A Ray Of Hope

A ray of hope

A little ray of hope

lighting up your heart.

A little ray of hope

brightening your spirits.

A little ray of hope

flikering in the shadows,

showing you the way to light,

when you're drowning in sorrows.

A hope that shows you,

you can fly so high.

A hope that tells you,

you can touch the starry sky.

A hope that brings

the twinkle in your eyes.

A hope that augments

the love in your heart.

That little ray of hope,

that you guard with your life,

makes all the difference,

between being dead and being alive.

[What’s the rush?]

Months spent, years lost

several ages of humankind,

Turned to dust.

Searching the meaning

In meaninglessness

Seeking the purpose

In pointless existence.

In the grand universe

Though a tiny particle

Striving to leave a mark

On the earth's chronicle

That's Its own way

of attaining immortality

Conquering the fear of death

And Converging to eternity

But shortsighted as you are,

Didn't stop to think

That writing on the sand

Could be erased in a blink

Could be that your life,

Is one beautiful accident

You shine for a moment,

You exist, and that is the point.

Yun to banjar si thi...

Yun To Banjar Si Thi...

Yun to banjar si thi

Meri dil ki zameen

Ye ehsas kya hai

Woh janta hi nahin

Yun jo aye ho tum

Banke halki si varish

Sochti hun khuda ki

Koi sajish to nahin

Ruthi hui khwabon ke

Is khali si asman main

Ek akela sitara hai tu

Jo aaj jake chamka hai

Ab iss roshni se teri

Vakif jo hua main

Darta hai ye dil, vapas

Jane se virano main

Ab itna to bata de, khuda

Yeh mohabbat hai

Ya nazar ka dhoka

Ya leher hai ek gunj ki

Jo hai ek pal ka mehaman

Sajake yeh tanha ashiyan

Phir lout jaega apna jahaan

It's flooding

All over

Everywhere

The city's sinking

I'm drowning

Helpless

Waiting

For the waves

To calm down

Great working with you.@writingsbypb

Iss confusion k raaste main kuch naya sikhne ko mil gaya❤

I'd love to say ki our generation is more accepting than the previous generation. But bohot log aise v hain ki jinko jio aur jine do ka matlab samajh main nhi ata.

Everyone Deserves Respect,

Love,

And

Acceptance By The Society.

Whether Molested Girl Or LGBTQ People

Whether Rich Or Poor

Whether Educated Or Uneducated

Whether Employed Or Unemployed.

1947, 15th of August at the stroke of midnight

India got its independence,

Rights to equality and freedom for all humans.

“All humans?”

“Nope.”

“For that, you have got to pass the criteria

We have for men and women.”

Our Society Has Never Accepted LGBTQ Community. Even after the decriminalization of Section 377. A very popular personality when came out and said that he is bisexual, his mother and brother left him. His mother doesn't consider him her child anymore. If the family does not come forward and accept their child's sexuality then how can we aspire to change the society. Just because of this fear, no-one says it openly to their family nor they talk about it. It is one's personal choice. No one has the right to put question marks on them. There are certain groups of transgender people who are identified as Hijras, Kothis, Shiv Shaktis etc. In the past they were treated with great respect but with time, their respect is disappearing.

A man in love with another man

A woman who likes other women

What the- This is not how you're supposed to dress!!

This is unnatural, abomination, a disease.

Have you ever tried seeking a doctor, or a babaji perhaps?

_______________________________________

Dear people of society,

How do you know who I'm supposed to be?

Who the hell are you to decide who should I love?

I don't dress like men or women. I dress like me.

I'm not abomination, unnatural or a disease

And no, I'm not going through a phase.

This is not a western culture either.

This is my identity, my individuality.

That you refuse to accept,

Yet you claim to celebrate, “Unity in diversity”

They are human beings too, whose feelings get hurt every time someone teases them. There are approximately 480,000 transgender people in India, and they are referred as “Third Gender” now. The rights for males, females and Third Gender is equal. Their right to have equal education, health facilities and employment is constantly violated. They should be given equal opportunities as others. They should be treated equally.

How do I educate you?

You, who have divided the people

In “male”, “female” and “others”.

Where “others” stands for us

Coz we don't fit your norms.

How do I educate you?

You, who have built

A closet around me

And when I come out

I lose my name

Instead I become

Chakka, hijra, meetha and what not.

How do I tell you, people?

That I'm human too.

You, who in the month

of June, uses #PRIDE

But for the rest of the year

Uses my sexuality as a gali

How do I make you understand?

That I'm also a child of God

You, who's still killing people

Who dare to marry for love.

Did you know?

That the warrior Shrikhandi in Mahabharata was a transgender. He was born as a girl.

Bhagiratha who's believed to bring Ganga to earth was procreated by two queens with the blessing of Lord Shiva.

That Agni, the fire god, is also married to Soma, the moon god.

No?

What about when Krishna says in Gita,

“In every man, woman, kinnar(transgender) and any other species of animal or plant, lives a part of me.”

Isn't life a little strange?

We all know how it begins and ends

But we still want to live through it

Is it because how we live matter

Or 'cause that's the only thing in our hands?

Or maybe it does matter

Not for us

But for the people of the future

We all know that

The epilogue has already been written

But wouldn't it be a victory for us

If on our way, we could make the path

A little less hard

A little more clear

Not for us

But for the people of the future

Insignificant, like a dust, that's what I am.

You were something wild

And I'm self destructive from the start

May be that's why I loved you

So you could tear me apart....

Already lost

I don't know how I'm holding it together

The cluster of mismatched pieces

I don't know how I'm still standing

Though I am limping all the way

I know you feel those too

The anger, the frustration, the pain and all others

But why do you pass it my way?

Do you think I'm unbreakable?

I wish I was,

I wish I could take everything you give.

But I am a weak thing,

I have to battle every day just to survive

And,

Every time I have to face the reality of life

I lose it

Every time you take your anger out on me

I lose it

Every time I hear the screams of your suffering

I lose it

But you see

Even with all these factors telling me to give up

I always had a reason to fight

But now,

I can't remember it anymore.
