IT HAS BEEN FOUND I Am So Relieved

IT HAS BEEN FOUND I am so relieved

I'm so sorry to everyone getting 15 notifications a week from me, I'm bored and don't have any birthdays to write for (or, at least, none that I know the character of)

I'm lowkey freaking out where is my goddamn cupcake recipe

It was on Sally's Baking addiction and now it's goooooone and it was the only one that didn't make you use fancy stuff like oil or expresso ;-;

2 Pieces of News

1: I don't think anyone follows me on Wattpad, but in case someone sees this blog later and happens to use that site, my stories have been deleted and I terminated my account.

2: I am currently working on a new project and am wrestling with writers block as best I can. I'll post an excerpt once I stop staring at the 150 words it took me 20 minutes to write and get in my writing groove.

Sorry to the people that are following me for the short drabbles I post, next one is Matsuzaki, and that isn't until the 21st.

Sunrise - Akechi Birthday Celebration

Akechi grasped the branch above him, lifting himself onto the grassy clearing. The stars twinkled in dwindling light above him, and he straightened, standing and brushing dirt off his shirt.

"I know you're here, Kusuo," he said, not turning around. He reached out behind him, hand brushing against a familiar arm. He felt his friend sigh, and a smile curled on Touma's face.

"You never missed the sunrise when I invited you." Akechi pursed his lips, preventing the rambling string of words that usually spilled out. Instead, they watched light spill across the hilltop, history weighing heavy on their shoulders.

Sorry this is so late, I was a bit busy. Aiura's should come out in a couple of hours.

First Corpse - Kuboyasu Birthday Celebration

The car rumbled steadily underneath his feet as Aren outlined the contingency plan he'd made. Luis peered over his shoulder, scoffing.

"What's this supposed to be again, newbie?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. Aren smiled nervously.

"If we hide as civilians along Aster Private-"

Something clattered behind them, and Aren froze, turning around. There was a tense moment of silence.

"We've been hijacked," Luis hissed. "Show yourself!"

A gunshot whistled past Aren's head, and he ducked instinctively. Luis was not so lucky.

"Shit," Aren whispered as Luis collapsed in front of him. He was dead before he hit the floor.

Drabbles for characters' birthdays. They’ll all be lumped onto Ao3 at the end of the month.

poem from before the election was decided

Your Bloodied Flag

“Red, white, and blue,”

you holler,

“Stand for America!”

But you must understand,

while you shout and scream

your patriotic lies,

I will not.

I will stand

for the idea of liberty.

I will stand

for the idea of freedom.

I will stand

for the men and women who brought us here.

I will not stand

for America.

I will not stand

for the Rohingya genocide America aided,

for the genocide happening in Palestine that America is funding,

for the Japanese internment camps that America built.

America is not the “superior country.”

It is not the dream that our ancestors worked for,

Nor is it the dream that we are told to follow.

It is a flawed country,

in need of revision,

reconstruction,

and learning.

We need to learn from our past,

our mistakes,

and we need to rectify them.

We need to work as a community,

to erase laws that suppress,

and to build new laws that lift people up

to be the best version of themselves they can be.

This is not an impossible fever dream.

It is the dream our ancestors held.

They dreamt of growth,

of learning,

of kindness,

of liberty,

of understanding.

It is the American dream that I hold in my heart.

No, I will not stand for America.

Not yet.

It's a poem for English class. I'm wondering if I should rewrite it considering recent events bc I'm pretty hopeless rn lol. Hopefully i feel better in the morning and finally get around to writing.

I GOT HIM!!!! I GOT THE BOY!!!!!!

I've finished my quiz!

Well, not really finished it. I'm definitely gonna add more questions and maybe more characters, but I was impatient to get it out so I've published it anyway.

Anyway, here's the link to my multifandom quiz!
