I love your GF AU and artstyle sm! Will McGucket make an appearance? I just want to know since he wasn't with them when they went and found the frozen dinos and that is pretty much the McGucket ep of S1 if we don't count Tourist Trapped

The reason McGucket is not in the AU version of Land Before Swine is that he was not in Gravity Falls at the time.
He left to go back to Palo Alto before the Portal Incident happened. Both he and his son Nate will turn up at some point, though I don't know how big a role he will play yet.

- Met the twins because of a Minigolf tournament between their respective schools
- Instantly disliked them
- Became Mabel’s mostly one-sided rival
- Started to change her tune after Dipper helped her with a ghost
- Got her parents to enroll her into public Highschool
- Became friends with the twins and regularly joins them on adventures

How old are Dipper and Mabel when Ford comes back to Gravity Falls? Does he even return to their dimension in this AU? What role does Bill have in this AU, if at all?
I don't wanna give everything away just yet, but yes, Ford does make an appearance in the AU.
Bill is also a big factor, Weirdmageddon does still happen, just a little differently than in canon.
I'm gonna reveal more stuff gradually through mini comics or character pages, so I hope you'll be sticking around long enough to find out :]
what year does your UncleStan AU take place?
The timeline of the show gets kind of pushed back in my AU
So, the portal incident happened in 1982 during winter. Stan takes in the kids around half a year later in 1983.
I'll mostly cover the years between 1988, when the twins are 12, and 1993, just before they turn 17.

I'm having a lot of fun with it.
My favourite GF AUs are always the ones where one of the Stans has to take care of the twins for one reason or another,
so I really wanted to put my own spin on the idea
A friend of mine has encouraged me to continue the series, so hopefully there will be new comics soon
Dipper in the UncleStanAU
Personality wise he is very similar to his canon counterpart by the time he turns 13, but in his first few months in Gravity Falls he was a very quiet and subdued child.
Investigating the towns weirdness and going on adventures with his sister is what brought him out of his shell again. He is also still very much obsessed with DD&D and started his own Pen and Paper Club at school.

- started investigating the town's weirdness at 12 > after finding Journal 3
- Twig's (Dipper's pet Archaeopteryx) egg and tge dinosaur cave was one of the first entries he added
- Ran out of room in the journal and started his own
> had filed his own journal by the age of 15
> is joined in his investigations by either his sister, Wendy, Ollie or sometimes Soos
- Had to keep his investigations a secret from Stan, during the first few months
> He wasn't very happy when he found out
- They ended up talking it out and now Stan joins them often
TWIG The Archaeopteryx
> Imprinted on Dipper as he hatched and has been by his side ever since

Day 43- The egg has started to move. I think it might hatch soon
Day 44- A crack just appeared on the top. I can feel it wriggle inside
Day 45- It finally happened!
AU Stan still pretends to be Ford, but contrary to Canon,
his mother Caryn is aware of the ruse. He regularly sends her letters. Filbrick has no idea though, since he never bothered to visit his son or his grandchildren.

I totally forgot about it lol, but here it is
Character lineup of all the important kids and young adults for the UncleStanAU.
Everyone except Wendy and Soos are around 16 to 17 here. Wendy is 21 and Soos is 25. (Waddles is like 4 or 5)

Characters from left to right:
Mabel, Waddles, Pacifica, Wendy, Dipper, Oliver, Soos, Candy, Grenda.
In this AU, Wendy’s mother is still around and instead of having 3 brothers, Wendy has 5 brothers and 1 sister. One of her brothers, Oliver, is Dipper and Mabel’s age and became part of their friend group when the twins entered high school.
This is also where Mabel met Candy and Grenda. Their teenage years outside of school are mostly spent hanging out in smaller separate friend groups or exploring the woods of Gravity Falls together.

I wanted to make something more innocent and happy before we get to more angst.
This takes place when the twins are around 12-13 years old. I'd imagine the whole episode playing out very similarly to how it does in canon, except McGucket is not down there with them.

Panel two is a close-up of Dipper, holding up a lantern and looking around in wonder.
His foot gets stuck in some amber in panel three. As he is trying to free himself he notices an egg suspended in the melting substance right next to him, which he pulls out in panel four.
He inspects the egg, still dripping amber in panel five, before getting spooked by someone yelling: "DIPPER! You coming or not?". He holds the egg close to his chest in panel six and proceeds to put it into his backpack in panel 7, yelling back: "Be right there!" /.End ID]

Intro to a Gravity Falls AU comic I‘m developing.
The premise is that Shermie, the Stans‘ older brother is the Mystery Twins‘ father instead of grandfather. Mabel and Dipper move to Gravity Falls after their parents‘ untimely death and stay with Stan at the then still “Murder hut“. (He changes that shortly after the kids move in)
Mystery twins Dipper and Mabel get to spend their childhood and teenage years in Gravity Falls. Dipper still finds Journal 3 and Mabel still gets Waddles.
There‘s a lot of smaller things changed too, but I‘ll get to those later.
I don‘t really have a fitting name yet for this AU. I guess I‘ll go with the #UncleStanAU for now. If anyone has a better fitting idea please let me know :D

The twins in panel four are listening to their uncle talk. Dipper looks angry while Mabel looks sad and worried, half her face obscured by her hair.
The text bubbles continue with: ”We‘ll work on making it feel more like a home for you tomorrow, I-“ Stan is then cut off by Dipper saying: “This isn’t our home. It will never be our home! I want to go back. I want Mommy and Daddy!”
Panel five consists of a headshot of both Dipper and Stan. Dipper is crying while yelling at his uncle and Stan is looking at him with worry.
Page three.
Stan is resting a hand on each of the twins’ shoulders in panel one and two, saying: “I know, kid. I know this is hard, but you’ll have to stay here for a while, okay? There are some things your grandparents and I have to figure out. get some rest, you two. We’ll talk in the morning.”
The speech bubbles slightly obscure panel three, in which Stan is sitting alone at the kitchen table, light on.
Panel four shows Stan dragging a hand down his face, sighing.
“Oh guys, what am I doing?” He says while looking at the table in front of him. He is holding a picture of 10 year old Stanley, his twin brother Stanford and their older brother Sherman. There are other pictures strewn across the table, one with both Stanley and Stanford sharing a beer, one with Sherman Pines at his wedding and one of the Stans’ childhood ship, the Stan ‘o War. Stanford’s glasses lie on the table next to the pictures.

Hi hello,
I just wanted to tell you I love your Critical Role and I'm going to be first in line to see if you ever choose to make more.
I saw the Beau and Yasha piece a month ago and fell in love. To keep the magic going I threw it in my queue so it'd show up again and I'd get to be lost in it all over again.
That first day I spent approximately 9 minutes just looking at it. I want to zoom in on every pixel and shadow and live there. This is my home now, here I'll be safe.

Watched Hazbin Hotel with a friend of mine and really enjoyed it!
I just wish it had gotten more time to develop its story. The new eight episode standard for TV shows really bugs me. A shame they had to cram six months into only seven episodes.
Nevertheless the show has been a delight.
I wasn’t expecting to add so many new songs to my playlist.
This redesign is purely for fun. The artstyle of the show is fitting for the setting it’s in, though it isn‘t to my personal taste. I wanted to have a little fun with it, especially since I love drawing deer. Might add other characters into the mix, but for now have Furry Alastor.
