Ok, so, I wanted to discuss this for a while. Recently it has been revealed that cancelled Crash 5 was going to be a crossover with Spyro, which devastated many people that it wouldn't happen. But personally for me, besides just being sad that there likely won't be a new crash game for a while, it just felt like nothing. Because personally, I just do not see Crash and Spyro being paired up as a good idea. Sure, MARKETING-wise these two franchises are similar, 3D platformers on playstation which were paired up for some reason, but beyond that - they have practically nothing in common. Although not really good examples, as by themselves these things are pretty trash, but the times they did crossover, it was pretty much JUST crash and spyro, nothing beyond them just meeting and that's it. Not the game where they throw molotovs at each other, not the TV show where crash was replaced with a lookalike, not the imaginators game where crash felt like a really separate part of the game, none of that made me think that it was a good idea to begin with. Same thing with Mario & Sonic actually, people THINK they want a proper crossover game, but in actuality nothing good would come out of it, since they're linked together with marketing and nothing more. But speaking of Sonic, I realized there IS a franchise that Crash IS actually pretty similar to, had similar history with different enough bits that make them contrast each other, with characters similar, yet unique. So I decided to make a list of all things that possibly could tie them together. Pretty much all I'm asking from people is to make more crossover art with them lmao. One thing I don't mention there tho is that orange and blue are opposites and work together better than orange and purple or blue and red.

I'm not sure if trains have to eat, but if they do, I know right well that dinnertime at the Freight shed takes at least an hour every night.
First off, there's an argument every time over who has to set the table, which usually ends with Porter passive-aggressively slamming the cutlery against the table to let everybody in the shed know that he's the one who stepped up and did it.
Then dinner actually begins.
Rusty's always about fifteen minutes late to the meal cause he's out practising, and by the time he gets back, the others have eaten about half his food.
Slick uses like- half a bottle of ketchup and gets in trouble for using that much off Momma. Hydra starts gagging cause he can't stand the smell, and she jokingly shoves a piece of food covered in ketchup in his face and he almost gets sick.
Lumber and Porter start having a petty argument that ends in food being thrown, and Lumber spilling his drink everywhere.
Hydra starts yapping about hydrogen, and Lumber threatens to find a way to shove potatoes in his tank. That shuts him up for a while.
Slick starts at least one major argument a dinner by bringing up a topic none of them agree on that ends in everyone getting in a food fight, including Rusty and Momma. The reason for the argument is forgotten after about ten minutes.
Momma does make them all help clean up afterwards, or else they won't get any ice cream.
Just aggressively made a video on tik tok about redesigning some old Splat Idol OCs, take these first guys I did
Theyre idols from underground/Octo City, and they're convinced that they're going to take over after Octavio
They may or may not have also deluded themselves into thinking they're actually his kids /hj
