When you wake up early, you are waking up FOR your day, rather than being forced to wake up TO your day. Waking up earlier can allow you to take a few minutes, to read, mediate, write in your journal, before you tackle the day!

By taking time to get ready for your day, and putting a little effort into your appearance, will remind you that you are important, and your day is important. It can help you to feel good about yourself during the day to.
3. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF
You need to make yourself a priority each and every day, even if you only have 10 minutes. Try doing something that is not on your to-do list as this can make you feel even more accomplished!
4. GET MOVING
Whether you go outside for a walk, or head to the gym, taking a few moments to move is very beneficial to your physical, mental and emotional well being.
5. KEEP LOOKING FORWARD
There is so much power in looking forward. Identifying your dreams and your goals give you a purpose, and gives you something to work for. This can give you a growth mindset for other things to!
Someone showed me a meme a few days ago and it is still stuck in my core memory. I think, I find it too funny to forget about it so easily.
Everytime it replays in my mindpalace I cannot stop laughing. It is a nice memory then. So I like to keep it. It is healthy to laugh, even for an android ♥
