend request? Yes he does.) (Julian accepts.) (Bunny brags to Henry. Henry gets mad and makes a Facebook too just to add Julian and block Bunny.)
Whenever Bunny is mad at someone he blocks them everywhere. And then when they make up he be adding them back like nothing happened
Francis engaging in callouts and twitter drama 😭 please
Francis venting about twitter drama to his irl friends. Nobody except maybe Richard listens attentively. Henry would pay attention on rare occasions but he can't keep up with who is who ("Who is NickiMinajFeet and why is she angry at this Jojo Siwa person.")
When Camilla and Charles fight they start saving angry pins to their shared board (so they're communicating via angry pins until one of them gets bored and shares a funny pic 😭)
Bunny keeps messing with Richard for using discord and calling a discord mod and stuff 😭
Henry discovers reddit. Bunny was showing him his post in r/AITA (am I the asshole) about the fight that they had. It was HEAVILY modified and missing context so everyone was calling Henry the asshole. Anyway, that's how Henry discovers reddit and then goes on to actually enjoy it when he starts using it to connect to other literary focused people with an interest in roman n greek history and languages etc
Because of mutual friends, Donald got friend suggestions on Instagram for Bunnys friends. You bet he followed Francis and Henry 😭😭

Henry: We got crossed, performed an ancient rite, and killed a guy.
Richard: Ok but did y’all fuck?
my theory for what henry whispered to camilla is "kitten, i'll be honest. daddy's about to kill himself"
"Him so sweet", I say, in a baby voice, about an 80s rockstar over twice my age who needs therapy and rehab
My small analysis about The Secret History, and the way it seems to fall in the absurdism:
Through the whole book, we have these little details, characters and else that break the classic (and very structured) rules of writing. In literature, it is known that every character and every interaction is forced to have a weight on the narrative, however, in the book we find characters that are there or things that happen just because. The person following Bunny and Henry on their trip, or the character that lied about seeing something the day of Bunny's murder.
Now, this is only in the way the book is structured, however, if we look closely, we find the perfect example of why this falls in the absurdism. You see, Camus was a firm believer that things don't have to happen for a reason, that nothing matters because at the end, we all are going to die, and that it doesn't matter what we do.
Henry (and I would say Camilla and maybe even Francis) follows this idea after the bacchanal. It is the result of the bacchanal.
The murder, which is a mere concept that fall in the category of terror by humans, is an act of destruction, one of the worst transgressions (if not considered the worse one). Death is only allowed if it happens because of some sort of destiny, divinity or deity, death is a transgression for humans, the thin line. When they murdered the farmer, they crossed this line, clearly, the main strenght in this, is Henry.
When he's the main responsable of this death, he crossed the line. And then, he got away with it. So, this bringed in him the idea that, actually, nothing matters. Nothing matters because he alredy killed someone, and nothing changed. He still got up, got to study, got to live as he wants.
He described that he often felt like life was meaningless and bland, but after killing someone, he noticed that life is actually meaningless, yet, this as well means he could do whatever he wished.
That's why he could kill Bunny, that's why he decided he wanted to be closer to Camilla, play around with poisoning. Henry realized that if life was empty on its own, he could do as he pleased, because there's nothing stopping him.
who is this DIVAAAA

To be honest if I saw Henry Winter on campus and he walked past me I’d mumbled ‘smash’ just so he could gave me a weird look and he’ll think about me for the rest of his day.
The Secret History destroyed my life like what do you mean I can't drink wine and study classical literature and spend the nights in a countryside mansion with piano echoing through the dark halls and break through the confines of humanity in a bacchanal and commit a string of murders and try to escape but eventually kill myself in a blaze of glory, ultimately shattering the lives of the people around me? That I can't escape the cognitive mode of experience and transcend the accident of my moment of being? That I can't lose my self, lose it utterly? What do you mean I can't live without thinking?
i hate when men aren’t covered in blood or smoking . whats the point then
