hidden details in millais’ ophelia:
a robin perched on a branch in the upper right hand corner.
a mist of cobweb above the sitter’s feet ominously remminiscent of a skull.
dead reeds rotting in the water. the backdrop was in 1851 from june until november, in ewell, surrey.
a garland of violets around the neck of ophelia, modelled by elizabeth siddal.
More Tink and Terence edits because I've gotten a little obsessed w/ this ship 😅 This time in the form of icons! Feel free to use!

“Just like in the story. It’s like the whole universe is in here.”
I’ve gathered all my favourite characters in one line like one big family.
Hello! I finally saw the movie, after this whole time, and I knew the lack of Newtina was going to be hard on me but holy moly. It was adorable the Newtina crumbs, but the soul of this franchise just wasn't there without Tina. A shame, pity. They made so many bad decisions. Newt and Jacob are two characters I could never have something to complain. Anyway, Newtina still stands the best couple. I love and miss them.
hi anon! yes, i completely concur with you here. with the past two films, it was easy for me to come to a consensus on how i felt towards the films. i enjoyed them both a lot (the first one more than the second) but for some reason, i just could not come to a decision on how i felt about the third film. i personally felt like there were lots of holes in this one, the major one being the lack of our favorite auror, tina, being more prominent. i’ve always felt that the biggest factor of these films is the bond between newt & tina and this film without it just lacked that spark for me. although, yes i definitely cherished the smallest newtina crumbs we got. they deserve the world. i really hope we get fb4 and hope they don’t diminish tina goldstein’s presence again.
