little notes for when you’re sad:
you have always gotten back up from rock bottom on your own, it just took some time. bad times won’t last forever.
some days are unexpectedly better than others for no particular reason - the future is not completely bleak, there will be beautiful days sprinkled in no matter what you’re going through
it takes time to mend your heart, love yourself and grow into the person you hope to become. it’s ok to have hiccups along the way, it means you’re doing your best.
it’s possible to create a comforting & meaningful life for yourself with what you have at the moment. you may not see it, but sometimes we can be so busy comparing ourselves and wishing we had more things, but forgetting what we do have.
the future is bright, and holds wonderful things for you, though you may doubt it. the universe may surprise you, so don’t lose hope.
I wanna have a small day!!! Wanna wake up to see my favorite cartoon playing, I’ll grab my paci and stuffie and sleepily watch the characters on the screen. When I get ready I’ll hop out of bed n take my stuffie to the kitchen so we can make breakfast together. I pick out my favorite colorful cereal and put some apple juice in my cutest sippy cup and head to the table where I share with my stuffie! After we eat we’ll head to the living room where there’s a blanket with alllll my favorite toys and coloring supplies on it! I’ll put on a movie or cartoon and play allll day, only stopping to refill my sippy cup or get a snack. Soon the sun is setting and it’s time to start my bedtime routine! I get up and go run a super bubbly bath filled with lots of bath toys and get allllll clean and ready for bed. After I’m done I’ll go to the kitchen and pour some warm strawberry milk in my bottle and go grab my stuffie n paci and get alllllll snuggled up until I doze off and have wonderful dreams🍼🧸☁️

shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta.
moisturize everything. use whatever lotion u like. unscented? dollar store lotion? fancy ass 48 hour lotion that makes u smell like a field of wildflowers? use whatever you want, and use it all over.
put on clean, comfortable clothes.
put on ur favorite underwear. cute black lacy panties? those ridiculous boxers u bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? put em on.
drink cold water. use ice. if u want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
clean something. doesn’t have to be anything big. organize one drawer of ur desk. wash five dirty dishes. do a load of laundry. scrub the bathroom sink.
blast music. listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
make food. don’t just grab a granola bar to munch. take the time and make food. even if it’s ramen. add something special to it, like a hard boiled egg or some veggies. prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something.
make something. write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. even if you don’t think you’re good at it.
go outside. take a walk. sit in the grass. look at the clouds. smell flowers. put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
call someone. call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. talk to a stranger on the street. have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. if you can’t, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. even if you don’t say much, listen to them.
cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. take pictures of them. talk to them. tell them how u feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out.

How to make an edible version of Frozen Treat Set from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Careful not to use it as furniture though, unlike the in game version it WILL MELT. Watch it in action here.
What You Need:
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 TBL milk
Pinch of salt
Scant ¼ tsp blue drink mix, I like raspberry lemonade
½ cup heavy cream
1 drop blue gel color, optional
In a small bowl, combine condensed milk, milk, salt and drink mix. Mix thoroughly until it thickens, that’s the citric acid reacting with the milk. Set aside.
Whip cream to stiff peaks. Add a dollop or two of the whipped cream to the sweet milk mixture to lighten it. Add the mixture to the cream and lightly fold it in. You can add a little food color into it at this point if you want.
Put mixture into your desired ice pop mold. I like silicone ones, but you can use whatever you like! Freeze for 30 minutes, put in popsicle sticks then freeze for another 2-4 hours.
Serve straight from the freezer.
