Are you never allowed to say anything negative at all? Even when you feel like shit?

Every spiritual belief — from established ones like Christianity, to modern ones like the Law of Attraction — encourages you to be positive. “Look at the bright side of things!” “Be grateful for what you have!” “Like attracts like, so never be negative!”

But you’re human. You can’t always be happy.

Of course you’re allowed to feel and say negative things, both to yourself and to people you trust.

The trick is to make sure you acknowledge that your negative situation is temporary.

When I’m going through a hard time, and someone asks me if I’m fine, I say, “I will be.”

I don’t lie and say I’m okay. That’s how wounds stay wounds — when you don’t admit they’re there.

But I also don’t declare defeat. Because for as long as I’ve been alive, I’ve won every single challenge life sent me. Haven’t you? Trust your track record.

To become a powerful witch, an effective manifester, or simply, a happy person… that’s the key.

Don’t say, “I’m so tired!” Say, “I’m so tired, so I will rest to feel better.”

Don’t say, “I’m fucking broke!” Say, “I need money, and I know it’s on its way to me.”

Don’t say, “My life sucks!”. Say, “Life hasn’t been easy, but things are about to change.”

Don’t pretend your pain isn’t there. Acknowledge it. Then acknowledge that it will pass, and it will.

"How do I assume?"

"How to assume" is one of the simplest yet most misunderstood things when it comes to manifestation. People try to overcomplicate it, turning it into some big process with rules and steps, but honestly, it’s way more natural than that. You already assume things all the time, whether you realize it or not. You assume that when you wake up, your feet will touch the ground, that your phone will work, that your favorite coffee shop will have your usual drink. All day long, you’re assuming the reality of things.

Manifestation is the same thing—just assume it’s already done. It’s not about waiting, it’s not about waiting for the universe to show you something. No, no, no—it’s all in your head. The moment you assume something is true, it becomes true for you. You don’t need to figure out how it will come, because that’s not the point. The point is that it already exists, and by assuming it, you align with that version of reality.

When you're thinking to yourself, instead of focusing on wanting the iPhone or dog, you would naturally start assuming you already have them.

So, how TO assume:

Well how do you usually think? i usually talk to myself.

What do want? i want a new iPhone.

Now just like you usually think tell yourself you already have that iPhone: "omg wow I have my new iPhone hmm what wallpaper should I use? oh I have to pick a case for it now! I cant wait to show my friends my new iPhone!"

ANOTHER EXAMPLE:

How do u think? I visualise scenarios.

What do u want? a dog.

Now like you usually think, assume that u already have that dog: *visualising a cute puppy licking my hands and wiggling its tail. watching it play with a toy I bought it. imagining me petting it and laughing*

So, when you think about “how to assume,” remember it’s as simple as talking to yourself/imagining like it's real. "Oh, my new iPhone is so shiny and perfect," or "My dog is always so excited to see me." That’s how you assume. It’s not some grand process. It’s just you choosing what reality you’re in and sticking with it. Period.

You DON'T have to overthink it. You don’t have to wonder if it’s working. If you’re assuming it, it’s done. The more natural you make it, the easier it becomes. No need to analyze, no need to second-guess. It’s simple: decide, assume and done.

What I like about loassumption, is that you don't have to dwell on potential outcomes as 'what ifs' or 'what could've been'. You can revise, you can just embody a new state of having fulfilled whatever it is you wanted in the past. If you apply, and quit complaining about the old story, you'll find this liberating.

1. The old story doesn't exist anymore, you're completely removed from it. If it comes back to you in thoughts, correct it with the new story.

2. Don't worry, you're not practicing perfection. It's alright if you fall out of the new state and back into the old story again; you can spiral. Please allow yourself the space to make mistakes, allow yourself to be human. As long as you pick yourself up again.

3. As long as you keep consistently coming back to the new story, and stick with it, you're doing well. Wake up thinking from it, sleep thinking from it. Even the gap between morning and night, you're coming back to the state.

4. Relish in that new state, the same way you've always dwelled in negative states in the past. Marinade in the fact that you have all it is that you want, and you've already manifested it — creation is done!

5. Persist, persist, persist. So long as you don't allow the old story to be dominant anymore!

You're to be fully saturated with the new story. Whatever the hell you want, you have it. And that includes new memories, too. Revision can affect any tense. You can use it to continue a new current story, or change the story of past events.

ᴱˣᵃᵐᵖˡᵉˢ

• Don't like how that TV show ended? Revise it from the very first episode, to the details you didn't want. It ended exactly how you wanted it to end. It had the narrative you wanted it to have and everything about it is perfect now. Wow you're so powerful that you changed past events of a well known fictional series? Congratulations for using your god powerful abilities.

• You're anxious about the grades you'll get once the results come out? Revise your state; 'no I'm excited to get my grades because I know I did so well because I've always done well.' Of course you did well, of course you got distinctions. You always got distinctions. Your worst mark is an 80 % .

• You felt like your hair hasn't been healthy/ growing for years? Revise it. Your hair has always been healthy. You only have memories of people complimenting your hair.

• You're not comfortable in your body shape/appearance? Revise it. You were always meant to look the way that made you comfortable. Right now, you're so comfortable in your body and skin. You feel so content in your desired body, you look exactly the way that you feel about yourself now. Everything is perfect!

𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐𝘵 𝘕𝘰𝘸, 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺

At the end of the day, think from when you woke in the morning. Where did you wake up? How did you wake up looking like? Is there a desired person beside you? Did you wake up in your desired mansion? What is your daily routine of your desired lifestyle? Did you go to your desired job?

You don't have to be that detailed about your daily revisions. As long as everyday you're living the life you wanted. You can revise in any technique. Visualizing how the day went, journaling it — writing it down in your diary, voice recording how your day went etc.

Please utilize it, it's so perfect if you have an issue with constantly embodying states or if you may have shitty days! And you don't just revise by the end of the days, you can revise on the spot!!

For example, let's say you're out & about and you're driving/walking passed advertising boards. And you're living in the end as a fashion model!

Well, those boards you passed by had your face in them. You saw your face there and oh my god you're so famous because it's at least twelve boards you spotted your face in!

It can be really as simple as scrolling through your phone, and revising that every social platform you go to, you see people using your face as their avi.

Revision can be used in so many ways, don't waste it.

the law works the same for everyone, it is not a muscle that needs to be exercised. it's like gravity, it exists and is happening nonetheless.

if you feed your subconscious material, it has no choice other than to believe it. it cannot differentiate a joke from fact, just as it cannot differentiate true from false. it also cannot tell the difference between a good thing or a bad thing. why? because your subconscious is like a computer, it reads information and projects it into your reality. if your subconscious is told xyz is true, it will simply mirror your thoughts and manifest it. easy as that.

your subconscious has no morality or bias. it is a computer, all it does is as I said... mirror your thoughts into your reality.

the law has been implemented into your lives since you have had the cognitive ability to do so. the law is wrapped and intertwined into every single thing in your reality, you can't stop it, it is constant. this means, again... the law is not biased.

this is why you can literally be bawling your eyes out and still manifest your desire. if you feed your subconscious information, it's not going to worry whether you're crying or not. plus, since the law is always working... it's also not going to care if you're bawling your eyes out or not.

using this logic, your subconscious also doesn't care if this information is 'true' or not. it's blind, niave... it believes it regardless.

You DON’T actually need to specify.

Short post.

A recommendation for law of assumption is to “specify” or “decide what to manifest,” but some people will not know what to manifest still, and that’s okay. Unpopular opinion, but you could literally not decide on anything and still manifest a favorable reality. This is true because let’s say someone manifested something that they did not specify. It’s simply because of an underlying generalized assumption.

It’s more than enough to just assume favorability because you KNOW subconsciously what’s favorable to you. You don’t need to stress yourself with all the small details if you’re not interested. You don’t have to write it all down, you don’t have to visualize it, you don’t have to affirm it if you don’t want to do any of that. You KNOW what’s ideal, just trust yourself!

Manifesting truly IS supposed to be fun and easy! Not hard work or a struggle. You don’t have to know what to manifest BECAUSE YOU’RE ALEADY MANIFESTING 24/7!

And you don’t have to keep assuming every time a new idea of what to manifest comes up. Like I said, you’re ALREADY manifesting 24/7. It doesn’t toggle on and off. You assume once and it’s DONE for you just like that.

THE IRRELEVANCE OF THE 3D: DEBUNKED

the 3D is our outside reality. it shows us what we assume the world looks like, how we assume the world works, what we assume happens in our world. basically, it’s the world we wake up in everyday. the 4D, however, represents our inner world, it’s ours and only ours, and it can change with just a thought. the 4D is reflected in the 3D: so, the 3D can also be changed. we just have to change our assumptions in the 4D first!

however: what happens if, after changing our assumption, the 3D shows us something we don’t like? something that could be the complete opposite of what we manifested, or something that simply doesn’t align with our manifestation? it’s easy: we bring out our best “i don’t give a flying fuck” attitude, and keep it close until the 3D shows us what we want. the 3D is irrational and illogical: not everything we see in it makes sense. the 3d is a unreliable narrator; so, only believe what you know is true. and you know your manifestations are true, so only believe when the 3D shows you your manifestations. if you see in your 3D something that doesn’t resonate with your manifestation, just re-affirm that you have what you manifested, without giving it a second thought. you can’t change your thoughts depending on what happens in your 3D; it doesn’t work like that. it’s the 3D that has to change depending on what our thoughts are! the 3D is irrelevant, so never believe in what you don’t like. state that you don’t give a fuck, re-affirm that you have what you want, & focus on the 4D. the 4D is the only reality you should fully believe: you’re in complete control of it, so you can shape it depending on how you like it! assume what you want. keep that assumption. don’t let the 3D tell you otherwise. get your manifestation. <3

Seriously, don't. You did not 'fail', you are not even close to failing, because failure doesn'teven exist. "Oh but I didn't/ couldn't manifest xyz so i failed", No? You still didn't fail. You successfully manifested an outcome, it was just not aligned with your wants. Why? It's simple, you probably "assumed" you have xyz, then went on panicking and doubting or probably having a mental breakdown over "where is it?" or "I don't see it" or worst of all, prepared some "back up" plans "just in case" your "assumption failed". Basically you did everything that contradicted your assumptions, got scared and started to believe your doubts might actually be true, and went back to the loophole, yet again.

☆How To Deal With Failure

I'm gonna hold your hand when I say this, but, doubts, negative/ intrusive thoughts literally CANNOT do anything in their power to stop your manifestations. they were, are, and will ALWAYS be under you. I'll admit, its okay to doubt. It's okay to "contradict" your manifestations because we are still human. But, seriously? you're actually Giving in to them? They say you cannot manifest xyz because its just "illogical" and you actually believed it? A literal God, the creator, is stopped by some mere opposing thoughts? Babe, its 2025. How long are you gonna doubt yourself, thinking you just cannot manifest, and beg others for help? when all you need to do is just assume in your favour, and that is literally it. It doesn't matter what the 3D shows you, because it was never about the 3D. Remember, you only just perceive the 3D based off your assumptions. you're actually living in your 4D. Literally, Right now, if you merely just THINK that you already Induced pure consciousness, or passed that test with straight A's, hell, even something like you are already living your dream life and you're going on your 10th international trip today, it is god damn real. That imagination, is the only truth. The 3D? It's gonna catch up babe, don't worry. It has to and WILL reflect your 4D, idc how much you doubt that statement. No the 3D does NOT fail to reflect your assumptions. You don't go over to a mirror and think "I'm scared, what If the mirror stops reflecting?" Does that make any sense? exactly.

Manifesting or loassumption is as easy as it can get, decide you having something, or assume you have something WITHOUT spiraling cause the doubts and shit are fake asf. Its 1 FREAKING step. It doesn't matter how "illogical" or "dumb" or "delusional" your manifestations seem, we are literally floating on a rock in the middle of nowhere called space, and you say you can't manifest your desires. STOP WAITING ANY LONGER! just APPLY and watch your desires unfold!

(p.s, sorry if this might come off as rude to someone, but this was very much needed considering how it's legit 2025 and yet people deem manifestation as "impossible".)

It's in our control how we use ANYTHING. Energy, tools, thoughts, emotions... Even DOUBTS. lemme explain:

Getting reminded of your old story or "circumstances": it's just another opportunity to remind yourself your new story and live it as soon as you wish :) live it in your 4d AND in your 3d

"negetive" emotion - Anger: i think anger is really powerful if we use it in a good way. if you're angry for some reason (especially about loa or shifting) use it to your advantage by putting that firey energy into something. If you are a creative, put it into art or simply completing your script, doing a loa technique (369, rampage)

Rampage: "ykw? F it. I have my manifestation/ I have shifted! I am so good at this. Like idc what anyone else including the 3d tells me, I know i have it already. It's annoying ATP cuz it's so obvious I have shifted/manifested all my desires."

Doubts: so first of, stop with the negativity bias. It does not exist. Cuz why can you doubt your abilities, your powers, your manifestation being yours, you having shifted but not the thoughts that "it's not manifested yet" "manifesting is hard" "it's luck" "ughh I woke up in my OR again"????? Like bro doubt THAT! Who says it's not manifested??? The 3d? pffft it's literally the product of your past assumptions. It's not real. And is it really luck? Or just people taking their power back. And you didn't woke up in your OR if you decide so. You are in your DR. Like do you really wanna be there or no? If you think you have blockages, go and meditate about it, figure it out, and change that belief. First of all you don't need to do anything extra to manifest and shift it's literally our first nature.

i've talked about this a little bit in one of my other posts, but I realized this was a very important topic — especially for people like me out here, who might've had a hard time with this concept, and so I wanted to expand on it and give my own two cents.

the concept of "letting go" has been taught to most — if not all — of us by life long ago before any of us even found shifting. if you don't like a situation, "let it go". do your best, and "leave the rest and don't fixate on it". if someone you love doesn't respect you, "let them go". anything that doesn't serve you, "let it go". this is the one advice that got many of us through different situations. but everytime I ever came across a post saying "let go of your desire and watch it come to you", this quote always came to mind.

LETTING GO

honestly, I couldn't for the love of God even think of letting go of shifting. I simply didn't want to. it felt like a betrayal to all the people I wanted to shift for, to myself, to my dreams — everything. I would think to myself "how do I not care if i'll shift or not? how do I not care about all these people in my dr I want to meet? I want to care. I have people I love, people I want to see, so how can I not care?", and it would make me so upset because I would see people talking about how they let go of it and it came to them. it almost felt like it was wrong to love, to care, to cherish this opportunity, and to want to be excited for it. I didn't want to "let go" and wanted to keep on holding forever. but then, I realized what the problem was. it wasn't my loving too much, caring too much, or anyone else's "letting go" of their desire to shift. the problem was my idea of what "letting go" means.

in any "normal" situation, "letting go" would mean "not caring" or "not giving your energy out where it isn't respected or celebrated". but. and a big but. when it comes to shifting, "letting go" has a totally different meaning.

LETTING GO

• "letting go" in terms of shifting

to me, when it comes to shifting, "letting go" isn't about having an attitude of "if I shift, I shift. if I don't, I don't". while this can help some people, it's fairly hard for others to follow, because some of us WANT to shift and not even think about the "don'ts". so what letting go meant to me was being content where I am, because I knew that sooner or later — I will have what I want, because it is mine, and to stop trying to "make it happen" and simply just let it happen. because i'm a staunch believer that anything that happens, only happens for my own good — always, and if I found shifting, it was for a reason.

now, one could argue that both are the same, and I cooked nothing (lol). and yes, they might be. but. and a big but again. the difference is you CAN care about the people you want to shift for. you can be chalant, you can be obsessed with your dr, your s/o, anything — everything, and still shift. the point is being content. and you, yourself, have to give yourself the closure that whatever you want will be yours. because the feeling of being content always comes from within. don't force it, and take time to give yourself this closure. and care, and be excited, and be assured. you can be all of these things at the same time.

and if you're afraid of it being "not meant for you", then my dear friend, if it wasn't meant for you, I promise you, and I swear to God, it would've never found you. not in this lifetime, not in a million others. never. not EVER, okay? so rest assured that it is a hundred and ten percent meant for you. so, you don't have to grip it so hard you leave claw marks on it. it's right next to you, and that's how it'll stay. and if it "wasn't meant for you and still found you", it would've gone by now. it wouldn't have stayed. so "let go". be at peace. your dr awaits you, and you're going to make it.

okay. okay. let’s get into it. how to assume.

assuming is not a wishlist. not a request. not a delicate, trembling hope held between two prayer hands. assuming is occupancy. it is signing your name on the deed before the house is even built. it is living inside the fact before the fact exists.

think of reality like a soft, impressionable thing. like warm wax. like fresh concrete. it takes shape around what you believe to be true. most people walk around like reality is a cold, hard wall, something to be negotiated with, something that needs convincing. no. you do not negotiate. you do not wait in line, ticket in hand, hoping to be called. you sit at the table like the invitation was always yours.

let’s say you’re assuming something big. something wild. you don’t just say it once and then sit there waiting for it to tap you on the shoulder like a well-trained butler. you live in it. you wear it like a second skin. you let it become as natural to you as your own name. because reality..... reality is obedient. reality follows you. and it will follow the story you tell it.

and yes, yes, the brain will panic. the brain is a victorian child with a fever, clutching the bedposts, whispering “but what if we’re wrong?” kiss it on the forehead. tell it to rest. you are the captain now.

because assuming is not about forcing reality. it’s about knowing reality is already yours. it’s walking into the world like a god in a borrowed coat, and the coat always fits.
