Concept: Jason and Leo are the ones to fall into Tartarus.
To storm or fire they both will fall.
Jason’s trying so hard, fighting against the pull of Tartarus to fly them to the ship. But Jason’s already tired and Tartarus is so much stronger then him.
Leo’s terrified but smiles anyway and tells Jason it’s okay. Jason releases his power and goes limp in his arms.
He tells Percy to keep an eye on everyone as they both plummet.
Leo using his fire to light a way and keeping them both warm. He makes a makeshift shelter and is relieved when his tool belt has some first aid supplies.
His jokes become more and more flat the longer they’re down there.
But Jason laughs every time.
Jason falls back on what he learned in the Wolf House. He patrols the area and his sword is covered with dust. He doesn’t let go of his sword even when there’s no monsters around.
There’s a tiredness that hangs over him but Jason can’t sleep. Leo wants to say something but he can’t either. Sometimes he thinks he’s weighing Jason down.
And then Jason wraps his arms around him and in a heartbreaking whisper says I’m glad I have you.
Leo goes to the Phlegethon to heal them both. It does the job but has the unintended effect of bringing back Jason’s memories. It’s a relief but there’s a new kind of pain that comes with the Romans betrayal.
Leo tries to apologise for that but Jason won’t let him.
It also erases the false memories Hera gave them both. And they resolve to make new ones when they get out.
“You know I’d kill for one of your tacos right now.”
“Yeah? Let me sleep for a millennia and I’ll make you one.”
Also the rest of the seven are trying to figure out how to fly the ship and do all the things they need.
And realising huh maybe we shouldn’t have given Leo so much shit.

I think Nilou deserves more recognition so I drew her!
I can't write a better intro than the Joel-man himself, so. Here. Yippee!
Joel is a Electro Sword user, most likely in the On-Field and DPS roles, hailing from Inazuma.
Specifics and thought process following under the cut.
Element and Weapon: Joel's willingness to be a (politely) abrasive force of self-acknowledgment plays right into the Electro thematics of distinct and unusual identity, and the kind of "aware denial" many of them seem to have. He knows what he's doing; he does it anyways. For the weapon, the man made a sword fight club, so. He's a sword fighter. Simple.
Region and Affiliations: Between its closeness to the ocean and the Japanese aesthetic aligning with Joel's current build style and love of Japan, Inazuma was unquestionably the pick for Joel. I can imagine Lizzie (Ocean Queen form, of course) being involved with the Sangonomiya shrine, so I placed Joel on Watatsumi island specifically to be closer to that styling; I could also see him ending up there simply because he's not playing along with the Vision Hunt Decree. He might even still be a tanuki of some kind, as I see in a lot of fanart of him - but if he is, he's definitely not open about it.
Constellation: Joel likes to play with obviously false or thin self-aggrandizement, so Charta Coronam (Paper Crown) is where I ended up. (I think someone once joked that the Mezalean King's crown was made of paper, as well - feels right to me.) The stars would follow the points of the crown, including one that's creased and folded over on itself to show its falseness.
Special Dish and Event Wish: While I don't exactly know what a country full of armor stand clones would eat, Mezalean Cuisine is referencing Joel's Empires SMP empire from season 1, Mezalea (in Genshin terms, it'd probably be his village tucked somewhere on the island). And with the tongue-in-cheek-ness that exclamation points can add, at Joel's behest, his wish declares him The Best, Ever, At Everything!
Ascension and Talent Materials: The Sango Pearl ties Joel to Watatsumi Island even more, and being an ocean item leans into his love of the Ocean Queen Lizzie from Empires Season 1. While the ubiquity of the Hilichurl Mask makes it a simple choice, it also could tie into Joel's themes of hiding behind a 'mask' of his arrogance and overinflated confidence, to not have to truly face who he actually is. Or he could just be stealing them to carve into more masks of himself. Or he could just find Hilichurls annoying. He does tend to solve annoyance with violence. The history of Enkanomiya and Watatsumi Island are inexorably bound, and the Dragonheir's False Fin comes from fighting a threat to both, essentially. It's also a fin that developed out of aesthetic more than use, and out of the creature's hatred directly, and I think Joel would appreciate spite so strong you evolve from it. Joel's relationship with Transience and change is very fun, where it entirely depends on whether he's directly in control of it or not if he's Okay with the Change. A fun talent tree to develop. And considering Joel's history, having to fight essentially one's own godly creation in order to allow it to change is thematically appropriate, in my eyes. Tears of the Calamitous God also reference convictions being strong enough to challenge calamity, and the Mezalean King was so convinced the demon didn't exist that it Literally Never Appeared to Him, so. He's clearly got something going on there.
Elemental Skill: Much conversation and humor around Joel centers around obsession - him being obsessed with other people, them being obsessed with him, or him being Self-Obsessed. I think making infinite clones of yourself meant to explode and die for you is. A very Joel way to deal with the topic (the King Joel TCG card has a Clone ability). Also of course Joel gets a taunt mechanic - he loves to taunt people!
Elemental Burst: If Empires Season 1 Joel was so convinced that the lore wasn't real that it couldn't touch him, Empires Season 2 Joel was fully willing to use (and abuse) The Power of Lore. Saying "Lore" three times was how he got his trident of Stratos, and considering the Zeus-ian implications of a lightning god in a Greek-style empire, it fit well into an Electro character as a nice burst, hurling lightning at people.
Talents and Constellation Upgrades: There's a common phrase (and song) that goes "Anything You Can Do, I can do better", which fits Joel and his competitiveness very well. So if he's running around with allies better than him, he'll rise to the challenge. Obsession continues on theme for Joel - his rare TCG card ability Obsess gets more powerful the more you have of him. In addition to building timelapses, Joel is also fond of including a Material Montage in his video, usually with some twist on the commentary or music over it just to mess with the editor.
Joel traded his way to the music disc permit in Season 10, and has been making his own custom songs for a while. In reference to the shop and the song, you spin him right round, baby, right round, Like A Record, baby- Joel's relationship with his viewers involves a lot of (good-natured) bullying, and he often greets them with "Hey Losers". Channeling and Loyalty are two strong enchantments for a trident, as the one that lets you make lightning and the one that lets it come back after thrown - perfect for Strike of Stratos! So the whole Neck Kisses came from a misspeak during the Decked Out 2 Guest Day; it's now cemented enough to be a Rare TCG ability for him. Joel just lives with it now. The Mezalean King's army of clones required him to have an extensive Spare Head Collection to make them out of, back in Empires season 1. One of Joel's most throughline bits is a tumultuous relationship between Minecraft Joel and Editor Joel in the most fourth-wall-breaking manner, often involving the Minecraft or 'live' Joel Yelling at the Editor to make something happen. Also the idea of including a 'timelapse' to mess with real-world time is funny to me.
Other Thoughts:
I don't have many process thoughts; I do feel like in-world, Joel worked on establishing himself a nickname to keep from being called "Beans", and the ill luck of ending up with "Smallish" is too funny not to consider.
