Hi I need your opinion. I was affirming that I am waking up in the void state awake and fell asleep while doing that. Anyways I had a few dreams and then suddenly I was in my room (just in the sleeping position I woke up later on). It was dark and it was just like in real life, I even thought I woke up at some point or something (I still don’t know if it was a dream or not honestly), BUT I felt someone hugging me from behind. I was like shocked. Like I am sleeping alone in my room. Anyways, and whoever it was, was hugging me tightly and I could even hear some sheets rustling sound (I couldn’t move by the way, so it wasn’t my feet or something), I felt some heaviness against my back and tried to get up or something but couldn’t. Then I tried to gaslight myself that it is my DR S/O lol (I was like, my S/O is hugging me) but I was aware I wasn’t even in my DR Room. And I couldn’t even see the hands or something. It was a bit weird. After a few seconds I “woke up” and I was in that same position, facing the same spot. But I was confused as hell. And I still am. Could it be a sleep paralysis? Was it maybe the Hypnopompia? And if yes, would I have been able to enter the void state if I would had affirmed so in that moment in my mind? Thank you in advance!
Hm, it could've three things, which would be a lucid dream, sleep paralysis or a mesh between your DR and CR. I say lucid dream because you weren't able to tell if you had woken up or not, sleep paralysis because you didn't move and the mesh is self-explanatory. Either way, I believe that if you affirm to enter the void state you would!

yall want to get into the void state?
when every blogger is just telling you to get into the state of the wish fulfilled? when all you need to change is self- through changing your inner state
the void state is literally just a state. neville told us "we are constantly passing through states like travellers". we are always in a state. we are always conscious of being *something*, we are always in I AM ___ you could be in a state of being rich therefor you believe yourself to be rich ie " I AM rich" if you are in a state of beeing poor you identify yourself as "I AM poor".
the void state is literally just the state we occupy with simply being conscious of only being, it is just I AM followed by nothing. no physical body, no circumstances just consciousness.
the void does not give you results instantly because its some magical power you encounter it is only instant because it is the state of nothing but consciousness, therefor you can chose what to be consious of with a blank state, or in other words you chose what come after the I AM because there is nothing after it.
you can easily manifest as quickly just by changing states. the only reason why it may not be instant is because you are already occupying another state (most likely the opposite state of what you desire like I AM poor instead of I AM rich)
but all you need to do is persist in the new I AM because dominant states/ your dwelling state is what reflects onto your 3D.
you do not enter the void state, you dont enter any state , because they are all already in you; the rich and the poor, the loved and the unloved, the confident and the insecure, the good and the bad and the indifferent, they are all played by the same actor: YOU
you get to decide which stat you want to be. so you can just decide you are the void state, but once you decide dont try and feel symptoms or pay attention to if you can still feel your body, you are already the void so simply persist in that state.
it is all states. yall we can go back in time, we can change our whole lives to every single detail, but youre telling me persisting for a few days is too long? yall are so blinded by the void craze that you cant take a step back to see all the time you wasted crying over the void couldve been time persisting.
youve been trying to get into the void for months now, and you dont want to try any other method because the void is instant? do you hear yourselves? how is it instant when youve been waiting for months, trying every single day desperate to wake up differently. to me that sounds like a lot of time to wait for you desires when you could simply fulfil yourself in imagination at anytime anywhere instantly
im not trying to hate on anyone or try and invalidate any of your situations. i discovered the law during the peak of the void craze and it was everywhere, so i was also so desparate, its like i could see the cheat code to life right in front of my hands but i still couldnt grasp it. i took a step back and i really understood neville and also discovered edward art and learnt how easy manifesting is (without the void)
i hope you can all be kind to yourselves and please PLEASE stop pestering these poor bloggers about how to get into the void and harassing them when they tell you maybe take a break
EXACTLY, i feel like so many people treat the void as somewhere outside of them that they are going to travel to. but no, it's literally just you. it's just a state!
Why the “3D hasn’t changed yet.”
This will be a shorter post.
“The 3D hasn’t changed yet” because you assumed a limited human form. Your human eyes can’t perceive everything that actually exists - this means when bloggers say that it’s literally right in front of you, it IS!!! Whether or not “you can see it” is irrelevant because the human body is AN ASSUMPTION. Just like all the others. You are more than an assumption, you are the operant power, the assumER. Your body is an assumption, you are the creator of all. Once you realize this (you aren’t becoming anything), this whole thing will make more and more sense.
And it will make sense that manifesting isn’t just “a quick fix,” it’s a lifestyle, a spiritual experience, and a belief.
The less you revert back to the mindset of “where is it, I’m doing everything right but I haven’t gotten it yet”and just persist (persisting doesn’t mean working harder or affirming more or taking actions, it means keep the same mentality no matter what), you will come to these understandings naturally.
Stop asking bloggers what you should do and pay attention to what assumptions you are making. Ask yourself. You make the rules.
Ive been into the void from like mid october maybe now and still nothing .i dont get what im doing now and i have my exams coming up in a month. I have bot studied at all and if i dont get good marks it eill be over for me( its a rlly important exam) what do i do .? I dont get it. I go to sleep fully sure im gonna wake up in the void yasss im gonna do it ill full intent full confidence but dont wake up there. I also affirm do much and truly believe i canenter . But now im losing hope
Hi, dear, you should study for your exams considering you emphasize it as important. Secondly, you claim that you go to bed with the intention and confidence of waking up in the void.. yet you say you don't? I find that a bit unsettling considering you already wake up in the void state every night and you know better than to look for proof in the 3D. Look within and give yourself what you want. Stop acting as though you don't have it all.

"I already have it."
4D (inner world) → 3D (outer world)
"I don't see my desire in the outer world, so I don't have it."
4D (inner world) → ego → 3D (outer world)
Want to "instantly" (time is an illusion, I say this in "material language") manifest desires from the inner world to the outer? Stop paying attention to destructive thoughts that the ego creates. You already have your desires. Done.
How? Observe the thoughts and states that the ego creates, don't get involved. Doubts, fears, worries - all this is the ego. Don't identify yourself with it. You are consciousness. If you have decided that it is yours, then you already have it. The outside world will definitely show it.
Don't complicate it. You can, dear! 🫂❤️
🌀🪞YOU ARE YOUR INNER MONOLOGUE🪞🌀
"Your inner monologue plays a significant role in shaping your self-perception and reality." The connection between inner dialogue and manifestation reflects ideas from a psychological and metaphysical perspective.
Psychologically, your inner monologue functions as a cognitive process that influences your self-perception, emotional regulation, and behaviour. Positive self-talk enhances your mental health, which also builds your resilience and confidence and improves overall performance in all aspects of your life. Conversely, negative self-talk contributes to and creates depression and anxiety.
Metaphysically, your inner monologue is considered a tool for manifestation and is linked to your subconscious mind. Your thoughts and mind are related, connecting the third and fourth dimensions.
Ultimately, this applies to the law of assumption and attraction. "Without the assumption that you have and are what you desire, there isn't anything for you to attract." Both laws co-exist with one another. To assume means to attract, to attract means to assume. If you practice one, you practice the other.
This also overlaps with the placebo effect, where belief can influence your emotional and physical states. It all has to do with the power of expectation and symbolism. If you expect that doing a certain method at a certain time will get you results, then it will. You've assigned that expectation and meaning and persisted in it, making it a fact.
In essence, what you think will manifest- unless you persist in the fact that negative/intrusive thoughts don't manifest but you get my point. If you continuously think negatively and put emphasis on 3D and time, then obviously you aren't going to get your desires.
Flip the narrative every time you catch yourself not thinking in your favour. Remember, you are your inner monologue. You already have what you desire; the 3D does not matter. You either choose and persist in the fact that everything is done, or you choose not to have anything at all.
P.S. You don't need the perfect self-concept, but thinking in your favour and self-confidence will help eliminate mental obstructions.

Which youtubers do you watch
Ooo, I love to watch Fernanda Ramirez, Tam Kaur, kaavikiwi, Nicole Laeno and Steph Bohrer. I really enjoy watching content in general that's lifestyle, beauty and fashion as I can relate to it, and get inspiration and motivation as well. I also watch a lot of house tours from channels like Enes Yilmazer, Propertygrams, Architectural Digest and The Luxury Home Show because I aspire to be an Architect. Lastly, I watch a lot of dance mainly from two channels which are ARTBEAT and 1 MILLION Dance Studio.

How many times are you "going to put your foot down" and "finally get what you want" ?
How many times are you going to restart?
How many times are you going to see a new challenge and get excited only to get demotivated after a few days or even hours?

For how long are you going to stay this comfortable in your misery?
For how long are you going to wish it was you who succeeded when seeing someone else's success story?
For how long are you gonna scroll through tumblr searching for new posts and new info even though every post here is saying almost the same things?
This is not a competition to see who can stay for the longest in loatumblr..please you know everything. So get your shit and get outta here and live your dream life before it's too late.
˖ ִ𐙚 Holotropic Breathwork + Hypnagogic Hallucinations 𝜗࣪˖
"Holotropic Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that uses rapid, controlled breathing and music to create an altered state of consciousness."
The process bypasses your analytical mind and taps into the subconscious, often bringing up suppressed emotions, vivid imagery, or even spiritual insights. It’s often used for self-discovery, emotional healing, and connecting more deeply with your inner self.
Hypnagogia and Hypnopompia are transitional states of consciousness that occur during the process of falling asleep and waking up, respectively.
Hypnagogia is experienced as you are falling asleep. It often happens when you’re extremely tired or sleep-deprived, such as after staying up late or napping during the day. In this state, you may not fully fall asleep but instead enter a semi-conscious phase. During hypnagogia, people can feel as though they’re “dreaming while awake.”
Hypnopompia, on the other hand, happens as you are waking up. You might not fully regain consciousness and instead linger in a dream-like state. In this phase, you may feel as though you are simultaneously awake and dreaming, struggling to differentiate between the two. Similarly, people can feel as though they're "awake while dreaming."
These may involve visual, auditory, or tactile hallucinations, and sometimes even a sensation similar to sleep paralysis. Both phenomena occur because the brain is transitioning between wakefulness and sleep, creating a blend of conscious awareness and dream-like perceptions. While they can feel disorienting, these experiences are a natural part of how our brain processes the sleep cycle.
Step 1: Get Comfortable
Lie down (preferably) in a quiet, dimly lit space where you won’t be disturbed.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Step 2: Breathwork to Relax (2-5 minutes)
Breathe in deeply through your nose for 2 seconds.
Exhale out through your mouth with a gentle "ha" sound.
Repeat this rhythm, focusing on how your body feels lighter and more relaxed with each breath.
Step 3: Focus on the Darkness
Let your breathing return to normal.
Shift your attention to the darkness behind your eyelids.
If you see shapes, colors, or feel sensations, let them happen naturally.
Step 4: Affirm and Intend
Silently or softly affirm your intention:
“I am pure consciousness.”
“I am shifting now.”
Stay calm and trust the process as you drift deeper into the void or shifting state.
Step 5: Let Go
Allow yourself to fully relax, knowing that you’re transitioning.
If you feel close to the void or shifting, focus on staying calm and open.
