Kiriko and the Shimada brothers

So we all know that Kiriko is Japanese and supposedly trained with the Shimada brothers when they were younger. Here's the official artwork Blizzard released, detailing this in fact:

Here is the exert you get if you google whether she trained with them as well:

'Kiriko's parents were both excellent at both wielding and making swords, and her mother, Asa, is the one who taught Hanzo and Genji everything they know. In her youth, Kiriko joined in on the lessons her mother gave to the two young Shimada brothers, and Kiriko herself also learned how to use the weapons'

Now, based of those pictures, what do you think the age difference between Kiriko, Genji and Hanzo is?

That's right if you guessed 16 and 19 years then you're correct! If you guessed anything below the number 10, you would be wrong.

Because it obviously looks like there's 16 years between Kiriko and Genji in these photos.

Let's just offer a round of applause to Blizzard for messing up their own timeline because in the current game, Kiriko is 21, Genji is 37 and Hanzo is 40.

Most of the base Roster doesn't have an origin story, but there is this short for Roadhog and Junkrat:

It's not in the same format as the rest of the origin stories that follow, but it's the closest thing that resembles an origin story for them.

Soldier 76 is obviously one of the outliers of this standard (being Blizzards golden boy and all I suppose), and I'm fairly sure his was the first origin story put together in this format:

Another of these outliers is none other than the poster girl herself, which I guess makes sense:

That's all the base roster got, and the following origin stories all belong to heroes that we released after the release of the game.
