For those who never heard of Nakshatra qualities, these are described as Chara, Sthira, Mrdu, Ugra, Tikshna, Kshipra and Mishra.
It is important to realise, that these descriptions show not just what activities will a given Nakshatra undertake, but how it operates, and if you look at your Moon Nakshatra, you will see that its quality will reflect your basic nature of being. However, that doesn't mean that all Nakshatras from the same group have the same interests/jobs/interests/always do the same thing. It's more about how people "take up space" energetically, the style in which they bring about change.
Chara Nakshatra - "Moveable" - Shravana, Dhanishta, Shatabhisha, Punarvasu and Swati.
The word I would associate with those Nakshatras, more than simply moveable, is "dynamic". You can see it best perhaps in Dhanishta, that is notorious for its amazing natural sense of rhythm and association with dancing and being in the public eye. However, even Shatabhisha, that moves in the shadows, has a certain rhythm to it, coupled with restlessness. The energy here is breezy and flowing, and you can see it in those natives, even if they just sit and talk, that they are decidedly and constantly animated.
Sthira Nakshatra - "Fixed" - Rohini, Uttaraphalguni, Uttarashadha and Uttarabhadrapada.
The energy here is of a person in position of authority sitting on a throne and establishing something durable. I associate this Nakshatra group with authority, because there is something passively steady and indomitable about them. Their authority is a given, they are in their place and they don't feel the need to go out of their way to prove it, instead they build upon who they are. This is why this Nakshatra group in traditional Vedic sources is associated with making firm, long term decisions, as these people lay foundations for things that all the other Nakshatras build upon. Their position of authority often comes from the fact, that decision making and authority often goes hand in hand. While the moveable Nakshatras make waves in motion, fixed Nakshatras can change the fate of the entire collective from their steady position with one decision.
Mrdu Nakshatra - "Tender" - Chitra, Anuradha, Mrigashira and Revati.
These Nakshatras relate to feelings and creations that are fleeting yet eternal at the same time. There is a certain contradiction here, as these natives may appear outwardly defensive, but that defensiveness is born out of necessity in a harsh world and hides deep sensitivity, and if you talk to them more, you will see their softer side, their attachment to beauty and harmony, and their fear of losing that serenity. Traditional Vedic sources point out their connection to subtlety of music, delicate, precious newly purchased things or clothing. More than the objects themselves, it's about the thrill of happiness such experiences give you. And even if they last not more than a moment, the reality of these Nakshatras is their sensitivity of creation and perception, their ability to see, that beauty and intricate delicacy can be found anywhere, and while you can never fundamentally shield it from all harm, it will always pop up in the world somewhere else, just like a flower, even if picked, will regrow next spring.
Ugra Nakshatra - "Violent" - Bharani, Magha, Purvaphalguni, Purvashadha, and Purvabhadrapada.
The main theme of these Nakshatras is conquest, and while of course not all of these natives are interested in traditional warfare, these are the kind of people that occupy 100% of any space they are in and like to set the rules with their presence. Their naturally fierce presence can make them incredibly successful with the demands of the modern world, but even a housewife with Ugra Nakshatra is a force to be reckoned with. The conquest here can have multiple meanings, and gains a decidedly creative, romantic and sexual nature in Venusian Purva Phalguni and Purva Ashadha, to conquer one's object of sexual desire. However, the energy here is really about internally conquering one's own weaknesses and wrestling with the animalistic, expansive desirous aspect of human nature.
Tikshna Nakshatra - "Sharp" - Moola, Jyeshta, Ardra and Ashlesha.
The real task of these Nakshatras is putting other people back in their place. While the fixed Nakshatras have a natural, calm authority coming from status, and violent Nakshatras can be intimidating, sharp Nakshatras automatically gain respect with their presence, because they are so ready to regulate people who are out of line. Their "sharpness" is required for that energy to effective against others, especially since some Nakshatras like Ugra will not back down easily. However, unlike Ugra, these Nakshatras correct and regulate rather than express desire for outwards conquest, relying more on handling things, that are already out there, making these natives excellent in managerial positions. You can think of it in the context of Ardra being a passionate activist and critic of established social systems.
Kshipra Nakshatra - "Swift" - Ashwini, Pushya and Hasta.
These Nakshatras operate in short but intense bursts of energy. Hasta is a good example, as it embodies the traditional business transaction - money and goods exchange hands, the deed is done, the seller moves on to the next one. Same with Pushya and spiritual teaching, delivering quick but valuable lessons and moving on to another student/activity/rest. The focus here is on efficiency and maximising good energy through limited an realistic potential.
Mishra Nakshatra - "Mixed" - Krittika and Vishakha.
An interesting aspect of these Nakshatras comes from how Vedic astrologers link them both to laying out furniture, electronics and fire rituals. You would think these two activities have nothing in common, but they are actually the key to the ceremonial nature of these Nakshatras. In modern households, few houses have a fireplace, but fire pits in the middle of the main living space used to be traditional in old houses, to keep them warm and for religious purposes. In the 21st century, a grand television set is god, and coupled with a comfortable couch it is what sets the scene in a home. And this is what these Nakshatras do, energetically, set the scene both for worship and to be worshipped, establishing a relationship between the viewer and the viewed. For that reason, there is a sense of fiery dramatism in these Nakshatras, ready to both worship and be worshipped at any given time.

Manipulation (n) 1. “to manage or utilize skillfully.”
Mercury represents skill, precision, accuracy and overall the ability to craft one thing into another.
In Tarot, the Magician card is closely tied to the planet Mercury. Depicted on the card is a man fully supplied with the tools he needs to create infinitely.
Without Mercury, the material world would not exist as it does now. Mercury Nakshatra Natives often function as the “Magician” archetype becoming extremely skillful & successful at the material world.
ASHLESHA 🐍
These natives are skilled at manipulating the masses. Given the lunar rulership here, the Moon traditionally represents the mind and masses. It’s evident that the “hive mind” exists prominently in society, and Ashlesha natives often have a influential hand at crafting the current thoughts, ideas, trends and philosophies people follow or agree with in a mental sense. Often contributing to controlling the hive mind itself. They’re extremely persuasive and adept at verbal & non verbal communication. They can often persuade the masses to believe and listen to what they are saying, no matter what it is. Given the snake symbolism present in this Nakshatra, they tend to have hypnotic speech and articulation, usually entrancing people through communication. Their words tend to have an impact directly on other’s nervous system, which connects to the poison bite of a snake. They’re extremely skilled at psychology and prying into the minds of others. Due to this, they can manipulate even the strongest minds, hence why their intellectual influence is often seen in a global scale. It’s widely known they are skilled at manipulating the opposite sex through seduction as well. Mental strategy is one of these native’s greatest talents. Arguably one of the most popular books on mental strategy: “The 48 Laws Of Power” is written by an Ashlesha Moon native, Robert Greene. Many well known politicians, actors, speakers, authors have a primary Ashlesha placement. Since the Moon represents women, they often tend to be good at manipulating women or being influential in concepts and literature relating to women. These natives are often responsible for trendy lingo, popular terms, pop culture, and originating concepts people debate over on the internet daily. Without Ashlesha, the framework of modern media & pop culture probably wouldn’t exist as it does.
JYESTHA ☂️
Jyestha natives are skilled at manipulating the material world. They tend to be dominant, competitive and persistent. Although some natives keep these traits hidden, at their core they strive for achievement and success. They have a strong seed of desire planted within and are good at motivating themselves towards achievement. Paired with the Mars rulership of the sign Scorpio, there’s an evident ruthlessness they have with pursuing their goals. They use their sheer will power to create the reality they want for themselves, not stopping until they achieve it. They are usually seen at the top of their field or craft, dominating their competition. They’re also skilled at psychology, and can persuade and manipulate others through their words and actions. Additionally, with this Mars Rashi rulership, they’re skilled at manipulating their physical body and often excel at sports, pilates, yoga, breath work etc. They’re able to consistently push past their limit physically, mentally and psychologically. Someone known as “the greatest” in their field was NBA player, Michael Jordan, who has Jyestha Moon. We’ve also witnessed Jyestha Ascendant native, Kim Kardashian amass large wealth for herself due to her ability to manipulate her image and reputation, and consequently manipulate the masses through her impact in the media. These natives don’t quit until they win, and with the inherent dominance within them, they dominate their own weaknesses and turn them into strengths. They usually amass a lot of wealth for themselves due to their effort and insatiable appetite for success and victory. They manipulate they’re own skill set until produces results for them and in general know how to manipulate their surroundings to work in their favor.
REVATI 🥁
These natives are skilled at manipulating reality itself. If the concept of manifestation had a mascot, it would be Revati. These natives are inherently removed from reality energetically. They tend to be detached and unreachable, where they are able to see everything from an outsider’s perspective. They can often feel like aliens themselves. But it’s only from the outside perspective where we can create reality right in front of us. Being the last Nakshatra, they are adaptable and changeable to any surrounding. With the adept ability to be all things to all people. They see reality from a Birds Eye view, in a way that’s almost impossible to see without having this Nakshatra as a primary placement. Revati is the playful trickster that plays with reality for fun, testing limits and boundaries, toying with it all. To them everything in life is malleable, through this belief they do seemingly impossible things. But to the Revati native, they’re fully aware that anything is possible, and we have the power to create anything we put our minds to. Given the Jupiter rulership of the sign Pisces, these natives have a profound sense of faith and belief. Almost blindly so. But with faith being a key ingredient in the formula of manifestation, these natives use it to their advantage. Many manifestation coaches, spiritual guides, and authors/bloggers that talk about manifesting have prominent Revati in their chart. They generally have a powerful influence in spiritual and creative industries. Similar to Ashlesha, they help shape the trends of the collective consciousness.
📝In conclusion, Mercury is one of the most influential planets over the material world, and through these Nakshatras we can see Mercury’s influence manifest in various different ways. But the commonality is that these energies most prominently help to influence, shape, sculpt and manipulate reality as we know it now.
Your FYP
Think of your reality as customizing your fyp.
You're scrolling through videos (your thoughts) and picking out which ones to give your attention to.
If you watch a video till the end, like it, comment on it (keep the thought running through your mind) or repost it (vent about it to your friends/family) you're telling the algorithm (your subconscious mind) that this is what you want. And so, more videos (thoughts) pop up on your feed that echo that very first one.
That's how thoughts turn into assumptions. You give them your full attention and Keep them running in your head, making their watch time go 📈
On the other hand however, if a video isn't what you want to see, and you scroll within the first 3 seconds, you're telling the algorithm that this doesn't interest you. With time, less and less videos of the same nature pop up, until you no longer see anything on that subject ever again.
It's up to you to customize your feed. Stop giving attention to what you don't want, and instead focus on what you want. You will start seeing more of it all around you whether on your feed or in your 3d.
Happy manifesting ❤️
reminder that femininity and masculinity are preformative social constructs, and playing into the opposite sex's stereotypes doesn't validate you of being the opposite sex
i need women to understand that attraction does not equal respect, love, or care. men’s attraction = lust, objectification, possessiveness. just because men are attracted to women does not mean that they love women or respect women or care about women past having sex with us or having us as a trophy to show off. attraction is not the same thing as respect. men do not respect you, even if they want to be in a relationship with you.
Saturnians (Capricorn, Aquarius, Pushya, Anuradha, Uttara Bhadrapada) only like Solar people (Leo, Krittika, Uttara Phalguni, Uttara Ashadha) when they’re in their authenticity. Otherwise they act very strict towards Solar people when they aren’t embracing their purpose to shine, because they’re fake and they’re not wielding their purpose honestly. Saturn can see it clearly, just like Shani could see Surya clearly.
Saturn corrects Sun’s misuse of power. He is the darkness to Sun’s light, and he teaches Sun to be aware of his shadow. Otherwise Sun will not know what is important to shine a light on, and Sun will neglect the darkness when darkness is what makes him shine.
“Sun, your light inspires demons — yet darkness is what makes you shine. Wield your purpose like a weapon. You were meant to shine. That is your responsibility.” ✨
Demons are simply symbolic of uncontrolled, unconscious energy without any direction. It is Sun’s responsibility to give light and direction.
Purva Phalguni deals with demons and selling one’s soul because Venus (Lord of Asuras) + Sun is what illuminates and guides the demons out of people. Purva Phalguni is pure temptation, beginning to stir the lower centers in other people. Both men and women under this nakshatra are capable inspiring this temptation within other people. They will experience “bringing out the demons” of other people for these reasons, all by being themselves. The “evil” side of Purva Phalguni natives is that they can misuse this level of attraction to selfishly get what they desire out of people.
Uttara Phalguni has the same ability of churning the lower centers of other people, except it’s much more aggressive in its pursuit. It also causes spiritual enlightenment within others. It wields its ability to draw attention to make change, to set a strong foundation and pace themselves throughout the world. They guide & control the demons that came to Purva Phalguni for prosperity (alchemy—turning lemons to lemonade which is parallel to milking Kamadhenu, the wish-fulfilling cow woman). They learn to wield good vs evil, to embrace both sides at once, for the purpose of alchemy. This is why Mercury in Uttara Phalguni can be a very lucrative, wish-fulfilling placement, as Mercury rules Alchemy and Uttara Phalguni controls all of the elements (including the ether) to create something very wish-fulfilling. Uttara Phalguni is not afraid of the dark. The darkness is what makes it shine.
This is why I sometimes refer to the Phalgunis as the “Fruit of Temptation.”
Hi, I'm new to this and I wanted to know if I have to affirm to enter the void when I feel the symptoms?
HI LOVELY.
So, when feeling symptoms, you have plenty of ways of inducing the void:
Simply affirming = "I'm the void" "I am in the void" "I am pure consciousness" "I allow myself to enter the void" or just simply say this "I am", you can use any affirmation.
Just visualize the blackness behind your eyelids = not wanting to affirm? Easy, just stare into the blackness of your eyelids and pretend it's actually the void. (Pretending means being at peace that you actually achieved it)
Not wanting that too? = Easy, just let yourself go and imagine whatever you want, silly little scenarios, daydreams, whatever to keep your body asleep and mind awake, you'll find yourself naturally slipping in no time.
Are you the type to Lucid dream a lot? = Use it to your advantage! After grounding yourself in the dream (touching the ground), simple affirm you're going to enter the void and bam you're in it.
Are you the type to get sleep paralysis? = Easy! When entering, push fear aside and tell yourself you're in the void, bam.
Don't wanna do all that and just wanna wake up in it? = ALSO YES, simply affirm before sleeping that you always wake up in the void aware.
HOPE I HELPED, MWAH.
OKAYYYYY HELLOOOO YOU SHIFTED??!?? PACK IT UP MASTER SHIFTER 😩🫶🏽
BAE WHAT WAS THE METHOD PLEASE THESE ALMOST SHIFTS AND SHIFTING FOR TWO SECONDS ARE EATING ME ALIVE HELP A BISH OUTTTT
the anti-method (a.k.a., you were never here to begin with).
౨ৎ this isn’t a method (well, sorta). no steps, no trying, no reaching. it’s a glitch. a realisation. a quiet little crack in the mirror. it did make *me* shift !!!
there was never a door to open. never a distance to cross. you were never locked out. just lost in a dream, trying to wake up when you were already awake.
people talk about shifting like it’s a journey, a climb, a thing to chase. but what if it was always just a memory?? something lodged in the back of your mind, waiting for you to remember it? like a word on the tip of your tongue. like déjà vu.
you were already there. you just forgot.
i , lie or sit still. don’t try. don’t force. just let yourself exist, soft and untethered. feel your body like it’s not yours. just a borrowed costume, a dress-up game you forgot you were playing. limbs are foreign. the weight is someone else’s problem.
ii , ask yourself. " WHAT IF I ALREADY SHIFTED AND I JUST...FORGOT? " not “what if i go there,” not “what if i shift.” but what if i was always there? what if i just... blanked out for a sec?
iii , your brain will (probably) panic. it’ll start grasping at straws, trying to prove you’re still here. trying to reattach you to the illusion. let it fumble. let it glitch. just keep thinking :
◞ i already shifted. i just forgot. ◞ i’ve been there this whole time.
it’s not a theory. not a wish. just a fact you misplaced somewhere along the way.
iv , the mind collapses on itself. how do you know you aren’t already in your dr? how do you prove this isn’t the dream? the body stops feeling like yours. the world gets flimsy at the edges. and then? the illusion shatters.
v , you remember. not enter. not “get there.” just....remember. your dr? you were in it before you even asked. shifting? you never had to try. it was always just a breath away. you were never locked out. you just forgot the door was already open.
vi , you're there. like the ending of a lucid dream where you suddenly know without needing proof. and that’s it. you're there. you always were.
⊹ ︶︶ ୨୧ ︶︶ ⊹
the anti-method works for getting into the void as well, as it bypasses the idea of getting there entirely. instead of treating the void as a destination you have to reach, it flips the perspective :
you’re already in the void. you just forgot.
the void isn’t something you enter. it’s something you remember. it’s the default state, the space beneath everything else. but your mind, in its little desperate need to cling to reality, convinced you that you’re somewhere else. that you’re here instead of there. this method forces your brain into a logical spiral . . .
◞ how do i know i’m not already in the void? ◞ how do i prove this isn’t the dream? ◞ what if i just… forgot?
and because your brain can’t disprove it, the illusion starts to crack. your body stops feeling real. the world starts to feel dreamlike. the physical self detaches, and, poof, there you are. or rather, there you always were.
it works because it messes with the fabric of perception. if you stop believing in the difference between “here” and “there,” what’s left???? just being. just existing. and in that moment of realisation, the illusion of reality collapses. and you remember the void like an old childhood memory suddenly rushing back.
once you're in the void, once the realisation fully sinks in and the illusion crumbles, you're just there. infinite. detached. pure awareness. it’s like waking up from a dream, but instead of waking into your bedroom, you wake into nothingness. and then? well, you decide.
◞ if you want to affirm, affirm. ◞ if you want to shift, set your intention and let yourself go. ◞ if you want to just exist in the void, soak in the weightless, limitless nothingness.
there’s no next step because the void doesn’t require doing. it’s the ultimate being. you can shape it, or you can let it hold you. either way, you’re already exactly where you need to be.
what happens after? whatever you want. that’s the whole point.
౨ৎ and that is it. no trying, no reaching, just a little oh. moment. a déjà vu in the back of your mind. go play in the dreamscape. you were never here anyway.
you definitely don't require this method, or any method at all to either shift *or* get to the void, but method can be fun ! you can definitely try this one out if you wish.
How I Manifested My SP After a Year of Struggle, Chaos & Misunderstanding the Law
(buckle up, this is a lil wild)
Let’s start with the fact that… I didn’t even know this guy. I had never spoken to him. Not once. I just randomly started crushing on him one day — and honestly?? It was so random that I wouldn’t be shocked if HE manifested me first. I was minding my business.
My friend used to know him, so I’d been hearing stories about him for like… two years? And I knew we went to the same school, but I’d never seen him until suddenly—BOOM. There he was. Real. Breathing. Cute. And I was like “ok wait why is my heart doing things??”
Naturally, I spiraled. I started stalking his TikTok reposts (don’t do that, it’s not cute) and realized we liked the same stuff. He seemed fun, lowkey goofy, just my type. So the crush got worse. But here’s where I messed up: my mindset? Absolute garbage.
I kept thinking, “He’s too shy. I’m not good enough. He’d never like me like that.” I was literally setting myself up to fail. I messaged him once — got nothing back. Because duh, I was already assuming he wasn’t gonna answer. I knew about the Law of Assumption, but I didn’t really understand it. I’d visualize him, then be like “but what if it never happens” five seconds later.
Every day I thought about him. Every day I got mad that it wasn’t working. I kept saying I was manifesting him but deep down I was still waiting for proof. Still doubting. Still lowkey begging the universe to show me something.
Took me a YEAR to realize the problem was me. I was saying “he’s mine” while still looking at the hallway like a heartbroken NPC every time he walked by. I had to change that.
So I did. I stopped looking for signs. Stopped stalking. Stopped overthinking. Every time he popped into my head, I was like “yep, he’s already mine, moving on.” And I finally started believing it. I worked on myself, built up my confidence, and didn’t even try to “manifest” him again.
And guess what? HE messaged ME. Outta nowhere. Apologized. Explained stuff. Total plot twist moment.
I wasn’t even shocked. I was like “well, finally.” Because once you actually believe you’ve got it, it has to show up. That’s how it works.
AND NOW??
We’re literally perfect. Like not even being dramatic — he treats me so well. He always checks in, sends me memes, compliments me out of nowhere, and actually listens when I talk (10/10 bare minimum KING behavior). He flirts with me like we’re in a teen movie and makes me feel like I’m the only girl on earth. He’s soft with me in private but funny and chill around others. AND he remembers the smallest things I say?? Ugh.
We joke around, go on little walks, sometimes just sit in silence and it's still perfect. It’s not forced. It’s not stressful. It just clicks.
The version of him I wanted? He’s literally that now. And honestly, I’m not even surprised — I became the version of me who had this. That’s the real secret.
So yeah. Don’t give up. Don’t spiral. Stop begging the hallway to make eye contact. Act like it’s already yours — and then it is.
Now go live your Wattpad story.
WHAT THIS POST COVERS:
why you "assumed" and it "didn't work"
how you actually assume
what if your brain is overactive and "forcing you to check the 3d"? how to "fix" it
There it is. The frustration. The doubt creeping in, the whispered thought: But I did everything right. I assumed. I believed. And yet… nothing has changed.
You check the mirror—same face. You check your messages—no new texts from them. You check your reality—still the same, still ordinary, still not what you asked for.
And now, you’re wondering: Did I do something wrong? Did I mess it up? Is this all just fake, some elaborate trick I convinced myself of?
No, darling. You didn’t mess it up. But you are making one critical mistake:
You Never Actually Assumed. You Just Wished.
Let’s be honest with ourselves for a second. Did you assume… or did you hope? Did you decide it was yours… or did you wait to see proof before believing? Did you step into the mindset of someone who already has it… or did you just try to convince yourself for a few days and then panic when nothing changed?
Because here’s the thing—real assumption doesn’t waver.
It doesn’t wake up every morning checking for evidence like a nervous stock investor. It doesn’t crumble the second the 3D doesn’t instantly reflect back its desires. It doesn’t treat the unseen like it isn’t real.
If you planted a seed today, would you dig it up tomorrow to check if it’s growing? No. If you booked a flight for next week, would you panic every day, thinking, "What if the plane doesn’t exist?" No.
So why, when it comes to manifesting, do you refuse to trust?
You don’t assume to “make” something happen. You assume because it’s already a fact.
Assumption is not:
A technique.
A method.
A way to “convince” reality to change.
Assumption is reality.
You aren’t trying to “believe” in something far away. You are stepping into what is already yours.
Step 1: Stop Trying to Control the 3D. The biggest mistake? You are still a slave to your senses.
You look for movement. You check your phone. You stare at your bank account. You analyze every little thing for signs that your manifestation is “working.”
And the second you don’t see proof? Doubt. Panic. Desperation.
Let me tell you something: The 3D is old news. What you see right now? It’s a reflection of your old thoughts, not your current assumptions.
Think of it like this: When you order something online, do you sit there anxiously refreshing the tracking page every five seconds? Do you assume it got lost in the mail just because it hasn’t arrived in an hour? No. You trust it’s coming.
Your manifestation works the same way.
You assume, and then you let go of the need to check.
Step 2: Become the Version of You That Already Has It. This is where most people mess up.
They say “I am rich,” but still panic when they check their bank balance. They say “I have shifted,” but still search for reality checks to confirm it. They say “I am loved,” but still stalk their SP’s social media, waiting for a sign.
So let me ask you: If you really had your desire right now, how would you act?
Would you be stressed about shifting if you had already shifted 100 times? Would you doubt your SP’s love if you were already together? Would you panic over money if you were already wealthy?
No. You would be calm. Certain. Done.
So do that now. Be that person now.
Stop acting like the version of you that doesn’t have it. Stop reacting to the 3D as if it holds any power over you. Stop feeding the version of you that still doubts.
Step 3: Make Your Assumption So Normal That You Forget You Even Wanted It. This is the part nobody talks about: Detachment is not forcing yourself to “let go.” Detachment is when you assume so deeply that you forget it was even something you desired in the first place.
Think about it:
Do you wake up every morning manifesting air to breathe? No, because you assume it’s always there. Do you worry about whether the sun will rise? No, because it’s just a fact of reality.
When you truly assume something, it becomes boring. You stop thinking about it constantly. You stop obsessing over when it will happen. You stop treating it like some miraculous event.
It just is. And when you reach that point? It manifests instantly.
Now, let’s talk about the people who are still unsure. Who feel stuck, who are thinking: "But what if it’s not working?"
Here’s the truth: If you’re still checking the 3D, you’re not fully assuming.
But Leonora I’m anxious! I can’t stop checking, it’s driving me mad! You’re not alone, and it’s okay. Let’s break it down, because we’re going to handle that right now.
Some of you can’t just stop overthinking. You try to suppress the thoughts, and they come back louder. So what do you do? You redirect them. Accept that anxiety is just an old habit.
Your brain has spent years, maybe even your whole life, doubting things. Expecting disappointment. Looking for evidence that things won’t work. Of course, it’s going to feel unnatural to just “assume.” You are rewiring years of conditioning. Your mind isn’t trying to sabotage you—it’s just clinging to what it knows. So when the thoughts come? Don’t panic. Don’t fight them. Just recognize them for what they are: old programming.
Say to yourself: “Ha, there it is. My brain trying to protect me with doubt again. That’s cute. But we’re doing things differently now.” Then move on. Don’t engage. Don’t spiral.
A super powerful trick for anxious minds:
Right before you fall asleep, affirm gently in your mind, like a lullaby. No intensity. No desperation. Just soft, sleepy, matter-of-fact affirmations. Example: “I already have it. It’s already mine. It’s happening so easily.”
Why does this work? Because your brain is most suggestible in that drowsy state. It absorbs things without resistance. If you do this consistently? Your subconscious will start to believe it on autopilot.
Your anxious brain is like a restless toddler. If you don’t give it something productive to focus on, it will cause chaos. So distract it. Give it a job. Instead of letting it spiral into doubt, tell it to focus on something that supports your assumption.
Daydream in extreme detail about having your desire. Write down your perfect reality like it’s already happened. Imagine a scene over and over until it feels realer than reality.
Your brain wants something to chew on. Feed it the right things.
Yes, your mind is loud. Yes, your doubts feel overwhelming. Yes, it’s hard to stop checking the 3D.
Some of you will check anyway. And that’s fine. But make it work for you.
If you look in the mirror and don’t see a change, say: “Well, that’s nice. That means the shift is happening behind the scenes.”
If you check your phone and don’t see a text, say: “Perfect. That means the next message will be exactly what I want.”
If you check your bank account and it’s not at 7 figures yet, say: “Obviously. The money is still finding its way to me in the best possible way.”
You get to assign meaning. So make it work in your favor.
Every time doubt comes up, respond with: “Oh, that’s funny. I literally already have it, though.” Say it with amusement. Laugh at how ridiculous the doubt is. Make assuming feel more normal than doubting.
You’re still waiting for proof. That’s the problem. You wake up each morning and search for signs, watching the world like a detective looking for clues. You second-guess. You overthink. You try to “catch” reality shifting in your favor like it’s some slippery thing that might escape you.
But what if I told you that you already have it? No, not “on its way.” Not “manifesting in divine timing.” Now. Already. Yours.
Because the second you assume something is yours, it is. Your reality is shaped by your assumptions. You’re already living the life you assumed. The second you realize that, it will click.
Stop waiting for proof. Stop doubting. Stop acting like your desires are fragile or out of reach.
