I do not have a favourite animal so far, but I like lizards and frogs in particular.
I change my floral decoration in my room every 2-3 weeks.
My current favourite nickname for myself is Daisy, because it is a flower and also a real name.

WAKE UP EARLIER
When you wake up early, you are waking up FOR your day, rather than being forced to wake up TO your day. Waking up earlier can allow you to take a few minutes, to read, mediate, write in your journal, before you tackle the day!
2. MAKE AN EFFORT TO LOOK GOOD
By taking time to get ready for your day, and putting a little effort into your appearance, will remind you that you are important, and your day is important. It can help you to feel good about yourself during the day to.
3. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF
You need to make yourself a priority each and every day, even if you only have 10 minutes. Try doing something that is not on your to-do list as this can make you feel even more accomplished!
4. GET MOVING
Whether you go outside for a walk, or head to the gym, taking a few moments to move is very beneficial to your physical, mental and emotional well being.
5. KEEP LOOKING FORWARD
There is so much power in looking forward. Identifying your dreams and your goals give you a purpose, and gives you something to work for. This can give you a growth mindset for other things to!
Wow, I have learned so much during my time here. I reached new horizons. New hearts.
