All of the "Pro-lifers" that are celebrating right now I sincerely hope you or your daughters never have a Miscarriage that they cannot naturally pass, because a D&C is an abortion.
I hope you don't have a ectopic pregnancy, because the procedure that will save your life is an abortion.
I hope you don't have a still born baby that your body can't naturally pass because that induction is an abortion.
I hope you are never in a place where carrying a baby full term would mean your death (as mine would, my doctor looked me in the eyes and told me if I get pregnant again I WILL NOT MAKE IT, and fuck you all because my kids need a mom more than they need a sibling.)
I hope you don't find out your baby has a condition that will mean being alive for how ever long will cause them excruciating pain, that you don't have to birth your baby and watch them die a horrific, painful death in your arms.
I hope you aren't raped and forced to carry that baby to term no matter the detriment to your mental/physical health.
I hope you aren't forced to give birth to your abusers child, giving you no way out of the relationship.
I hope your 10 year old is never assaulted and have to carry a baby to term that will almost definitely will kill her.
I hope that you don't go to jail when they investigate your miscarriage and determine that something you did made it YOUR FAULT.
I hope you realize you and your daughters will die from laws you created.
I hope you realize the consequences of your actions because you may have to suffer through them.

One of Mr Boo's students sees his brand new engagement ring.
Mr Boo's fourth grade class has been on a group mission ever since their orchestra field trip.
Their mission â and they did choose to accept it: get Mr Boo (the funniest and most glaringly obviously single teacher at Greenfield elementary school) together with you (the new music teacher Mr Boo's students always catch him smiling at while you're not looking).
Future president ten-year-old Kim Sujeong is at the head of the operation. She was behind most of the class's best efforts, including but not limited to running allllllll the way across the school from the music room to his classroom and telling him you had fallen and died and that he needed to come help! or else you might, er, die harder. Despite the flimsiness of Sujeong's story, Mr Boo had gone running full-speed down the halls to you (whom he found perfectly fine and not dead, just wide-eyed at his sudden â and out of breath â appearance in the music room with Sujeong beaming behind him when you were certain she was supposed to be in the bathroom), so she counted that as a success.
Now, future marine biologist Kim Sujeong â sheâs still between that, president, or interior designer â is in a fit, arms crossed as she watches the kids of Greenfield elementary run around the playground. She huffs. Canât the rest of the fourth graders take this seriously? Will they let the mission go? Just like that?
Recess is great, sure, but this is no time for play!
This morning, though Sujeong didnât notice until a couple minutes before the first recess bell rang, Mr Boo showed up with a shiny silver ring on his finger. His left ring finger.
Sujeong huffs again.
âAre you okay there, Sujeong?â
On supervision duty today, you sit down on the park bench next to Sujeong, slightly concerned. She looks up at you, uncrosses her arms, and whimpers out your name. âAre you devastrated?â she asks you on the verge of tears.
âDevastated?â You point at yourself. âMe?â
Tears brim at the corners of Sujeongâs eyes, and her bottom lip quivers. âMr Boo!â she cries out. âHeâs getting married!â
You blink.
For a few seconds, you say nothing, just staring at Sujeong, and she thinks â oh, heartbreak! â you must have already given up on Mr Boo, mustâve heard about it already and cried before recess started, and, oh! What a cruel man Mr Boo is, to do this to you!
âOh, sweetheart,â you say, smiling and gently taking Sujeongâs hands in yours. What a strong person you are, she thinks, to smile through such pain⌠You smooth down her hair, which, although her mum had done it in pretty braids today, has gone a bit wild in the wind. âMr Boo getting married doesnât make me sad.â
Sujeong sniffles. âWhy not?â
You chuckle slightly, but Sujeong doesnât know whatâs so funny. âIâm happy for him. Itâs not every day you find someone willing to marry you. I bet he loves that person very much.â
âButâŚâ Sujeong pouts, breath a little shaky. âI thought⌠he lovedâŚâ
Your left hand comes down from her hair to hold her hands again. âHm?â
Dropping her head, Sujeong is about to mumble âyouâ, but instead, she gasps at the sight of your ring finger.
Which sports a silver ring sheâs never seen on you before.
âNot you too!â she squeaks, utterly betrayed.
âAhâ Sujeong, itâs notââ
âTheyâre not better than Mr Boo, are they? I know heâs a meanie because heâs getting married butâ but, youâre doing it too! Youâre getting married and heâs going to be sad because he loves you! He does! I saw! He looks at you like the boys in the movies! And he talks about you all the time â even when itâs math time! Youâre the music teacher! Thereâs no music in math!â Sujeong is starting to lose her breath, using it all up, but she canât stop. âSo you canât marry someone else because Mr Boo loves you! Heâ he shouldnât marry someone else either, but thatâs why we have to stop him! I can take you to him right now. We can show him how sad you are, because you are devastratedââ
âDevastated, sweetheart,â you say, then shake your head because thatâs really not important right now. âI mean, Iâm not devastated. Iâm very happy.â Smiling, you hold up your hand and show her your engagement ring. âIâm going to marry someone I love, and so is Mr Boo. Itâs a good thing. Weâre both happy.â
Sujeong looks up at you through wet eyelashes, taking in deep breaths. She pouts, but doesnât say anything.
You sigh, still smiling. âSo be happy for us, okay?â You lift her chin with one finger, your other hand giving her smaller one a soft squeeze. âDonât worry about our boring grown-up problems, and go play with your friends while itâs still recess. You know itâs social studies after, right?â
Sujeong lets out a little gasp. Thatâs right â there must be only a couple minutes left of recess, and she needs to gather up her classmates for an emergency meeting.
New mission: find out how to break an engagement.
Two of them.
Future president marine biologist interior designer divorce lawyer Kim Sujeong has her work cut out for her.
â
Once all the students have been picked up and all his prep work for tomorrow gets finished, Seungkwan packs his things and heads to the music classroom. The door is open, but he raps his knuckles against it and leans against the door frame when you look up from your desk and smile at him.
âReady to go?â He smiles back.
âJust a second, Mr Boo.â
You throw your things in the backseat of the car before getting in to the passenger seat next to Seungkwan.
âSujeong seemed pretty put out with me today,â he says as he starts the engine, a slight smile teasing at his lips. He lifts his left hand and wiggles his fingers at you, the silver ring glinting in the sunlight. âDidnât like my choice of accessory, maybe?â
You snort. âYeah, that tie is pretty ugly.â
Affronted, Seungkwan gasps and puts a hand over his heart â and pink, star-patterned tie. âYou love this ugly tie.â
âI do,â you admit with a sigh. âI really do.â
He likes it when you smile at him like that. Youâre tired from the day, but you still laugh with him. Itâs a beautiful feeling.
âSometimes I feel like we should just tell everyone,â you say, staring at the ring on Seungkwanâs finger.
He chuckles. âYouâre the one who said you wanted to hide it.â
âYeah, from the faculty while Iâm still new â I could already tell they wouldnât want a couple working at the same school just from the interview.â (Seungkwan thinks that the rings are a dead giveaway, but you seemed so excited to wear them this morning that he hadn't said anything, and he's not going to now.) âI didnât think the kids would get so invested, though" you continue. "Sujeongâs mad at you for ruining her OTP, by the way.â
âJust me? Youâve got a ring too, yâknow.â
âYeah, but Sujeong likes me more.â You stick out your tongue at him.
Seungkwan scoffs in disbelief. He reaches over the gear shift and grabs your hand, linking your fingers together. âWhatever. Sujeong will have it all figured out by next year.â
You raise an eyebrow, but give his hand a squeeze anyway. âShe will?â
âWell, itâll be pretty obvious when you have my last name.â
Itâs your turn to scoff. âAs if. Youâre taking my last name.â
Seungkwan doesnât argue, he just pulls your hand up in his and presses his lips to your knuckles.
âI don't mind the sound of that.â
Posting my first Kagehina fic in a few mins!!!!
pairing: non-idol!college au!han jisung x gn!reader, slight non-idol!felix x gn!reader
prompt: a stray kids version of enouement.
word count: 12.2k~
warnings: angst with a happy ending. mutual pining thatâs fully believed to only be one-sided by both parties. temporary relationship with felix. heartbreak. no communication at one part after jisung ghosts reader for almost three weeks. big brother-figure chan having serious talks with reader. fluff in certain parts, though.
daisyâs notes: haha sorry i rarely write for skz so iâm sure this is bad in terms of like⌠characterization. i am trying :) (also the fic is named after the golden child song)
By most peopleâs standards, Chan should be your best friend. The two of you grew up close to each other, Chanâs house right down the road from your own. His family knew you by name and all of your favorites (because Chan knew them first), they watched you follow Chan around like a duckling, and your parents were always making enough food for Chan to have when he inevitably showed up with you for dinner most nights. If anything, Chan was like a brother figure to you (sometimes a bother figure when he was in that affectionate mood). You loved Chan like family. If you had a best friend, Chan would be itâŚ
⌠If it werenât for the way you seemed to click with Han Jisung ever since that first day of freshman orientation.
