MAKE YOUR GOALS/HABITS AN IDENTITY. Your lifestyle makes up who you are, quite literally. If you want to wake up early, then start identifying yourself as an early bird. If you want to get good grades, then start identifying yourself as a studious student. And so on.
This helps with feeling more accountable and committed to our goals and habits. However, don’t use this as a reason to overexert yourself.
THERE IS SOMETHING UNDERNEATH CERTAIN BEHAVIOURS. All of your bad habits stem from your subconscious. This is why mentally healthy people tend to think more about their physical health.
The best way to recognise patterns beneath your bad habits is just to talk to yourself. In any way or any form. Identify it, see what might’ve caused this subconscious thought and then work towards a way to replace the feeling that these bad habits give with a good one.
DETACH FROM THE OUTCOME. The more you fixate on the long-term results, the more longer, strenuous and exhausting your journey is going to be, especially because you’re going to want to give up as soon as results don’t appear. Focus on the short-term results.
You exercised? Now you feel good inside. You studied hard and understood everything? Great job for being so productive. You did that one really scary thing? What a great start!
THE PART OF YOU THAT DOES BAD HABITS IS NOT BAD. It is the complete opposite of bad. It loves you and wants to keep you safe, so it refrains you from doing anything ‘scary’ (which is typically new things in our lives) and makes you fall back on ‘safe’ habits which are a coping mechanism.
So, instead of berating that part of you that participates in bad habits even if you know it’s bad, understand it. As these coping mechanisms usually stem from our childhoods, we turn to these habits when we feel stressed, anxious or depressed.

• Make yourself a cozy, warm beverage (I love tea and dark hot chocolate)
• Be active. Walk, run, bike, weightlifting, yoga, swim, calisthenics, pilates, dance, whatever! 💪
• Clean your room and look into feng shui

• Lay in bed…. (Sometimes a girl needs to rest, okay?)
• Face mask, under-eye masks, face oils, vitamin C and E, aloe, gua sha, face massage. (you guys knew it was coming 🤷♀️)
• Dress up (fashion showwwww 😽😽) and prepare your outfits for the week
• Make a cute, healthy, satisfying treat

I truly love manifesting and how everything always works out in my way. my birthday was yesterday and I wanted my crush to gift me something (flowers in particular), so I went to my classes, which we are together in, AND GUESS WHAT??? HE SURPRISED ME WITH A BIRTHDAY CAKE AND CANDLES<333 Also my new classmates gifted me things. I felt so loved on my 16th birthday and very thankful to the people and god who made it very special for me ♥️♥️
one of the most common reasons to why people fail to manifest their desires isn’t necessarily because they fail to "manifest it correctly" but because they don’t even start to assume a new reality for themselves.
the question is, why do people wait so long to take mental action? scarcity is a reason most are familiar with. being afraid to make a move towards your desire especially when the possibility of failure exists. some feel insecure or overwhelmed and don't think they are mentally prepared for big changes. some feel uncertain about what they really want. some are used to their current circumstances, they refuse to get uncomfortable and would rather endure unpleasant feelings. and some have limiting beliefs hindering them from fully realising their potential.
you don't need your desires in physical form in order to feel its associated feelings. you don't need proof of it. not only because you long for the FEELING of having your desire and not your desire itself, but because the 3D could never change on its own. the 3D looks at you for validation, and not the other way round. you are the only evidence you need and your imagination has always been the validation for everything in your life. you are self sabotaging yourself if you rely on changes from without and built your faith upon things you can perceive with your senses. this way, you will keep letting the outer world define how much you can have within yourself.
if you keep waiting for the world to change so you have an "excuse", a "permission" or a "reason" to finally change as well, you will be stuck in a cycle that will constantly repeat itself as you will remain as you are. if you won't take action from within, you will forever remain in a state of stagnation, feeling unsatisfied with the way life turns out to be. additionally, waiting for outer movement can also be a form of conditioning your desires.
stop waiting and living in desire. realise that imagination is the only reality and allow yourself to give yourself your desires. don't expect to be saved when you can be your only saviour. and remember, you can't change what's inside with what's outside. only if you, from WITHIN, are willing to change, you can alter the physical.
so, what are you waiting for? why not feel the way you would want to feel? why not feel beautiful, loved, successful, healthy, intelligent and wealthy? why not start today? there is no reason for why you should deny yourself to feel these feelings. don't hold back, don't resist and no longer hesitate to finally fulfill yourself, rather than expecting the 3D to change on its own (which it can't, never did and never will).
it's important that you always keep in mind that you don't change once your 3D changes. you only really change if you change from within, not from without.

for example, i was thinking about my new judy hoops plushie and the next thing i see is my classmate posting a drawing of judy hoops. I thought , "what a coincidence?"

i see a lot of people struggling with manifesting , but they fail to realize that they constantly manifest.
you always manifest opportunities, friends, energy, gifts, even a simple butterfly. We are constantly in our heads, what we see IS what WE want to see.
the key to manifesting is you and you only! it will manifest only if you believe that it will happen.
it’s like knowing 100% that you will go to the shop and buy a dress because you know it will be there and it’s "real", and it takes 5 minutes to do. Nothing hard.
manifesting is so simple. the methods, techniques, advices are all here to guide you but you can even create your own method.
I like to use reverse psychology and the 369 method, but sometimes I just don’t even think of a method, I simply have it on my mind and boom here it is.
"If I have it in 4D, why I don’t see it in 3D" if you decided that you have it in your imagination then it’s only a matter of time of it appearing in 3D. 3D and 4D are NOT enemies but friends. let it go, don’t sweat it.
and the last thing I would probably add is TALK with the universe/ god / whatever your believe in. Ask for things, ask for sings, be grateful, have faith, BELIEVE!
there were times when I was completely anxious so I was literally sitting with my fingers crossed and asked the god to fulfill my manifestation asap. It’s okay if you still feel like it’s not real, it’s okay if your negative thoughts come up, it’s okay to doubt. Just learn to have faith in yourself , desires and the higher power you believe in"

don’t be afraid of saying "no"
stop comparing yourself with other people. everyone is from different backgrounds and they might be doing the same.
invest in yourself and the people you care about.
remove the words "embarrassing" "cringe" from you vocabulary. We are all humans; we are unique. We constantly evolve. So no, you falling in front of someone , or having flaws etc does not make you cringe or embarrassing. "Confidence comes not from always being right, but from not fearing to be wrong"
realize that you are 100% prettier than you think or know. your phone or mirror will never show your beautiful features accurately.
it’s okay to want more, be more or do more. you’re never "too much".
know yourself and what you want (journaling will help a lot with this)
don’t let challenges stop you. let them motivate you, instead. "Don’t be afraid of failure. Be afraid of not trying"

make boundaries and stick to them.
there will be days when you will feel at your lowest. And it’s okay, learn to bounce back and rest.

easier said than done, but it has such a huge impact in our life. we as humans tend to always think negatively of everything, resulting us to give up. but what if it will work out? what we think constantly reflects in our reality and actions. why do we have to always blame ourselves for everything, why do we have to be anxious over little things, why do we have to always think of the worst when we can just flip the words, meaning, love and believe in ourselves.

the bus theory - when u see the bus that you missed u don’t actually run after it, right? you just wait for another one, knowing that it 100% will be here. think of your opportunities/relationships etc that you’ve "lost" as this bus.
the universe/god never says no; it either says yes , not yet or I have something better for you.
practice self-care, be gentle to yourself. you are waking up and always trying and it’s enough.
the moments you thought that are the "worst" are only moments now, and you’re still here. Be proud of yourself for that

this absolutely doesn’t mean that you always have to be positive about everyone and everything. If you feel sad or feel like crying let it all out. if you feel drained allow yourself to sit all day and watch shows. it’s all about accepting yourself and not "I’m such a failure I did nothing today" instead "it’s okay, I have tomorrow where I can try again".

motivation comes and go, but discipline is forever. you are scared and not trying? It’s okay, do it while being scared. count to 3 and start doing something, take action. just DONT sit around. have a plan and don’t try to do everything all at once, or you will be easily drained . everyday do something better for 1% and you’ll see how just in a short while this 1% will be 100%.

when someone does something that makes you uncomfortable, please let them know about it. you don’t have to tolerate this behavior. your own peace is the most important thing ever.

do not compare yourself with ANYONE. the person you are looking at and saying "I wish I was her" might be doing the same. compare yourself with YOUR dream girl that you have in your head. your only competition is you.
after boundaries, positive mindset, discipline, naturally comes the confidence. loving yourself and staying true to yourself is what confidence exactly is.
no fake it till you make it, no difficult words, just you . take it easy.
♡ | tip: body language and fitness
this is more on the physical side but I advice you to learn a little bit about body language. It helps you to appear confident and attractive. my "go to’s" are entering the room with high head and good posture, never sitting on your phone (as in checking the weather app awkwardly etc not when someone calls or texts u) when coming to an unknown place.
fitness helps to relieve stress and clear out your mind when you don’t want to meditate. and by fitness I don’t mean intense workouts, a 5 minute workout that you enjoy is enough. also walking 10.000 steps a day also counts as fitness to have a healthy and balanced life.
I , for example, have a playlist with different workouts and I do each on of them on different days, whenever I feel like choosing one. sometimes I don’t even work out I just walk 7-10K steps :)
