Hey! I really loved the void state success story :)

I wanted to ask, how did the void state feel like physically? Like did you feel your body? Hear anything?

Also, you mentioned seeing stars in there. Did the void already have stars when you got in or.. what?

let's get into the question ☝🏻

Now first of all, the void feels nothing and everything all at once.

You don't hear anything, don't see anything, don't smell, don't look, don't feel, nothing, nothing at all, it's like you're a big gloop in space.

Here are the MAIN signs people get:

Floating feeling (no body attached)

Hearing nothing

Seeing blackness (WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER)

smell nothing

A huge sense of peace

No pain or discomfort

Just you, it's just you.

Now notice how at number three I said when you first enter, why? Because the void normally is a state of pitch blackness and you see nothing, BUT, you can MODIFY it as you like ONCE YOU ENTER.

For example, when I first entered, yes, it was pitch black, then for the fun of it I affirmed it that my void is filled with stars and whatnot yk? That's how it is for different people, I've heard some even made their void a pink space, some made it green, but either way, it's your choice to "modify" it once you enter.

Hi I really need to enter the void state tonight, I share a room with my brother and he is super loud so it's difficult for me to enter the void state, how do I enter the void state quickly in a loud environment?

OKAY SO.

Headphones and subliminals is your go-to.

If you have something noise canceling, use it, play a subliminal or just binaural beats if you want to block his sound

Can't do that? How about you try during nap time where your brother won't be near? Or how about during the Naptime you sleep somewhere else?

Okay If that didn't work, how about you wake yourself up in the middle of the night when your brother is already sleeping and then do the method? You can wake up by an alarm but since your brother might wake up with it you can place vibrational alarms and put it under your pillow? (I know it's not safe for a long period of time but that's a once)

I've known so many people enter with loud sounds, you can just go past the noises and block them your own by your mind.

Block your ears with tissue if you like

Try a sleep method where you sleep and wake up already in the void.

It's endless.

So, I actually entered the void with it after I posted it πŸ’€, well actually woke up with it, I posted ab it just today and honestly I DID not expect it to work this quick for me.

For three days I used my method just simply saying "I always wake up in the void" bc I felt like I don't wanna enter, and yesterday I woke up in it just like that and holy sh it was easy asf.

BTW IF YOU SHIFT (WHICH U WILL) YOU HAVE TO SEND ME UR SUCCESS HERE, I NEED TO READ IT, AND LITERALLY WRITE A WHOLE ASS PARAGRAPH AB IT I LOVE SUCCESS STORIES.

What do you think about race changing? Personally I do not think it’s wrong because like there’s literally an infinite amount of versions of yourself so like obviously your gonna be a different race like your not changing or creating a new reality with a new identity right?…like your just being aware of it. I just truly don’t understand why other shifters think it’s wrong to do so because that’s literally YOU in a diff reality. it’s totally okay if you don’t want to share your opinion on it, no pressure at all! :)

It's a touchy subject and I understand so well why people are upset to change races, but (DON'T KILL ME) I personally think it's fine bc like you said, it's you.

I just don't like it If someone did it for the sake of "looking Asian" or something like this yk? I feel like it lies in the intention, I'm Arab and I give no fuck's if someone race changes into an Arab.

(but for fuck's sake don't have the same vibe as those rcta on tiktoks, they are completely different, because at the end of the day they are changing their own race bc they "don't feel like it" no that's bullshit, admire your own and for other realities? You can race changes in my opinion.)

heyy coco!!! so, I have a little story time slash question

my first actual attempt to shift was back in 2021, i didnt know anything abt the void state. at that time, i thought u could bring stuff from ur dr (i know.)

WELL, when i was doing the method, at some point i started to not feel my bed. eventually, i felt like I was floating in space. like it wasnt enough, i was also feeling my body spinning around ...

suddenly, flashlights started to appear right in front of my eyes. my eyelids started to shake. those symptoms were getting "worse" as i was counting down angrily. i was really excited, so I started to scream the affirmations in my head.

short-long-story, my neighbor punched the wall and i got scared. didnt shift.

since then, I wasnt able to feel that kind of stuff again. normally, i just sleep (MAKES ME SO MAAAD).

so, during 2023 and 2024 i took a pause from shifting. now, im back and with a toootallyy different mindset.

lately, everytime that i listen to a guided meditation, i can feel that im the state akin to sleep. i just stop feeling my bed and it looks like total blackness. its different to when u close ur eyes, y know? it feels like i have my eyes wide open in a dark room. but it feels very hard for me to keep trying to shift before i listen to the meditation, i just suddenly fall asleep.

the question is: was i in the void back in 2021? was i shifting? was it just my body falling asleep ?? do u have any tips abt those things ?? 😰

So, back in 2021, it sounds like you were very close to the Void State. Feeling like you were floating, losing sensation of your bed, and the flashes you experienced are all signs of entering a deep state of awareness. The spinning sensation and excitement likely disrupted you from fully entering, but you were definitely close. The Void is about losing your physical senses and existing purely as consciousness, so you were on the right track, AND YE I ALSO FEELT THAT WHEN U HAVE UR EYES WIDE AWAKE IN A DARK ROOM, THAT'S THE VOID FOR ME.

As for now, it sounds like you're entering the state akin to sleep, which is great progress! But falling asleep before shifting is a common issue for a lot of people. Try focusing more on staying present in that blackness before the sleepiness kicks in β€” don’t rush, don’t force, just trust you’re getting there.

Some tips:

Stay neutral and calm before starting β€” excitement or impatience can keep you from entering. Let go of the need to control it, and simply allow yourself to drift.

When you’re in that dark space, remain aware of it. Try not to β€œchase” the Void but let it come to you naturally. Gentle, slow breaths can help too β€” no forcing, just letting go.

Use affirmations or a mantra, but in a relaxed, non-urgent way. No pressure to make them work right away.

And to answer your question: It sounds like you were very close in 2021, and now you’re even closer! Just keep the mindset shift of relaxing into it instead of pushing for it, and you’ll definitely get there.

okay so, once you're in hypnagogia? First congrats yourself for getting so far omg-

Anyways jk, when you're in hypnagogic state, now it's the perfect state for shifting/ void/ lullaby methods or whatever else you need, if you want to shift:

Feel your five senses as though you're in your Dr and maybe a couple more affs for it

If you wanna enter the void:

Either visualize the blackness or just affirm a couple of times, it'll immediately throw u back in the void.

Honestly both take maximum 5 mins when in hypnagogia, but one key? Don't think how much have passed just trust it's quick.

HELLO, YESTERDAY I WAS TELLING MYSELF THAT I WAS GOING TO WAKE UP IN THE VOID, AND IN THE MORNING MY MIND WAS CLEAR, AND I THOUGHT I WAS IN THE VOID. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I MOVED IMMEDIATELY😭😭😭THIS HAPPENS TO ME OFTEN, WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST I SHOULD DO? BECAUSE I'M CONSTANTLY MOVING.

OKAY SO, LETS SEE.

many people like to do their void routine RIGHT after waking up without any distractions, that actually is a very good method and it raises your chances by a 80 percentage of being able to actually enter the void.

(everyone can, this just helps you to quickly skip the steps since you're already in the hypnopompic state)

(hypnopompic state is not the same as hypnagogic state, the hypnagogic state is before you sleep, hypnopompic state is after you wake up, and both have the same effects IF YOU DON'T MOVE.)

this state when you wake up is actually a gold mine as much as Hypnagogic state is, but the tricky part? Not to move when you wake up βœ‹πŸ»

How to remember to stay awake when you wake up? Actually remind yourself and practice.

It takes one or two sleep sessions to physically remember, before falling asleep, tell yourself "I am not going to move when I wake up" or just "I'll be still when I wake up" and be in a position that is not easy to move in, like for ex, on your back.

This was actually a viral method many entered from someone who deactivated from here years ago, actually best if it's a nap too.
