Shut the fuck up.

That's their only meal everyday. A hamburger is 250 calories. Fries are 378. That's less than 650 calories. The average daily recommended is around 2,000 calories. They still have an ED.

They throw it up after eating. You don't see when they're in the bathroom, puking up those hamburgers and fries. They still have an ED.

They have ARFID. They have a vitamin/mineral deficiency because they don't like the texture of fruits. They still have an ED.

They've only been eating extra now because they didn't eat at all last week. The calories and oily shit they put in their mouth? Only because they earned it through starvation. They still have an ED.

They're junkorexic. They still have an ED.

1. Carboidratos refinados e açúcar:

• Pão, macarrão, arroz, bolos, biscoitos, cereais matinais

• Doces, refrigerantes, sorvete, sucos adoçados

2. Frutas ricas em carboidratos:

• Bananas, uvas, maçãs, laranjas, mangas, peras

3. Leguminosas:

• Feijão, lentilhas, grão-de-bico, ervilhas

4. Grãos e cereais:

• Aveia, trigo, quinoa, milho, cevada

5. Alimentos ultraprocessados:

• Batata frita, salgadinhos, biscoitos industrializados

• Margarinas, óleos hidrogenados

6. Vegetais ricos em amido:

• Batata, batata-doce, mandioca, milho, cenoura (em grandes quantidades)

Bebidas:

• Permitidas: Água, café e chá sem açúcar, água com gás.

• Evitadas: Sucos de frutas (mesmo naturais), refrigerantes e bebidas adoçadas.

A chave é focar em alimentos naturais ricos em gordura, proteínas e baixos em carboidratos.

uma dica é sempre bom tomar um multivitamínico junto e quando sentir vontade de sair da dieta o suplemento 5-htp passa toda a vontade.

filmes sobre t.a e minha opiniao sobre eles !

ultimamente so tenho assistido filmes com essa tematica pra me inspirar e me animar um pouco, eu gostei bastante de todos e me identifiquei mt, e vim aq indicar p voces <3

to the bone: tem na netflix, mas eu posso arranjar o drive caso nao tenham. mt gente fala mal dele mas eh simplesmente pq ele "expoe" mt o ed kkk eh so pq a protagonista usava tumblr

my skinny sister: é um filme sueco e eu assisti no yt com legenda em ingles pq nao achei o drive dele :(, mas eh mt bom juro, ele é MUITO real pq o diretor ja foi anorexico. eu gostei muito dele

starving in suburbia: sim, ele dnv KKK, falo muito dele aq pq eh um dos meus favs de vdd, por mais q a principal seja chatinha eu achei bom!

dancing in the glass: tem na netflix, eu gostei mt. é tipo um cisne negro mas com 2 principais problemáticas, uma tem bulimia e a outra provavelmente anorexia (mas n deixa mt claro q ela tem t.a pq foca mais na outra)
