And he hug Atsushi and go "until then you're my son". That's the second and the first thing that make me like Mori is his relationship with Dazai. Maybe he actually pity him? Wanting to save him? Treat him as a child?

Everytime I read this chapter, my heart hurts for both of them

Dazai tried to leave his life in mafia and start a new life at ADA as a person who wants to save people yet his past crimes preventing him to do so

And Ango wanted to atone his mistakes by helping dazai whenever he can. He felt guilty for oda's death.

They miss their days where they sit along, forgetting about their ranks or status, enjoying each other presence
