Yes!!! Queer platonic relashionship aren't a "level up or down" from friendships or romantic relationships, arent "just" a relationship without something more like romance or sex, and its frustrating how a lot of people just cant grip this concept, or TRY to explain while don't knowing anything.

I have a major soft spot for queerplatonic rships where at least one party is actually able to be attracted to the other. Queerplatonic ships where it's not "I would be in love with you if I was allo/gay/straight/bi/etc" but instead "I could be in love with you but I'm not because that's not the right relationship for either us and we're unbelievably happy with what we have."

Queerplatonic relationships are always treated as second string to romantic relationships, with an implication of "this relationship would be romantic if it could be", and that sucks. They're their own relationship, completely distinct from romance, and deserve to be treated as such.

Btw, Ink wouldn't even be negligent, to be negligent he would be making an active efford to ignore them, but Ink, ignoring creations? Httyd is so wrong to me in many ways, like how much they changed Toothless behavior, or additing a girl dragon only to make his separation with Hiccup make more sense, or the villain being "The One" slayed all the night furies, or the fact they didn’t needed for the dragons to be gone, like, at all.

The dragons from the start were a metaphor for prejudice, how knowing the other allows you to live better with them and THAT takes time, takes patience, takes adaptation, this is shown not only in the first movie, but in the series too, so its very weird for them to throw it all away because "the world isn't ready for them"?

Hiccup already fought with SO MANY antagonists who had the ideas of hunting/ dominating dragons, he fought so many for the coexistence, only for the dragons to have to hide in the end? Like the world wasn't meant for both humans and dragons at all?

Hiccup would make the whole world understand if he needed, he would make the world for the dragons.

And I ain't talking abt "Oh no I wanted Toothless and Hiccup to still be together in the end", im talking abt how this doesn't make sense and feels like throwing things away for the sake of the easiest ending.

While i can agree sometimes something futile is turned into a big unecessary problem on Twitter, some people use this to just turn REAL problems into just "they are canceling my favorite celebrity!" or "Omg its Twitter again" when someone does a literal crime, and i think this last one is more annoying and can be much more problematic than the first

OK SO i found this fanfic (For the Forgotten Ones by Im_Sorry_Buddy) through this comic strip (amazing adaptation of that scene btw) and Error's description in the most recent chapter (7) was WICKED AS FUCK and i knew i had to draw him

no because ya’ll don’t get it. you guys don’t even understand the fact that peter was an asshole before ben’s death, he wanted to make money out of being spiderman. that was literally his first instinct. to deadpool’s face he’s constantly trying to make himself hate him.

he’s projecting! he’s making himself dislike deadpool because he sees himself in deadpool. he sees the parts of himself he hates in deadpool. the part of him that would had ended up just like him.

its not about the fact that deadpool kills. almost all of peter’s hero friends have killed a bunch of people throughout their years, its the mercenary business he doesnt like specifically.

he dislikes the idea of trading a human life for money no matter how bad the person was. and on TOP of all this. peter acts abrasive in front of deadpool but then turns around and speaks to someone else, out of the company of deadpool and if that person says something mean about deadpool HE THEN ACTIVELY DEFENDS DEADPOOL!! hes so weird about that man. you guys don’t understand what these comics are telling you, you’re just so adamant on saying peter hates deadpool and it doesnt make sense for him to like him due to being a merc.
