This is revisionist history. Communism destroyed itself. Stalin did not need outside help to murder seven million people for the crime of wanting freedom from the Russian boot.
kinda crazy they made a thing with 100% queer characters in Russia

I think I’ve been so conditioned by my friend group and my little corner of the internet that I’ve started being like. the opposite of heteronormative. homonormative. I was driving today and I saw two young women standing near to each other and went “omg lesbians!!!”
nothing about them remotely suggested that they were queer. I just saw two girls and automatically assumed they were gay and in love.
she’s really bad at drinking water I think

hi guys
I have been waiting all year to post this.
hating on Buddhism and Christianity is based but like… “the world is structured to deny people as much pleasure as possible” what??? are you talking about??? this is absolutely deranged conspiracy nonsense. do people actually believe that???
"desire is the root of all suffering" actually suffering is the root of all suffering. hope this helps!
sworn by oath, Indoril endures, despise everyone hating us apparently…
thank you to anonymous for the suggestion! please note hlaalu, mora, dagoth, sotha, and dwemer were not included due to no longer holding the position.
I actually despise poetry like this because it relies purely on its gimmick rather than any actual technical skill. because if you actually write it out in paragraphs it’s only a middling poem. it doesn’t really say anything interesting or advance the genre. the language is not very interesting. the sentences are mostly prosaic. there’s no musicality. in short it has very little actual artistic quality.
A poem should stand on its own as just the words on the page - not be defined by the goofy way you arrange them. I could, if I wanted, rearrange Thomas’ masterpiece Fern Hill or Keats’ On First Looking Into Chapman’s Homer
to
be
written
like
so.
but they don’t NEED to be and in fact it would probably take away from the actual lyricism of the work.
did you guys see the poem from a couple of days ago in poetry dot org’s daily poem it was so good and a treat to read
does this remind anyone else of sermon 37
shh, little thing. how long have you been pretending to be human?
stop that. the beast inside you is cooped up and wants out. don’t deny what you are. we both know it even if you don’t want to admit it to yourself yet.
i can tell. i can see how you look at your hands and flex your fingers, and how you walk around on your toes with your legs close together so your hips sway like they would if you had a tail. i know those feelings - the crushing feeling that something just isn’t there. i felt that too once.
stop hiding from it. embrace it. you were made to spit fire and smoke and rip your enemies in half. creatures like us were never meant for office work or traffic jams or taxes. give in to the dragon inside you. let it out.
build a nest. drop to all fours. sharpen your claws. tear apart the knights who come to slay you in your teeth. shed your soft, delicate human skin in exchange for sleek, glossy scales too strong to be sliced by any blade. feel your back split open as your bones move and your folded wing-limbs emerge and breathe for the first time.
unfurl your wings and feel the sun on them.
fly.
not a fan of this guy personally. he looked better in Morrowind. something about the legs.
