HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE Let’s say it’s 6.15pm and you’re going home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!! NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE… Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911. Rather than sharing another joke please contribute by broadcasting this which can save a person’s life! Be prepared and become part of the solution. Get your free next-of-kin notification card today. I talked to Wafaa again today and she asked me to post this message as she is weak from not enough sleep:
“I am in a state of despair. My campaign is slowing down again, and this is something that has frustrated me a lot and frustrated my children. I am in a state of disability. I do not want us to stop in the middle of the road. The situation is bad and my family’s supplies have become expensive, including food, water, housing, tents, milk, containers, and many other life necessities. Please, I want your support again. I apologize. If this is a lot, but you are able because you have big and compassionate hearts, then your donation may be small, but this will still help my campaign.”
As people may know, Wafaa is a mother of 6 beautiful daughters and a grandmother to 4 grandchildren, including one newborn grandson. Her family’s campaign is verified by Hussein and Nairuz on their spreadsheet (campaign number 171).
In the past week, Wafaa’s family has been forced to stay put in a neighborhood in Rafah where the iof attacks have been escalating because of lack of funds for further displacement. Because of this, Wafaa’s beloved sister and niece were both martyred. The rest of the family is still forced to stay out in the same neighborhood, praying for their own safety.
The Jerusalem Municipality is demolishing the home of Hisham’s family + 119 others in the Bustan area of Silwan to build a park. Here is recent reporting from last week, and here’s an older article by NPR about this specific situation

[Text ID: My name is Hisham (I am choosing not to publicize my full name out of fear of retaliation from Israel), and along with my wife and our beautiful newborn daughter, I live in a neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem called Silwan. I started this fundraiser as an urgent plea for help, as my family is currently preparing for the worst: the demolition of our home by Israel.
Last year, my family received a home demolition order from the Israeli authorities which dictates the following: if we do not demolish our home by March 15, 2024, the Jerusalem Municipality will demolish it for us, in which case we will have to pay a fine of 82,000 shekels (roughly $22,000). If we fail to pay the fine, I will be jailed.
My elderly parents and all of my siblings also received home demolition orders, as did more than 120 other families in Silwan, some of whom have already had their homes demolished. Unfortunately, forced displacement has been a constant, decades-long battle for us here in Silwan, and this latest wave of demolitions is just one part of the broader Israeli policy to dispossess Palestinians of our homes and land.
My wife and I have poured everything we have into the legal battle over the demolition order, which to our despair, has lead nowhere. I have had to pick up a second job to support us through this prolonged nightmare, and even still, we find ourselves in a position where we will not be able to pay the fine, let alone have anything left to help us move. At this point, we have exhausted all of our options, and we are appealing to you as a last resort.
We ask that you help us reach our fundraising goal of $30,000, which will go directly towards the demolition fine and our search for a new living arrangement.
The imminent destruction of our home and the uncertainty that comes with it has devastated us, especially as this is happening at a time when we are witnessing an extreme escalation of Israel’s violence and aggression throughout all of Palestine. We are terrified for our safety and our future, and we pray that you can help us.
God bless you all, be safe everywhere. Thank you very much, Hisham. /End ID]
If you are a British/UK citizen, there is currently a petition running (with only 125 signatures) that ends in June 2025. The petition calls for the government to make it so that you do not need a diagnosis of gender dysphoria to change your gender.

Hello all, I try not to ask a lot of people, but my mother and I are once again in a tough spot. Last time I asked for help with our ambulance bill, y’all really pulled through and made it much much MUCH, less of a burden on us.
Right now, my family is down to one car from two that were given to us for free. They weren’t the best, but they got us through a lot and allowed us to get around town, which honestly is all we really needed.
My parents are separated but share this one car, and unfortunately that leads to a lot of unnecessary stress (mom has to take blood pressure medication currently, but is getting better) and complications. My dad, at 75 still works and mom is on a limited income, as am I.
Our car is on it’s last legs, no air or heat, a undercarriage that ruins tires even six months and is too much to fix, and out newest problem is the transmission going out. Currently we can only certain gears, and not even drive. It barely gets us to the grocery store.
Mom and I would really like to get a “new” used car, but we need some sort of down payment. At the vest least, we’d like to raise 500 usd but 1k would be even better. If you’re interested in supporting me, you can donate to the following (peace specify it’s for my mother/car payment)

I can also make you something in exchange for donating! My ko-fi has commissions open, and if you’re an editor I would be happy to upload my resources (comic cut outs) for you to download!
