what i imagine liam’s inner soundtrack to sound like when he looks at theo.
(theo’s version)
yesterday a new channel was reporting data about domestic violence scene against women in TV in our country. Average of 9 scene per episode on cable and a average of 7 in Internet series. NINE SCENES. WITH THE SCENE BEING AT LEAST 3 MINUTES. IN A 2 AND A HALF LONG EPISODE. And the winner(!) for most violence act committed against women in one episode went to Kızıl Goncalar(20 scenes), a show about an Islamic cult which was also the show with most views in TV this year... we need radical feminist revolution fast and now.(also the numbers reveal themselves to be more damning when you realize a Middle Eastern critic might not have picked on or categorize some psychological violence scenes) (note:some Internet series are shorter in a western format so 7 scenes in 45 minutes/1 hour is extremely worse than cable's with added advertising of them being "secular" and "modern" )
someone: don’t u think it’s disturbing how in the past few years the level of femininity women are expected to perform and the industries they’re expected to contribute to in order to be taken seriously, especially on platforms like social media, has skyrocketed to the point that perfect makeup, contouring, acrylic nails, and eyelash extensions have become almost a social expectation and when women express no interest in adhering to those standards they’re met with vitriol and scorn straight woman who thinks Legally Blonde is the apex of feminist media: okay but it’s my choice? if i want to be feminine i should have the right to choose to do that because feminism is about choice
KimChay's happy ending. (x)
on my "crowley is such a loser failboy when it comes to aziraphale" shit once again
first of all we gotta acknowledge the fact it was so so incredibly brave of my boy crowley to voice words like "us", "our" and "we". can you imagine a demon that had fallen even before time had begun pledges indirect royalty to you almost forever, after the worlds you both have known perishes and because you are aziraphale you freak out and reject him in an unsalvageable way ✨
I'd love to see feminists placing women in the role of "default human" from now on as a way of centering them, using feminine pronouns when speaking of people generally. Men have done this for themselves for more than long enough. I want to take maleness out of our language as much as possible, at least in English.
"To each their own" >>> "To each her own"
"Every person should be able to do what he wants" >>> "Every person should be able to do what she wants"
"God in His infinite wisdom..." >>> "God in Her infinite wisdom..."
Etc.
Just speak from the female experience as much as possible. Wash maleness out of your speech, and you'll wash it gradually out of your way of thinking.
Ah yes
I can't read that legally blonde post one more goddamn time but I can read this book and encourage others to also read a fucking book
maybe the next time you're going to "join" a group of people who commit %92 of all crimes you will consider the consequences of being treated like it
sorry since realizing my gender i have zero tolerance for the whole “man hating” angle of being queer i hate i hate it i hate you. stop. you are hurting people.
OK theory time:remember how in the 16th century,on the rehearsal of Shakespeare's play we learn they help each other with miracles, the last one crowley wants from aziraphale being something to do in Scotland (if I remember correctly) and the records that keep turning into "Everyday" is from a pub from Edinburgh? yes, I think it's their "shared" magic that have gotto do with this "Clue"
P.S:I just watched the first two episodes of season two so no spoilers please
la tristesse durera toujours. being a fujoshi is payback for all of the sexualization our sisterhood faces daily
