Everyone who either has listened to the Ithaka Saga already or who plans on listening to it PLEASE DO NOT GIVE SPOILERS. Despite the Odyssey being a well known tale, we don’t know Jorge’s plans with the saga. Please please PLEASE be considerate.

Despite my lack of ability in drawing men, I’ve decided to bite the bullet and actually try to sketch out Odysseus.

The issue with this is that It sounds INFINITELY easier than it actually is.

Am I going crazy or does thw beginning of Odysseus’ part in 600 strike sound a bit like the beginning of Athena’s verse in Little Wolf?

Like… “I don’t think you seem to get it” sounds similar to “I’ve no respect for bullies”…

Learning how to draw Odysseus is a very small but wild ride, as I get overly excited when I actually figure out a part of his design such as his beard or his eyes. Something clicks in my brain where it’s like “I DREW AN EYE. HES APPEARING.”

And it’s just a small dopamine rush but it’s nice.

When I can easily draw this man I will become an unstoppable force of nature. Good evening.

Air lock

Going to war for 10 years and will take another 10 years to return to Ithaka where my wife and son wait for me (I’ll be gone for a week, it’ll feel like a month, and my cat and dogs have little to no sense of time I fear)

So as I was listening to 600 strike I realized that there was a particularly different squelching sound while ya know…Odysseus is making Poseidon eat his words, and I thought I was going crazy until Jorge released a new short just now.

The squelching was from when Poseidon is choking on his own blood while getting stabbed in the throat 😐

Is it me or does Telemachus’ reassurance to Athena kind of remind anyone of Polites, especially with the kind of lighthearted instrumental?

I might be going even more bonkers
