OKAY SO, like I said, I've entered once fully on 6th April and I have been tapping in it a thousand times before, tapping means staying there for a few seconds.

And honestly, if you put focus it takes 30 mins for me, but last time when I let go it took me fucking 4 mins only 💀💀💀 that's how easy it was, I felt all black around me and I knew I was there when I felt so calm and everything went quiet, then I affirmed for it to look like stars and that's all I did 💀💀💀💀, my dumbass was so relaxed I didn't even manifest anything and just got out bc I felt like it, when I realized it the next day I went crazy ✋🏻

You don’t need to be perfectly motivated to shift — just consistent in your knowing. You’re not starting over, you’re continuing. Even when it feels like nothing’s happenin, bc honestly? Every breathe and every eyes closing, you're closer to home.

Talk to your DR self, take the pressure off, and remind yourself: It’s already mine. I’m just arriving. after all, every second here is maybe a nanosecond in your DR, who knows? So it doesn't matter how much you've spent time here.

Get that, your life and home is waiting for you.

Imagine the feeling after u shift? Imagine laying down in your DR bed maybe with tears in your eyes after being able to whisper.

I did it.

Every second of trying is worth it, everything is, whenever feeling inpatient, remind yourself, I'm close, I'm there, and I'm gonna be there.

Hello, I used this method to enter the void and I almost entered it, I woke up, didn't move for about 15 minutes, and my leg started to be pulled up, as if it were a balloon inflating, I'm very happy because this was the first time I almost entered in 6 months of trying 🥳 this method fits as hyponopompia (the opposite of hypnagogia, right?)

IN THE PAST 2 DAYS I ENTERED THE VOID STATE BUT WASNT AWARE ON BOTH DAYS I MSO SICK N TIRED OF MY DUM UNAWARE BRAIN. ANX WHEN IMIN A DEEP MEDITATIVE STATE TIEM FEELS LIKE ITS KOVING FASTER . SO IT ONOY FELT LIKE 30 MINUTES WHEN I WAS IN THERE FOR A HOUR OR 2. ( checked the time )

intrusive thoughts don't manifest 👐🏻

Unless you feed it and consciously go by it which is not an intrusive thought anymore.

Anxious thoughts are a simple projection of your mind when it is overly looking on problems, not reality just perception. They don’t hold power UNLESSSSSSS you agree with them.

So when those thoughts come, don’t fight them. Just observe. Let them float by like passing clouds, okay? You are the sky, they’re not you. They can’t manifest unless you hand them the script.

Replace fear with neutrality. Replace “what if” with “so what.”

You’re safe. You’re in control. Always.

i think i shifted to this reality??? it's not a lot, but today i stepped out of my apartment and the hallway is DEFINITELY longer. the cctv cameras are also at a different place and the windows in the lobby are also different. i feel like i'm going insane LMFAO
