I did this and it led to my first phantom shift!! I had digitigrade legs and I could feel talons extended from my toes and I kept on curling and stretching my feet and it was so fun :333

Unfortunately it happened at night so I couldn't walk around and enjoy it, I just had to lay in bed but it lasted until I fell asleep :>

reminding ourselves that a symptom of adhd is playing out conversations in your head and its only natural that would apply to conversations involving system members as well. and a future hypothetical conversation playing out in our head involving multiple headmates does Not mean that A. we're faking regular communication, B. that the other headmate(s) cant be experiencing the same thing, or C. that they can't be metaphorically standing there side-eyeing you for your interpretation of how the conversation is going to happen

Another thing is if you wanna snarl, its kinda the same as the growl-bark, but emphasise the 'bark' part and continue the growl as is! :3

i figured out how to growl a bit better! I just have to bring the sound a bit farther forward in my mouth. When it’s too far back it sounds more like a purr, which isn’t very threatening. Too far forward, and it’s a chihuahua’s growl. Also, baring your teeth brings the sound further up. another fun thing is the growl-bark! A QUITE threatening noise, you just have to bark silently while growling, so that the growl comes out in a short, sharp bark. if it’s difficult at first, try growling, and then opening your mouth while sustaining your growl. Then, just open and close your mouth quickly, to 5 the growl-bark!
