ꔫHi all! I wanted to post this, but I can't call it as much a "guide" as I usually would, since it is purely my anecdotal experience!
ꔫNonetheless, I hope this is helpful to you in your endeavors!
ꔫTypically, when I am trying to regress, I start with age dreaming! This comes with a number of things, maybe it's:
Watching cartoons or another piece of media that I find comforting or that I've found puts me in the space
Coloring a picture or doing worksheets
Babytalking with my cgs, babysitters or other in-community friends
^Asking my cgs/babysitters to care for me as if I am already regressed
^^Generally interacting with other littles or friends I find comforting
Scrolling agere tags on here or ingesting other agere content
Using little gear like pacis, bottles, etc.
Playing with toys or playing video games that I've found put me in the space
Listening to a playlist that one of my cgs made me
Writing agere headcanons or making content of my ocs who regress
Daydreaming about agere outings, playdates, etc.
Going shopping and looking at toys
Cuddling, holding hands, getting my hair pet, etc.
ꔫThis is just a short list of things I've put together, there's a lot more that could be done, especially since it's extremely individual! This is just what works for me!
ꔫFrom there, I try to maintain this comforting and safe space by not taking on any work/responsibilities or really anything else not suitable for my small age.
ꔫAnd, it’s not like it’s a 100% success rate either! Sometimes, I’m just not feeling it; sometimes, I just continue age dreaming for the rest of the night! For me, you can’t really force it — it’s okay if it does happen, it’s okay if it doesn’t!
ꔫSome other helpful things:
I find it much easier to slip when I’m tired.
You might feel kinda silly being big and trying to do your small things, but that’s okay!
It’s not just a switch one can flip, so don’t be frustrated if it doesn’t come easily!
It’s different for everyone — for some people it comes really easily, for some people not so easily. Some people need to do a specific set of things and have a specific set of conditions to regress. Going further:
Not everyone can voluntarily regress, and that’s okay, but there’s no harm in trying it out!

So, I highly recommend this for any age regressors/dreamers, ESPECIALLY those of us who struggle to stay in headspace.
NESTING.
Nesting is a process common in neurodivergents, but basically it’s when you gather all the things you might need for an extended period of time (eg, phone, snacks, drink, tv remote, etc [more examples below]) and put it all in one place. Yeah, you’ll probably have several activities there, and you won’t use them all at once. But the point is that you won’t have to get up and disrupt your regression.
Some more examples of things you might have in your nest are:
Blanket
Stuffed animals and other toys
Coloring book/sketch book/journal
Crayons/markers/colored pencils
TV remote
Game controller/hand held console with your preferred game already inserted
Headphones
Pacifer, teethers, etc
Books
iPad, laptop, phone
Food and drinks
Chargers
You can put whatever you want in your nest, whatever makes you happy and occupied! Feel free to add suggestions in the comments too!
I also recommend getting your PJs on, charging your devices, taking your medications, using the bathroom, and finding someplace comfortable to settle before nesting. That will ensure maximum comfort!

always remember to keep yourself safe, roblox is NOT a very safe game when it comes to the community! be careful when wearing regression fits (i.e fits with pacis, bottles, etc) in certain games as you can be harassed for wearing them, i have many times!! dont forget to have fun :]

it's OK if you start the day off feeling little but the feeling fades away later in the day.
it's OK if your regression fluctuates throughout the day. you may feel little in the morning, big in the afternoon, and little again at night.
it's OK if your regression fluctuates throughout the week. maybe one day you feel small but the next you feel big, and another day you feel small again.
it's OK if your regression comes and goes every month or so. you may go through a period where you're regressing a lot. and maybe the next month, you're not as regressed or you don't regress at all!
you are allowed to cope whenever you need it. you are allowed to be little whenever you want to.
regression comes and regression goes and it's OK if it's frequent or infrequent 𓂃⊹
