Top 10 thoughts when you get diagnosed with a mental illness:
- "No, I'm not THAT sick."
- "Woow, this explains everything..."
- "People aren't supposed to feel like this??"
- "I'm probably just faking this illness."
- "For how long have I been sick?"
- "Will I ever be healthy again?"
- "How are people supposed to feel?"
- "Will people still like me if I'm sick?"
- "I thought mental illness would be worse."
- "Other people has been through this."
Figured I would share my favorite quick and easy safe food:
Microwave egg white omelettes!
All you gotta do is crack two egg whites in a mug
Add whatever veggies you want
And microwave for around 90 seconds or until done!
I love this. It’s so good and is only around 35 calories! Such a great staple for breakfast
It’ll mean a lot to my friend, who’s having a tough time with bullies lately.
*restarts entire game*
hey guys! sorry this took so long but it’s finally done. please keep in mind that this challenge is kinda for myself if you found it please do not report!! Love ya and stay safe.
🌻Guidelines🌻
Eat roughly around 700 to 800 calories a day or less do not, I repeat DO NOT go over 800 some days you may be able to go to 900 but that should be very limited and only on special occasions such as family outings or going out with friends. Try to fast 2 to 3 times a week meaning water, coffee, or cold pressed juices like green, fruit, celery juice, etc. Also stay away from processed food, basically anything that come in a box or baggie try to get natural foods if you eat them.
Try and exercise two times a day, once in the morning and in the afternoon/ evening. If you can only exercise once a day try for the morning this helps to boost metabolism and burns fat and calories all day long. Which is what we want! Also you have no excuses you have plenty of resources such as youtube to simply going for a run. And if it is something like a core or HIIT workout try to do multiple rounds or if it’s a video 2 to 3 times!
Also since it’s not just about getting the best body you should also wash your face around twice a day, and moisturize your skin. It helps keep the skin naturally glowing and healthy which is what most of us want!
Try to journal your food with your calories and nutrient information. This really helps to keep track of everything you are eating and when you write things down you are more likely to remember what you ate. You also should keep a progress journal or put your progress in your notes there is a lock feature for apple notes so if your parents are on your phone snooping they won’t find it!
I urge you on this challenge to try and only eat one to two meals a day. Three is kind of excessive and try and load your meals with fruits, vegetables, and healthy grains (grains in low amounts). I cut out meat and animal products, and within the first two weeks I was down almost 15 pounds. That doesn’t mean you can’t eat it occasionally I’m just sharing my personal opinion and experience.
If you continue you this during school make sure to bump up your intake to 900 calories a day or less due to the fact that the brain needs 900 calories to function daily, during strenuous and stressful activities such as school!
🌻Actual Challenge🌻
That's what I'm doing now 😂
I just wish I was happy for once.
#Baywatch AB 1. JUNI IM KINO
You will need:
1 egg (75 cal)
1 cup of chicken broth (10 cal)*
1 tsp of cornstarch (15 cal)
1/4 tsp powdered ginger (0 cal)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
optional (but HIGHLY recommended): 1/2 tsp sesame oil (25 cal) (total recipe 125)
Instructions:
Whisk the egg and set aside. In a small pot, stir together broth, cornstarch, and ginger BEFORE TURNING ON THE HEAT! Make sure they are thoroughly combined. It will look cloudy, but that’s okay.
Bring the mixture to a light boil. While boiling, stir the mixture clockwise to form a whirlpool. Slowly poor the whisked egg into the swirling broth while continuing to stir. This is what makes the cool egg ribbons! Stir and let cook for around 30 seconds to a minute. Remove from heat and add sesame oil (if using), along with salt and pepper.
*i’m a vegetarian so I used vegetable broth, which worked perfectly fine!
