- to not be the fat friend anymore - to be that one person that all of the cute (guys/girls) are staring at in public - to be smaller than those nasty people that will regret ever calling you fat - so people can pick you up again - to be more accepted in society, whether that means anything to you or not - to not be embarrassed of your body - to not look fat in pictures. - for a thin jawline - for thin thighs, and a possibility of a gap - so chairs won’t squeak when you sit down - to not be made fun of anymore - for new clothes - for oversized sweaters - to not feel like shit on the beach - for all of those petite stores that you can shop in when you’re thin - for the “you’re so much skinnier than me” - so you won’t have to think about it when clothes online say “one size” - to eat what you want, because you know you’re in control of yourself - to be an inspiration - so tattoos will look amazing on you - to raise your confidence - for the cute underwear/boxers, whatever you wear. - for no big fat rolls - so there’s no judgement in gym class, if you’re still in school where you have to - so you won’t be breathing 10x heavier than everyone else when you run - so you’re the little skinny friend that everyone wants to pick up and is really jealous of - hearing “she/they/he’s lost so much weight” - if you’re a vegetarian/vegan, people won’t be shocked when you say you are - so you can finally look in the mirror in the morning and love yourself - so you don’t have to think twice about what you’re putting on before you leave the house - so you can be delicate to the point where people are scared to touch you - so your collarbones will stick out - so you’ll be happy with the number on the scale when you check it - so working out is easier - so you won’t only have to date other big people (psa from me: lots of bigger people are gorgeous and can show off their bodies well. I’m just not one of those gorgeous big people. I’d personally love to date someone who has that confidence) - so you won’t need as much makeup (if you wear it) because you’ll already be slaying af - so you can be a thinspo - so changing in front of other people won’t be embarrassing anymore - because flat stomachs are adorable - so you can be smallest person in your family - so you can have a cute little butt/back - so you can suck in and see your ribs - so you can be in the underweight category instead of the overweight one - so you can have cute little hands - so chokers will actually be cute - so onesies will be 10x more adorable - so you have no muffin top - so you won’t be able to grab at your stomach fat any longer - so you can wear crop tops - so your hip bones are visible - so you can do anything with your hair - so food won’t control you anymore - so you hear “have you lost weight?” - so insecurities won’t control you anymore - so it’s easier to tell people to love themselves when you can do it on your own - so you can be the cutest one out of all of your friends - so your favorite jacket won’t make you look fatter anymore. it’ll just look big, and everyone will know that. - so people can touch you (appropriately, of course) and you won’t care - for the little wrists - so dog collar chokers will fit - so you’ll look back on pictures and be happy that you changed yourself - so the clothes that you like but don’t feel confident in will look good on you - so relatives will barely believe that it’s you - so your life won’t be surrounded around your weight and what it doesn’t enable you to do any longer like it used to - so you don’t have to envy any other people anymore - so you can start out next year being decently thin - so if you transfer schools/move, you won’t just be known as the fat kid anymore - so you can tuck your shirts into your pants - so you can pull your legs up to your chest - to look adorable in big shirts - to wear little, stretchy athletic shorts - to get the ‘I wish I had their body’ looks - for summer vacation !! - to live longer - to motivate other people - for the cute ass knee high socks - for the days out when you get mad because there isn’t any x small/small’s instead of being mad bc there isn’t any mediums/larges - to no longer be embarrassed when someone asks you how much you weigh - to actually enjoy summer/my life in entirety - so people don’t have to pity you with the “you’re not fat” “you’re beautiful no matter what” “weight doesn’t matter” comments anymore, because it won’t even be a relevant topic - so people will ask how you did it - to have the thin, little legs in skinny/ripped jeans that you always wanted - so you don’t have to scream at yourself “don’t eat that” every five seconds - so you stop avoiding breakfast - so you can stop being worried about going to restaurants - so that if you skip one or two days of working out in a week, you won’t wanna die - so you can fit in small spaces - so you can stop being “too fat” for things that don’t even have to do with being big - “who’s (yn)?” “that really skinny kid.” - so you can be an inspiration to your family - to prove everyone wrong
