hello, after almost 2 months, I have come to a conclusion.
fasting more than a day won't do much good, because fasting will always end with a binge. if you want to fast, do it for up to 24 hours. instead, try to eat maximum 350-500 calories a day, it will be more sustainable and easier, you will be constant and you won't need to overeat, it's much better believe me.
One and I mean ONE good thing about 2 metabolism days back to back is...
