I totally agree with what you said about the !readers omg. I feel like so many things get misinterpreted in this community it's honestly disheartening. I understand a lot of plagiarism goes on with writing but to me, a lot of creators on this app are super nit-picky when it comes down to things surrounding !readers, writings, or just concepts in general. For example, the bunny!reader has been used by so many people, yet people are always so quick to accuse a creator of 'stealing' something that wasn't claimed by anyone to begin with. Since I do like to make !readers because I feel like it expands my creativity, I'm super cautious about what pictures I use, !reader names, layouts, or descriptions. Which I personally feel like is unfortunate because I do believe everyone should be able to have fun and create on this app without feeling threatened or intimidated by other creators.

this is the kind of support and positivity i’m talking about people!! i understand everyone wants to be credited for their work but a concept is meant to be shared world wide! it’s meant to be added to, adjusted, tweaked, spun off of. being original doesn’t always mean brand new!

it’s so nice to hear that creators of _!reader works are speaking out about this issue too and it brings me a lot of hope
