"Your inner monologue plays a significant role in shaping your self-perception and reality." The connection between inner dialogue and manifestation reflects ideas from a psychological and metaphysical perspective.

Psychologically, your inner monologue functions as a cognitive process that influences your self-perception, emotional regulation, and behaviour. Positive self-talk enhances your mental health, which also builds your resilience and confidence and improves overall performance in all aspects of your life. Conversely, negative self-talk contributes to and creates depression and anxiety.

Metaphysically, your inner monologue is considered a tool for manifestation and is linked to your subconscious mind. Your thoughts and mind are related, connecting the third and fourth dimensions.

Ultimately, this applies to the law of assumption and attraction. "Without the assumption that you have and are what you desire, there isn't anything for you to attract." Both laws co-exist with one another. To assume means to attract, to attract means to assume. If you practice one, you practice the other.

This also overlaps with the placebo effect, where belief can influence your emotional and physical states. It all has to do with the power of expectation and symbolism. If you expect that doing a certain method at a certain time will get you results, then it will. You've assigned that expectation and meaning and persisted in it, making it a fact.

In essence, what you think will manifest- unless you persist in the fact that negative/intrusive thoughts don't manifest but you get my point. If you continuously think negatively and put emphasis on 3D and time, then obviously you aren't going to get your desires.

Flip the narrative every time you catch yourself not thinking in your favour. Remember, you are your inner monologue. You already have what you desire; the 3D does not matter. You either choose and persist in the fact that everything is done, or you choose not to have anything at all.

P.S. You don't need the perfect self-concept, but thinking in your favour and self-confidence will help eliminate mental obstructions.

yall want to get into the void state?

when every blogger is just telling you to get into the state of the wish fulfilled? when all you need to change is self- through changing your inner state

the void state is literally just a state. neville told us "we are constantly passing through states like travellers". we are always in a state. we are always conscious of being *something*, we are always in I AM ___ you could be in a state of being rich therefor you believe yourself to be rich ie " I AM rich" if you are in a state of beeing poor you identify yourself as "I AM poor".

the void state is literally just the state we occupy with simply being conscious of only being, it is just I AM followed by nothing. no physical body, no circumstances just consciousness.

the void does not give you results instantly because its some magical power you encounter it is only instant because it is the state of nothing but consciousness, therefor you can chose what to be consious of with a blank state, or in other words you chose what come after the I AM because there is nothing after it.

you can easily manifest as quickly just by changing states. the only reason why it may not be instant is because you are already occupying another state (most likely the opposite state of what you desire like I AM poor instead of I AM rich)

but all you need to do is persist in the new I AM because dominant states/ your dwelling state is what reflects onto your 3D.

you do not enter the void state, you dont enter any state , because they are all already in you; the rich and the poor, the loved and the unloved, the confident and the insecure, the good and the bad and the indifferent, they are all played by the same actor: YOU

you get to decide which stat you want to be. so you can just decide you are the void state, but once you decide dont try and feel symptoms or pay attention to if you can still feel your body, you are already the void so simply persist in that state.

it is all states. yall we can go back in time, we can change our whole lives to every single detail, but youre telling me persisting for a few days is too long? yall are so blinded by the void craze that you cant take a step back to see all the time you wasted crying over the void couldve been time persisting.

youve been trying to get into the void for months now, and you dont want to try any other method because the void is instant? do you hear yourselves? how is it instant when youve been waiting for months, trying every single day desperate to wake up differently. to me that sounds like a lot of time to wait for you desires when you could simply fulfil yourself in imagination at anytime anywhere instantly

im not trying to hate on anyone or try and invalidate any of your situations. i discovered the law during the peak of the void craze and it was everywhere, so i was also so desparate, its like i could see the cheat code to life right in front of my hands but i still couldnt grasp it. i took a step back and i really understood neville and also discovered edward art and learnt how easy manifesting is (without the void)

[ ] you are staying true to the real you, imagination, and accepting only who you are being in imagination as true

[ ] when the 3d shows you otherwise, you dont care because you know you have already manifested it

[ ] you arent checking for movement or worrying about time or if youve done enough techniques (why would you check for movement if its already done?)

[ ] you realize you are the only operant power that controls every aspect of the 3d dream

[ ] you realize that by law, whoever you are being in imagination + what ever you accept as true in imagination, will always reflect into the 3d

[ ] you realize you arent waiting for anything to reflect because you are already living in your dream life in the real reality, imagination

[ ] you realize that you dont have to do anything in the 3d to manifest; you know you can continue living the same human life but while staying true to having your desire in imagination

[ ] you realize the human five senses are limited and cannot see everything in the 3d (cant see sp’s thoughts; cant see fat cells burning), unlike in the limitless imagination

[ ] you continue to return to the state wish fulfilled, you make it your dominant state by continuing to persist in it and make it natural to you

[ ] you do techniques for fun because its fun knowing you control everything and can give yourself everything in the real reality *opinional

eiypo and how to go through life on easy mode

what is eiypo?

eiypo or "everyone is you pushed out," is one of neville goddards teachings. it basically suggests that your external reality, including how people behave towards you, is shaped by your internal assumptions and beliefs about them.

now this does not imply that you are controlling others or that they lack autonomy and are soulless beings or whatever. rather, it means that your assumptions about someone determine how they appear in your 3d and how they will show up for you. your assumptions which are formed your by dominant and repetitive thoughts, act as the foundation for your reality.

for example, if you are constantly thinking, "my sp will never love me," or "i am not lovable or desirable," then these beliefs will solidify and will reflect in your 3d. from thinking about these things constantly youre slowly building up assumptions and internal beliefs about your sp and over time, your sp will mirror these assumptions by appearing indifferent or unresponsive to you.

to give one more example, if you assume that im kind and sweet, then thats how i will show up for you in your reality. however, if your friend assumes that im mean and rude, then im gonna show up in her reality as a mean old bitch. now this doesnt mean that my personality is constantly changing; its simply that i am reflecting the assumptions that each of you hold about me.

everyone is based on your assumptions about them > assumptions are your dominant and repetitive thoughts

so how do i apply this?

1. become aware and recognize your current assumptions. ask yourself questions like, "what do i assume about myself?", "what do i assume about life?", " what do i assume about my sp? ",etc. for example if you assume that you are undeserving or not good enough then your 3d will reflect exactly that. you might notice certain patterns like missed opportunities or self sabotaging behaviours that will align with this belief.

2. flip these assumptions about yourself. identify all of your negative assumptions and beliefs and replace them with postive and empowering ones.

3. maintain a strict mental diet and stick to your assumptions. if any limiting thoughts or negative ones arise, dont acknowledge them or resist them, just let them pass and remind yourself that its you that holds the power (you must also always remember that your intrusive thoughts do not manifest, your dominant thoughts do)

4. stop wavering and persist persist persist!!!

end thought. by recognizing and shifting your assumptions about certain things, you can transform how people and circumstances show up in your life. so trust in your power, stick to your assumptions and stay focused. your dominant thoughts shape your reality so think abundantly, act confident and let the universe deliver. and always remember that nothing is ever too big to manifest! youve got this!

The Science Behind Shifting

While shifting isn’t officially recognized by science, many related phenomena align with psychological and neurological concepts:

Hypnagogia and Hypnopompia: These are the states between wakefulness and sleep, where vivid imagery and sensations occur. They’re key moments for accessing your subconscious.

Lucid Dreaming: Like shifting, lucid dreaming involves awareness and control within a dream. Many people shift through lucid dreaming techniques.

Visualization and Neuroplasticity: Studies show that imagining something activates the same brain areas as doing it. With repetition, you "train" your brain to accept your DR as real.

The Placebo Effect: Your beliefs shape your experience. If you fully believe you’ve shifted, your brain will accept it as true. Can be achieved with the Law of Assumption.

Myths About Shifting

You Can Get Stuck: This is impossible. Your subconscious will always bring you back to your OR when needed.

It’s Dangerous: Shifting is as safe as sleeping or meditating. Unless you decide to shift to a Zombie Apocalypse then duhh.

You Need a Perfect Script/Concept: Having scripts and a good self-concept helps, but they’re not required. Your intention is enough.

Tips for Success

Stay consistent: Shifting gets easier with practice.

Believe in yourself: Doubts can create mental blocks.

Use reminders: Read your script daily to reinforce your DR.

Be patient: Everyone’s journey is different.

P.S. At the end of the day, all you need is yourself. Only you can make you shift. It is not necessary to have a script/method because it's you who's going to make it work. So, do what feels comfortable for you and what works for you. Don't let others tell you otherwise.

Unpopular opinion: Sometimes you need to take a step back from focusing on your awareness of manifestation (actively manifesting) and focus on regulating your body.

*This post is not for everybody, just people that have heightened and overwhelming emotions (anxiety attacks) when a limiting belief comes or the 3D is contradicting your manifest/triggering you*

Now I know there’s a bunch of post talking about how to deal with limiting beliefs, but no tea no shade, they only tell you how to revise it or override them. That’s cool, that can lead to a stable mind. But what about stable emotions. As an emotional person, there can be long streaks where my past beliefs don’t affect me not even a little bit, but there are also days where I feel like it’s just slaps me right in the face, and all I can do is cry. If you experience this, I know way that can help with this.

So how do you deal with this?

Don’t fight it, let it happen. Yeah I know, I know.

“You’re supposed to live in the end”

“You’re not supposed to let those thoughts get to you”’

Girl don’t you think I already know that? But hear me out. You know you’ve been persisting in your desires, no end. You know you need to overcome this and calm down, so you can be stable and actually fully focus on your desires. This lil tiny anxiety attack ain’t gon do nothing to your hours of saturation and living in the end, randomly become dominant.

Like I said in one of my last post about contradicting ideas in your head. When two become dominant and they’re fighting an equal battle, who you think gon win? Nobody. Assert dominance to a thought over the other. Let the limiting weakened, by letting it have a little shine.

The method

1. Let it happen, keep crying, just let it all out. But not for to long if it’s becoming over 15 minutes, it’s time to wrap it. You don’t dwelled enough, u should feel a little better by now.

2. Do the 3 count breathing exercise (inhale 3, hold 3, exhale 3, hold 3, repeat) or you could do a lil quick meditation

3. Once your heart is slowed down do something you enjoy. Ex; I like drawing and listening to music. I draw and listen to music to help me calm down.

4. Come back to your awareness of manifesting, and began manifesting in your desires yet.

Every single time I’ve done this, I’ve always felt better than before, and my alignment with my desires become some much more stronger.

you’re not a loser because you “didn’t manifest anything” in 2024

leave that alone now and don’t dwell too much on it, you can always flip your thoughts instantly

time isn’t running out for you, you are everything, you have everything here and now.

circumstances and time do not exist so stop all that wallowing in sadness

you’re okay and you have all that you want, all that is needed is to stand firm

∘˚✵ VERSE II | THINGS WE ARE LEAVING IN 2024

1. PROCRASTINATION

tell yourself no “i’m not gonna script that one last thing because my subconscious mind already knows what i want down to the minute details” you’re going to get off your ass AND APPLY and DO IT, stop yourself before you start:

no more doom scrolling, no more “i’ll do it later”,

stop yourself before you spend another hour on socials when you could be living your dream

2. “BUTS”

you guys are seriously tiring us bloggers with the “i know we have to stand firm but-” but what? you either have it or you don’t

“i have been standing firm but i’ve been doing that for 3 months now how long is it gonna take” no you haven’t, you’ve been WAVERING for 3 months, they aren’t the same don’t get it twisted. If you have been standing firm you would have it all.

again, you either have it or you don’t, and not for the sake of affirmation, i mean really.

3.TRYING

you don’t try, you DO, you ARE, you BE. simple

“i’ve been trying to induce pure consciousness for 2-” there is no trying, not for the operant power, and i’m not just trying to be motivational, once you find out about the law there is no such thing as an “attempt”, you just DO.

4. (giving weight to) CIRCUMSTANCES

the 3d isn’t real. who’s to say you always fall asleep when inducing the “I AM” state? who’s to say your life sucks? no seriously where is the evidence of that? in the 3d? do i need to smack some sense into you guys?

you’re the one reaffirming your problems to the subconscious mind. because the subconscious mind cannot see or hear the 3d.

you are going to stand firm no matter what happens, no matter what the 3d shows you

5. OVERCONSUMPTION

stop scrolling for it to click, no “clicking” is needed for a god, you KNOW everything you are everything, you do everything correctly. EVERYTHING

so know that you don’t need to watch that video, know that you could literally have everything now if you would just get off your devices, push that fear away and apply

✵˚∘ VERSE III | WE’RE DOING IT THIS TIME

no more procrastination, no more fear of failure. WE ARE ALL GONNA LOCK THE FUCK IN this year.

physically or mentally note down everything you want and know you have it now

circumstances can do whatever, you don’t care, you shouldn’t, because you have your dream life

whether it be affirmations, visuals, sublimals, or simply deciding

scream, let it all out, as well as being a god you are human, but let it be known that it doesn’t change the fact that you have everything you want

close your eyes, breathe and cleanse yourself of all the toxins: bad habits, bad mindset and bad energy

clean slate now, you’ve got this, go get your dream life

you’re a beautiful god/goddess with everything you want because that’s just how it is for you, you always get everything you want.
