Still at my Grandma's... And I fucked up. Usually when I'm here, I either do really well or straight up binge, and it's appears that this time, I do both. Yesterday, I did really well actually but today was horrible. To be fair, no one in my family ate "normally" today, it's the ore-Easter shit, but I mean, they're not disordered, so I feel even more like a faker rn 😭
It's Easter tomorrow and I'm really scared. I'm feeling motivated to do well, but my family wants to go out for lunch tomorrow. I'll just get something from the kids's menu, skip breakfast and only eat a small dinner with my family if I can't avoid it.
And I really have to work on my steps! I feel awful for neglecting them, but I have a really important school project I need to work on... It feels like am excuse, but logically, it really isn't.
I mean, the day after tomorrow my Dad and I will leave already again, and the rest of the fam will stay with my grandma still, andy Dad will leave too after a few days, so my other sister and I will be home alone for a couple days at the end of the holiday s, which is great, since she doesn't really like me and won't force me to eat with her or something. Maybe she'll expect me to cook, because she's prepping for some exams, but that's fine Ig. I mean, I'm kinda planning to fast, but I'll also have to work on that school project, and I'll have to plan my eating depending on how much brain power I'll need then lol. So I have to finish as much of the project as I can now so that I'll be fine fasting/doing high res then.

Okay so. I've seen my fair share of transphobia on edblr [for crying out loud you're on THE lgbt app] and I'm just going to say that transgender people have the HIGHEST RATE OF EATING DISORDERS.

Statistically 71% of transgender individuals currently or have previously at some point in their lives struggled with an eating disorder.
But why do so many trans people develop eating disorders you may ask? The biggest factor is: Discrimination. All around, discrimination leads to the development of severe disorders. The other major reason is gender dysphoria, with GD comes the feeling that you lack control over your body which is generally a huge contributor to eating disorders but most trans people tend to live in unaccepting or downright hateful environments basically leading to lack of control x2.
Trans people will also develop eating disorders to change their bodies in very drastic ways, especially when there is no access to gender affirming care like for trans men, top surgery and for trans women, to give a more sleek feminine look to the body.
I specifically see a lot of cisgender men in ed spaces complaining about the prevalence of trans men in the "male ed" tags but I'm going to pull another stat on you- 42% of cisgender men who struggle with eating disorders are also part of the lgbt community, so if you're part of that 42% and are still being transphobic, you should look into lgbt history in general and thank the group that gave you your rights. If you're a cis straight male complaining about trans people struggling with eating disorders, just remember that plenty of people will never even entertain the thought that you have a "woman disorder".
So if you're out here bitching about "why are there trans men in the checks tags" and plenty more hateful shit that I do not feel comfortable quoting- just think about this, statistically there is just going to be an "overwhelming" amount of trans people in all online ed communities. If you aren't comfortable with that then it's probably time you recover babe <3

The monster cans have got to be at least a quarter of the experience, heck, a third. Have you ever looked at them closely, because man, these designs are just STUNNING.
(Today I some monster into a glass to check it's color like a normal person just does, and drinking from the can in comparison was just. So much better.)
I just fucking binged and I hate myself
I stopped counting at some point but I must have definitely gone over 2000 calories and honestly, my day is ruined
I got a day off school today and it started off fine, I made plans and all and wouldn't have gone over my limit had I just stuck to them
But I had a weigh in and lost over 2 kg, and at some point I lost motivation to study and started eating and procrastinating...
Does that happen to anyone else?
