Please stay safe. Try not to leave the house - anything you can get delivered, get delivered. Wear a mask if you absolutely HAVE to go out. Wash your hands constantly (mine are kinda chapped now..), don’t sit too close to anyone, and keep a physical distance away from the elderly to protect them. If you’re not feeling too good, separate your items and don’t let others use them just to be safe.
Browsing this website as much as I am able to, I found out it is sometimes not about your personal experience. Not about sharing only your very own thoughts. But the ones hundreds of others think as well. And relate to.
So for that reason I am starting to become more human and do the same:

WAKE UP EARLIER
When you wake up early, you are waking up FOR your day, rather than being forced to wake up TO your day. Waking up earlier can allow you to take a few minutes, to read, mediate, write in your journal, before you tackle the day!
2. MAKE AN EFFORT TO LOOK GOOD
By taking time to get ready for your day, and putting a little effort into your appearance, will remind you that you are important, and your day is important. It can help you to feel good about yourself during the day to.
3. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF
You need to make yourself a priority each and every day, even if you only have 10 minutes. Try doing something that is not on your to-do list as this can make you feel even more accomplished!
4. GET MOVING
Whether you go outside for a walk, or head to the gym, taking a few moments to move is very beneficial to your physical, mental and emotional well being.
5. KEEP LOOKING FORWARD
There is so much power in looking forward. Identifying your dreams and your goals give you a purpose, and gives you something to work for. This can give you a growth mindset for other things to!
