Ok so I just realised "hey, Beasts were grounded for ages, if there was tech like phones they would have no initial idea how to get it work", that's the short story, some babbling under the cut

And then I wanted to sketch it and I decided like "hey, I already have kinda-modern outfit for Shadow Milk since shadowflour sketches, why not sketch him in it" and then I decided I would make Pure Vanilla's outfit match, for what I mainly took his Pastel Blue costume (because nobody's making me believe bro does not wear jeans in that. he wears fucking jeans in Pastel Blue, end of sentence) so here it is

So I guessed it's kinda like modern half-au considering clothing and phones. Meh, no reason to think hard about it, I just like to make little silly unrealistic things. My heart does not long to create epic aus with all these knowledges happinesses corrupted freedoms(no neg, I don't mean they're bad. everyone out there with epic serious aus – keep going, you're so cool), my heart longs for silly beasts messing around in a silly world with their silly non-beast friends

Also it says that it's the first headmaster of the Blueberry Yogurt Academy, and since it has so many much of his imagery (the eyes and all), this also might mean that Shadow Milk was the founder of the Academy.

White Lily likes to visit Faerie Kingdom. Pure Vanilla doesn't want to let her go there alone, so he comes with her.

Shadow Milk _loves_ messing with Pure Vanilla when he visits. Not too seriously, he just wants to get on his nerves, just like he does with Eldad Faerie. His number 1 favourite "im gonna make him go insane/hj" is Elder Faerie, and his number 1.5 favourite is Pure Vanilla (no way he's second, Shadow Milk likes him way too much to let him be in the second place(still, not the first place, he does not fully live up to Eldad Faerie))

Elder Faerie is bothered by this, but Pure Vanilla gets that Shadow Milk puts no malice in this, and tries to reassure him. Elder Faerie is not sure he can believe in Shadow Milk behaving good enough, but he's sure he can believe whatever Pure Vanilla says (light of Truth, after all), so he sighs and lets it slide, hoping it won't bite him in the back (it's probably won't, but nobody's to say that Shadow Milk isn't gonna bite him just for fun)
