It is always better to have Guilt than to have Ignorance.

Guilt is simply your conscious telling you what is right. If one does not follow or act on their principles, morals, or values, it is natural for the heart to feel remorseful. So do not reckon that guilt is an enemy or an opposing voice. It is your inner spirit guiding you back to what you know is honourable for you.

When one becomes insensible, one is led without a guiding voice that might one day save them from perishing their own heart.

I find it so fascinating that the names for some colours in Urdu are actually just descriptive words. Some examples: - aasmani - sky blue - aasman means sky and ‘i’ is added to make it an adjective just like ‘ly’ or ‘y’ is added to a noun in English - badaami - light brown - badaam means almond (they’re talking about the inside of an almond though) - bangani - purple - bangan means eggplant  - gulabi - pink - gulab means rose (this is the ‘official’ word for pink in Urdu)

In a world that’s obsessed with physical beauty, always ask the Almighty to beautify and uplift our soul through consistent acts of worship and prayer. Remember, time will rob you of your outer beauty, no matter how hard you try to preserve it but a beautiful soul remains!
