May the last four months of 2023 be the change you’ve been waiting for
Today was arm day.
My workout consisted of:
1. 5-minute warm up on the elliptical
2. 29 minutes of weight lifting
3. 20-minute hill workout on the treadmill + 5-minute cool down after
Since I had not done any arm workouts for over a week, I made sure to take it easy during the weight training portion of my workout. So, I did not go as hard as I would have normally liked to. However, I still think I had a great workout. I feel good and am looking forward to tomorrow (yay leg day).

healing doesn't have to look pretty or be some magical process. healing is hard. it's draining and exhausting.
don't try to paint it as anything other than what it is. don't be ashamed at how rough it can look.
