It’s was weird, Jake insisting that you and Neytiri. It came up out of nowhere, Jake showing up at the research base claiming that Neytiri requires your assistance collecting fruit for the family.

“You sure? She seems pretty capable on her own.” Jake could hear the skepticism seeping through your voice, causing him to cringe a little. Jake was to tall to fit into your room on the research base, so he remained right outside the door as he observed you as you made you bed. He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly, tilting his head down a little as his eyes followed your quick movements.

“I don’t know…I think it’d be nice.” He reasoned. You give him an unimpressed stare, shaking your head softly at his excuse. Jake scoffs, dropping head hands down in defeat.

“Look kid, I worry about you.” He sighs, shaking his head and his look soften. “You’re always cooped up in this room. It’d be good if you got out every once in awhile.”

You groan, throwing your head back dramatically as you roll your eyes. You cross your arms as you direct your star towards Jake. “Fine. I’ll go.”

Jake’s mood lightness, a closed smile gracing his face. He watches fondly as you grab your backpack and squeeze past him. Before you can leave, Jake ruffles your hear, laughing at your protest. You shoot him a semi harsh glare before strapping on your oxygen pack. “Have a good time kid.”

“You walk slow.”

You snarl from your stop behind Neytiri. Ever since you met her in the morning, she’s been criticizing every move you make. “You’re too slow.” “You’re too loud.” “The Yovo fruit you picked is too small.” You were starting to regret coming here.

“Sorry.” You drown out a small apology, scanning your surroundings for fruit in order to avoid looking at her. In the process, you miss the quick look Neytiri gave you. Her face was cold, but when looking at you, her facade faltered a bit. Her shoulders became relaxed and her breathing was less rigid as she watched you inspect fruit for any deformities.

“It this one good?” You show her a small piece of fruit that had fallen from one of the many trees. She takes it from your small hands, looking at it intensely. It’s tiny, fitting in her palm. Its texture was soft, and with too much pressure, would become mush in between her fingers. It wasn’t ready to be eaten yet, and she knew she should discard it with the hope of finding better fruit, but Neytiri couldn’t help but cradle the small fruit in her hands as her gaze flickered between it and your hopeful eyes.

“Yes. It is fine.” She ignores the swell in her chest as your face brightens at her words. Neytiri places the fruit gently in a basket filled nearly to the brim and reaches out her hand to help you from the ground.

Crack. She pulls you up quickly, you colliding into her as she quietly silences you. Your heartbeat quickens, fear coursing through your vains as Neytiri’s observant eyes scan the foliage for any signs of danger.

Slowly she puts down her basket, careful to not make a sound as she pulls her bow from her back. You, unaware of what to do, slowly back away, watching as Neytiri stalks towards the direction of the sound.

Crack. There it was again. You jump, covering your mouth with your hands to silence yourself. Neytiri doesn’t acknowledge you, continuing to trail the sound. You were so focused on Neytiri, making sure she never left your sight, that you didn’t notice the creature coming up behind you until an arrow flew past you and pierced it through the skull. Quickly turning around you back away from the now dead creature. You didn’t recognize it, and you didn’t want to.

Your breath is labored and your hands are shaking. Unable to feel or see anything in your panicked state, you fail to answer Neytiri when she calls your name, only acknowledging her when she crouches down so your face to face. She grabs your hands and caresses them, attempting to calm you.

“Parultsyìp, you are safe.” She speaks, your breathing slowly calming down at her words. She watches as your shaking calms, her eyes moving from your hands to your arm, where a small trickle off blood cascades down. The beast must’ve managed to get to you before Neytiri was able to subdue it. While it was small, it didn’t give Neytiri much comfort.

“Parultsyìp, you are bleeding. Does it hurt?” She caresses your forearm, some blood smearing. She ignores your nod and holds you tighter as you tried to back away. She easily picks you up and rushes towards the Marui for Jakes help.

“They’re is fine Neytiri.” Jake consoles his mate, speaking quietly in Na’vi. Neytiri’s gaze was stuck on as you were being treated by Kiri, Tuk and Lo’ak both attached to your sides, Neteyam watching from a distance.

“Humans are weak Ma’Jake. I could have seriously wounded them.” Neytiri utters, slightly pacing. Jake pulls her towards him and rubs her arm, attempting to calm her anxiety.

“You’re not usually this worried about them.” Neytiri eyes widen, looking away from him embarrassed. She sighs, looking back towards you. You were now laughing at Lo’ak, who was goofing around with Tuk. Neytiri smiled, strangely happy to see you with her children. Jake follows her gaze and nods understandably when he looks back at her.

“I want them to stay here Ma’Jake.” Neytiri whispers, so quiet Jake could barely hear it. Jake couldn’t deny he was surprised. Neytiri was not a fan of you, of humans. They took everything from her. So when she showed up at their home terror struck with you in her arms, he knew something changed.

Jake takes her hand, intertwining her fingers with his. He gazes at her lovingly before looking back at you, a tired smile on your face which was faced towards his children. He walks inside the Marui, smiling.

“Hey kid, why don’t you stay the night.”

Being One of Vanders kids

A street rat left on your own after your parents demise on the Battle of the Bridge Vander found you when you tried too steal some food out of his bar. Not the smartest decision on your part but you were small and hungry so he couldn't blame you. After all he was known to have a soft spot for kids and it wasn't much, just the scraps off someone elses plate. Taking pity on you, you become another adoptee.

Older than Powder but younger than Violet you were somewhere in the middle of the other kids. You didn't know your real birthday or age as your memories with your parents were all fuzzy and it was really just another random day in the year for you. Your parents did their best for you growing up but in the Lanes your best isn't always enough. Vander makes a note to remember the day he first met you so you could have a proper birthday once you'd adjusted to living with all of them. He knows how hard it can be to loose people and he knows what it's like for your brain to block out certain memories cause their hard to remember. He hopes he can make you new and better memories.

You leave sometimes in the first couple weeks. Never for too long but still, it worried Vander. A day maybe two you'd just dissapear without a word. You come back when you need someplace safe to sleep they think. They only know this because the bed Vander gave you will show signs of being slept in. The kids aren't really sure what to make of you. You come late at night after they've fallen asleep and leave early in the morning when you don't stay. Sometimes there's something small left as a sort of thankyou for letting you stay the night but other than that much isn't said. Even when you do hang around your more silent.

It doesn't take them long to realize your scared. Of attachment? Of abandonment? Of betrayal? Of them? No one's really sure but they do their best to be opening and welcoming whenever your around. They really would like you to stay.

Your crafty and always observing the world around you. You watch, you learn, and you master quickly. Although your really quiet at first Vander notices the way you take everything in. You can read and write as well as count money and do basic arithmatic and equations in your head. Something a lot of people in the Lanes can't do.

Those are just mental skills you possess. You have a lot of talents too. Your observant. You always know when a fights about to happen and who's gonna throw a punch which makes you good at defusing situations and playing peace maker. Your also a skilled seamster who can patch any grubby garment into something someone would feel proud to wear. Your good at carpentry and basic repairs on things. Your cooking skills are also not something to laugh at. It's impressive to say the least. He knows you have other skills but he doesn't push you to share anything you feel uncomfortable with.

Vander although proud of your progress is a little worried with how quiet you are the first couple weeks. You've finally stopped coming and going but he still worries about you and your silent nature. He fears somethings wrong in your head or that you saw something you shouldn't have that left you mute. This is the lanes after all. But after a few weeks of staying with the other kids you begin to really open up. Your quiet and withdrawn nature quickly becoming chatty and friendly. They were all nice to you while you were adjusting but the more comfortable you got, the closer you all became as friends and even family.

Violet is the older sister of the bunch taking care of everybody while Powder is very clearly the baby of the family. Vi's always looking out for you and Powder but she quickly learns to trust you and your skills. Your really resourceful and quick to come up with viable solutions when you and the others are in a problem. Your street smarts are not something that should be underestimated and the connections you have in the Undercity surprise her. You may not have had a real home before them but you got around and you helped a lot of people with in and out odd jobs. She's weary of you but as time goes on she learns to trust you and your advice when you offered it.

Mylo once you begin opening up to the group takes you under his wing. Which is surprising to everyone given his treatment to most (especially Powder). At first the kids tease him thinking he fancies you but in all honesty he just knows what it's like to be an awkward middle child looking for your place in a home that doesn't always feel like it fits. He was the last kid Vander took in so he feels like it's his responbility to help you adjust. He also thinks he can claim half the stuff you steal if your the closest to him.

He bonds with you by sharing skills and swapping stories. Mylo teaches you to pick locks and how to loosen windows to get inside buildings while you teach him the best hiding places when on the run. When he teaches you the intricacy of locks he's surprised how good you become way too quickly. He's still the master of course but he's also impressed to see how quickly you pick up on the skills the others don't see value in. You're a jack of trades for sure and although he covers it up with a sarcastic attitude he's never not amazed at the things you've accomplished in your short time at Vanders.

Mylos also super chatty, like really chatty. He does not know when to shut up (undiagnosed ADHD for sure) but when your around it seems less like filler and more like his genuine thoughts and feelings. He trusts you with what he's keeping inside his head and you trust him to teach you. Your an odd but good duo who balance each other out well and push each other to be better. Sometimes you get competitive when doing jobs or errands for Vander but it's all in good fun.

Seeing a deeper side of Mylo the others don't see as much and hearing his insecurities about where he belongs in this family makes you super close. You see the pattern of him picking on Powder and you realize why he does it. You tell him to stop messing with Powder which gives you points with everyone else since he's always ragging on her. (You're gentle about telling him off though. Always reminding him everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. You know he only messes with Powder cause he cares about her and he sometimes feels jealous because of Powders relationship with Vi. Mylo never had anyone watching his back at that age. It was him and the streets before Vander took him in and those were some dark times. Dark times he keeps to himself.)

As you reach out and connect with the others outside of Mylo you and Claggor hit it off well. Claggor bonds with you the second fastest of the mini gang. Your friendship really starts after he hears Mylo mention the 50/50 steal deal (something that had long become an inside joke and wasn't actually real amymore) and cuffs the back of his head rolling his eyes. He promises you that you don't have to do such a thing and explains you all share your scores equally and that Mylo's just playfully hazing you and acting like top dog. You already knew that but knowing Claggor has your back and doesn't want you scammed is nice.

Claggors not someone you'd ever want to cross. He's the nicest and most cuddly out of the group and will go out of his way to make you feel comfy in the otherwise crowded and sometimes uncontrollable house. If you feel like your about to cry or you need a hug after a stressful job he's the best person to go to because he'll always know how to make you feel better. It's just what he's good at. He's an amazing listener and when your too choked up or scared to talk about it he'll sit with you in silence or tell you comforting stories until you feel better.

He swaps books and carpenting tips with you. The kid enjoys having someone with similar talents to him. Having two pairs of hands to fix things up is way better than him taking on the bulk of that kind of work from Vander. Claggor in his freetime loves to read and having someone else who's fascinated with books makes him happy. He often tells the group stories and acts out the books he's reading so if you help him do voices and characters he'll love you forever.

Claggors a fixer, a problem solver. A heavy hitter and lifter. He's a doer who fixes things and finds out the solutions to problems. He's contantly watching Vander work (similar to you) so he can learn from him. He takes in all the information from what he sees and reads and stores it. A walking encyclopedia of facts he may not look it but he's sharp as a knife. If you'd teach him a thing or two that you've learned about patching things up in the streets he'd be really grateful. Any new tips or tricks that make the job easier or sturdier are the way to win his heart.

Claggor bless his heart is a giver and peace maker. He doesn't like throwing a punch unless he has too and god in the lanes you usually have too. At mealtime he tends to get the most because he's the biggest but if you look hungry or he notices you haven't been eating as much to give to the others he'll slip you some of his food. He has a very open soft spot for you. Claggor also keeps a storage of snacks hidden in the wall next to his bed so if you ever have a really bad day he'll sneak you a treat as he comforts you about whatever it is. He does the same with the others but it still feels nice to know you'll always have him watching out for you.

Powder is shy around a lot of people but she opens up once she realizes your also interested in some of the things she likes. She looks up to you unlike mean Mylo as she calls him. She'll pull you away from him and ask you to hang out. She asks you questions about your skills and for stories and what your past on the streets was like. When she's not asking questions and listening she tells you all about her inventions and big ideas. She opens up to you about things she feels she can't tell Vi when the both of you are alone and as she doodles she'll explain these complicated machines she wants to build someday.

She loves when you play with her hair and do the little braids that she likes for her. You'll give her a doll or some toy you made to play with as you brush and do her hair in that way she likes. Violets not very good at girly things so she appreciates the help and Powder likes looking pretty. When Vi's busy you and Vander are the first people Powder seek out. You spend most of your days entertaining and playing with the girl. When you have chores around the bar she follows you around enjoying your company and talking to you as work. You let her go pretty much whenever you do in Vanders bar but you don't let her follow you when you do private business in the Undercity. She gets pouty but you always bring her and the others something so they know your thinking of them.

One day you dissapear without notice again after hearing one of her crazy ideas and she thinks it's her fault and that she scared you off. She cries all day having a massive breakdown thinking you ran away until you come back that night covered in grease and oil and some light cuts. You have a large sack bag full of spare parts and peices from Piltover. Gears. Cogs. Springs. Broken but salvageable clocks. Inner-workings from various discarded machines. Pipes. And crayons. Expensive oil ones. You stayed in the shadows and scrounged in the Academy's garbage to find her what she needed because she deserved to have big dreams and the materials to make those dreams happen. The crayons may have been snatched off some Academy students desk. Your sure they won't miss them.

Violet respects you in a way she didn't know she could after that. The best way to win her over is to win her sister over and Powder is absolutley gaga over you. She looks up to you and Vi and is always trying to make inventions and gagets to impress you both. You begin receving a lot of crayon art from the young girl thanks to your little gift and your bunk bed wall is now covered in lock picking techniques Mylo taught you, book passages from Claggor that you've written out, and drawings and invention sketches Powder made you. You keep all these things in a neat order in your space so the other kids see how much you care about them and their gifts.

Vi's surprised when you grab her arm one day. You gently pull her into the bathroom and she lets you. You wet your hands and dry them before you carefully unwrap her bloody bandages. Washing her hands and knuckles you get the dirt out of her cuts and really clean her wound before gently rubbing some tummerik you swiped from a vendor on them. It stings a bit but her knuckles do feel better. The pink around her hand fades and you take cleaner bandages out of your pocket before rewrapping her knuckles. You tell her if she ever feels her hands hurt come to you and you'll get her something to help.

The first time you go to their little hangout is like a right of passage. You've been at Vanders for maybe a couple months and they want you to know your welcome and really one of them. Walking in there's all sorts of cool things to do and interesting stuff they've stored here. Powders excited to show off her ball shooting skills and moving target machines while Mylos excited to show you some of his more complicated lock pick collection and practice locks. Claggor stores books and manuals down here that you haven't read yet and he proudly shows them off too you. Meawhile when you have a moment to catch your breath, Vi throws some taped up gloves at you and challenges you to her boxing machine. You have a good time learning more about them in the most relaxed setting you've ever been at and as your about to leave to follow them to their favorite food stall you pause as you see a new kid poking his head in.

They introduce you to Ekko and invite the squirt along to get food. He walks next to you with wide eyes asking you all sorts of questions as Powder clings to one arm and he clings to the other. Apprentally Vanders told Benzo a lot and since he works for him he's heard about you and had been trying to catch you for awhile. Powder brags about you while the others fill in any gaps she leaves and tell Ekko all sorts of cool stories about you. You get flustered at the attention but they insist you deserve it.

Your first time at Jerrikos is possibly the best day of your life. As you wolf down food with your new family you can't understand how you hadn't gone to this stall before or met these amazing people. As you all pay a few coins and share and swap things you try not to spit out your food from how hard they make you laugh.

Your an official sibling now and despite being in the middle the kids start coming up to you when they have a problem and Vanders busy. Powder mentions her bomb won't work and you suggest adding a pinch more gunpowder and lightening the nail load to make it more likley to go off. Mylo says he can't keep his shoes from falling apart and you glue the soles before taping and nailing the back to reconstruct them. Claggor mentions a soreness in his joints and you advise him to stand in the kitchens for a minute next to the steam and just breathe it in to loosen him up as well as put some aloe vera pulp on his shoulders. Violet comes to you with what might be a broken finger and you give her ice to chew on before you splint it carefully. When there's a problem they know they can count on you and ask for your advice to help them.

You always have an answer for everything. Headache? Press their hand to their forehead and close their eyes, if that doesn't work rub the meat between their thumb and fore finger. If it's a migraine either dip their feet in ice water for about a moment than wait or drink some coffee if Vander has any around. Have a sore throat or feeling a cold/fever come on? Drink a shot of warm lemon juice and gargle some salt water to clear the throat. Little things like that your always able to help with. Apprentally nursing and medicine are one of your other skills.

Vander is so proud of you and the kids for accepting you. He's a busy man with many responsibilities but he always tries to make time for his family with family dinners and checking in during his small breaks. He pulls you aside one day and asks how your doing and adjusting. He's glad to hear you feel comfortable and that the others are so kind to you. He's glad they've initiated you into their little gang and after a talk to catch up he lets you go.

You scrap up and fix things to help the family and make everyone's lifes easier. Your love languae is gift giving and people giving you words of affirmation. Every time you get a compliment from your new family you light up and work twice as hard so you can show them their compliment meant something to you. You've never had a lot but now in a safe place to keep your stuff you begin accumulating more things as well as more time to advance your skills. You make cushions for Vanders bar so people no longer sit on hard wood and you better insulate your guyses room so it doesn't get as cold at night. You make stuffed animals when you have enough scrap clothe and toys like spinner tops or ball in cup for everyone to play with. Your as clever as they come and you try to help your new family in any way possible. You just want to be helpful.

Ekko adores you after that time at Jerrikos and now that your apart of the family. Whenever you have to go to Benzos for something Vander needs he trails after you asking questions about the gang and how your doing. You often have little trinkets for him that you and Powder made and he gets excited to receive the gifts you make him. He also just enjoys your company finding your presense soothing. He becomes like your little brother and much like Powder quickly becomes attached. He tells you all about his ideas and invites you to do jumping contests with him on the trampolines in your clubhouse.

He's a smart kid who's as quick witted as they come. He picks up on things like you do and masters things as long as he has some guidance. Your very proud of him just like Jinx and you always let him know that. His ideas are important to you and you always make sure to keep a note in your head about what he's curentully working on. You love hearing about his newest theories and the gossip he picks up working at Benzos.

You care about your family alot. You mostly do solo jobs and sometimes leave to handle your business alone but you always make sure they get a share. It's been a long time since you've had a family but now that you have one you'll do anything to protect it.

• Kiryu has been in the Yakuza lifestyle since he was a teen to an adult, so he saw many dangerous or traumatizing things, and the only thing he think if whenever he think of his love ones is to protect them, so he think that by protecting you he's also showing his love and loyalty to you.

• And with that, Kiryu rarely shows emotion, but his way of affection is by hugging you or wiping all your tears.

• Kiryu is a touched starved man so whenever he's physically showing affection he's going to hug you tight and inhale your scent, it just makes him relaxed for some reason. 

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling? 

• Kiryu have his own morals, but all those morals are completely thrown out the window when he's at his limits, like if you ever got kidnapped, he's absolutely fucking rocking the whole place, he's punching left to right, not caring about the amount of blood he has in his suit, all he sees is red when ver you're in a dangerous situation. 

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them? 

• Kiryu is already guilty; he know that this isn't right, but that the same time there's this voice on his head saying that this is for your own safety, and with that he mostly treats you with care and respect, he will try to make you comfortable with him or Haruka and the other kids, and he would respect your personal space, if you don't want him around, he will truly understand it and let's your be in both of your room.

• Kiryu will never ever mock you, he knows how stressful this situation is, so he'll try his best to make you comfortable around him.

"Is your futon okay? I can change it and give you mine instead."

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

• Kiryu would never touch you without your permission, he knows that this situation is alright fucked and you hate him already, but atleast he's trying to not make you despise him.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

• Kiryu at first was very much closed off to you, but as time went by and the more he opened up the more vulnerable he became to you.

• Kiryu knows that you have "The Legendary Dragon Of Dojima" wrapped around your finger like no other, if you want something that's completely opposite of morals, like hiring him to kill your former boss who was a dick to you, he would have so many mixed thoughts and arguments in his mind, but in end he's yours and if you want something he'll do it, just to see the smile on your face.

• Kiryu is extremely vulnerable when it comes to you, he will pour out his heart, speak his emotions and problems, while holding your hand so softly. You just truly have him around your palm huh?

"Y/n please. . . Tell me what I should do to make you feel comfortable around me. . ."

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

• He's not surprised, he knew that one day you'd do that. Kiryu knows how powerful he is and how big the gap is between you and you . It comes to strength, so when you try to fight back he'll only knock you out or detain you.

• He'll be very disappointed not at you, but at himself; he feels like an absolute failure, he feels that he did something that may have caused you to fight back.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

• No. Not even a little. He would be dejected and disappointed at himself whenever you try to escape, his least favorite part is scolding you because even though he knows deep down that he should be scolding himself for not being a better lover or protecter.

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

• It would be whenever Kiryu is in a blind rage, like when you get kidnapped because of a Tojo clan drama, and you get dragged into it. Kiryu would fucking lost it, he's punching every person who tries tries encounters him, and with that one of the man accidentally shots at you, at when Kiryu starts beating the absolutely shit out of them  of you. He'll immediately realized what he did when he saw the terror on his face and staring at him like a monster.

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

• Kiryu just wants to have a normal life with you and the orphanage kids or even your own kids (including Haruka of course), but he knows that it's impossible especially when he used to be a Yakuza, on top of that the fourth-chairman of the Tojo clan, so he knows he must abandon the idea of a normal life.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

• Jealousy is a strong emotion, and Kiryu is not the best to show such strong emotions like jealousy.

• But whenever he gets jealous he'll try to keep himself cool and control his emotion, but if he's extremely jealous, he'll stare at them straight to their soul or give them threats and warning to stay away from you while giving them a little smackdown just in case. (I shall pray for the poor thugs who manage to meet Kiryu while he's extremely jealous.)

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

• Very stoic but soft and sweet around you. Kiryu is very much devoted to you, he wants to make a pleasant tension between both of you, so you won't squirm or look at the other way whenever he's talking to you, he will eventually use stockholm syndrome tactics, if things are taking too long.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

• Kiryu is not new to romance but his past romance were only short memories, but going to the process of courting is new to him.

• At first it's going to be awkward but he'll do basic courting like, giving you gifts, taking you out on a date and etcetera, he does want you to look at him in a good way.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

• YES. • Kiryu hates the idea of punishing you especially after all the things he's been through, so most of the time he's trying to reason with you and be gentle around you.

• He won't be taking a lot, but he'll take away the privilege of going outside without him, and running away from him.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

• Incredibly patient, whenever you try to escape he'll scold you in a stern manner like how a mother scolds her own child.

• Like I keep saying, Kiryu is already feeling guilty of kidnapping you so hum being patient with you is the least thing he can do to make you like him.

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

• He would be absolutely devastated, he always blames himself whenever someone close to him dies, and Kiryu is super emotionally attached to you, so when you die, it feels like a big chunk of his emotional dependency just crashes. Yes he's going to get up and keep moving with life but he's never going to be the same. (Haruka is very much worried.)

• If you successfully leave It won't be long when Kiryu finds you. Maybe it is his good reputation of protecting the civilians or the ties of the underworld.

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

• Extremely guilty, he knows that this is absolutely wrong and he should let you go but at the same time he's doing this to protect you.

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

• His way of living, especially when he was in the Yakuza as a child. Kiryu saw some fucked up shit since he was young and he knows what would reality do to kind people like you, so he's always ready to put his life on the line just for you.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

• Devastated. He knows that what you're doing is logical in this situation but whenever you cry because of him, he just feels like a piece of shit for ruining your life.

Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

• The chance of Kiryu hitting you is never, but the chance of Kiryu letting you go is pretty slim actually, like only slim okay, I wouldn't let my hopes up if I were you.

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

• His emotional dependency on you, you can have "The Legendary Dragon Of Dojima" on your feet begging for you to look at him after you've been ignoring him for weeks.

Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

• Never. Physical absolutely never, he would rather jump off a cliff rather than hit you, but when it comes to emotional? Only if it's the last choice.

Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

• You're mostly the reason why he wakes up and keeps moving forward, so he would go to such lengths to win you, maybe even battling his own morals.

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

• Kiryu wouldn't really snap, he's willing to wait for you to love him or even look at his direction, Kiryu observes you alot so he might do something to give your pace a little push.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

• Kiryu will never do it intentionally, he mostly wants to use Stockholm Syndrome on you, but if he has to then it's the last resort.

- He would have a hard time with it, and would get frustrate over the fans pretty easily. Why're they so light, but so hard to move? He's not the most familiar with wind resistance, and gets frustrated at how difficult moving a fan can be.

- When Zoro sees you use it, seeing you slice through the air like it was a sword, he would be intrigued, wondering how such a fan has potential his own slicing abilities.

- You wouldn't be able to give him a lot of encouragement or words of praise, he'd think you're being condescending and immediately be on the defensive. Just let him do his thing, maybe practice things 'on your own' beside him so he can subtly (or so he thinks) sneak glances at you and try copying your form and technique

- If he gets something he was struggling with right, he'll be so snobby and proud about it, looking at you with a triumphantly smug grin. "See that? I'll be better than you in no time."

- Egging him on, taunting him, boasting of your own skill are the best ways to get him to try harder at it, because he'll be damned if there's something he can't do, and can't do well if he tries at it.

- You might wonder if he enjoys it, if he's getting anything out of learning your style of fighting, but then one day you'll see him pull a new move with his sword that heavily echoes your own technique and things you taught him.

- If you call him out for using your style, he'd deny it asking why he'd ever use a shitty fan-style anyways. But, Zoro would deny it so heavily and so condescendingly that it's blaringly obvious that he did in fact use your style as inspiration.

- Sanji would have a light in your eyes like you've never seen when he gets intrigued by the way you move so gracefully with such a giant fan, the way your footwork seemed like a dance whenever you fought.

- As hard as you might try, Sanji wouldn't be interested in actually using your fan, he really just wants to know how you learned move like you do.

- He'd listen intently, follow step by step, side by side your instruction. The cook is begrudgingly open to critique, but would quickly get annoyed if you don't sprinkle in compliments also.

- He's not a fan of being bad at something, and in his mind being new is the same as being bad. So please, compliment and praise the chef whenever you can.

- Sanji would have a light in your eyes like you've never seen when he gets something down smoothly for once, telling you about how natural it felt and how he thought he might be able to incorporate to a new fighting style or move.

- If Sanji got the hang of it, he would ask you to watch him train. When he's more confident in his ability he is more open and eager for feedback, ready to get stronger and finally pass that damn marimo.

Jotaro(pt4) mentors you on Stands

Platonic Mentor!Jotaro x TransferStudent!Reader

So I see Jotaro first out right refusing to mentor anyone

He feels like if he teachers you about stands then he’ll end up responsible for whatever happens to you

But once he sees you freeze up during a fight against Red Hot Chili Pepper, he changes his mind

You almost get killed but he uses Star Platinum to stop time and shove you away

Anyways, he sees you as a defenseless target if he doesn’t teach you something

And Josuke won’t stop harassing him to teach you

Your first lesson is in Josuke’s backyard and it goes as smoothly as a prickly pear cactus

You attempt to manifest your close range stand Bowie who resembles a giant boa constrictor

It takes you a minute to just get him there

And then when Jotaro gets close to you so he can look at the stand, it just bites his arm and won’t let go

“So this is what you’ve been hiding.”

You basically freak out and apologize before running away

I see Jotaro only taking offense that you didn’t trust him enough to get close to you

But he’s impressed by your stand’s strength and speed

Jotaro does a bunch of research on how to instill confidence because he believes that’s what you’re lacking

“Your stand is strong, I’ll give you that. But it won’t take orders from someone who isn’t sure of themself.”

He uses positive reinforcement but often accidentally talks down or says something harsh

This usually happens when he gets frustrated

“I don’t care how many times you’ve hit your target, quit acting like a brat and train.”

But when he does he apologizes with a

“Look, I’m sorry kid. Patience just isn’t my virtue. Let’s take it from the top and forget I said that.”

He uses Star Platinum to give you thumbs ups or pats on the head when you’re doing well because that stuff is too embarrassing for him to do

Star also cheers you on with little hushed oras when you’re trying to focus, it’s distracting but also very cute

Jotaro sounds harsh when he’s giving you lessons, but it’s usually just his tone.

He wants to make sure you know how serious this is

Sometimes during lessons he’ll mention a stand he fought once on his journey to Egypt and how he outsmarted them.

If you try to ask about Egypt on its own though, he’ll pretend he doesn’t hear you or will tell you to focus on the lesson, not the story

When he sees you improve in your stand fighting, he begins to teach you a few self defense techniques to keep you safe while your stand fights

He even spars with you sometimes, but Star is always one step ahead of your stand

By the time your fourth lesson rolls around, he’s pretty confident in your ability to defend yourself

He has trust issues with his judgement though so he doesn’t want you to go out fighting stand users without him or Josuke by your side

During one lesson when you’re doing especially well, he lets a proud smile slip

You point it out to him and he tries to deny even having a face, he’s so embarrassed

“Yare Yare Daze… I don’t smile. Now get back to training before I get Star to knock you on your ass, brat.”

He nearly loses it after going back to the hotel that day, feeling even more responsible for you now that he sees you as someone he cares about

Shinobu- She really cares about your mental and physical health, so she's always doing mini check-ups with you. Shinobu doesn't judge you in the slightest; if you don't want to talk, that's fine with her. Since she works in the Butterfly estate most of the day, she leaves your favorite foods outside your room in the mornings

Mitsuri- Is so happy she has a sibling to share clothes and food with! She somehow always picks out the best colors and sizes for you, so you'll never have to even worry about that anymore. Mitsuri will take you to the best restaurants and doesn't ever judge you for the amount of food you do or don't eat; though with her, the bill is always super high

Uzui- Not only are you getting a brother- you're also getting 3 sisters. Uzui cracks jokes 24/7 and literally never fails to make you laugh, even when you're having a tough day. His wives make sure you're taken care of- they brush your hair, remind you to brush your teeth, make sure you go to bed on time... best sisters ever. Uzui takes you shopping all the time and buys you thr flashiest clothes because you deserve the best

Muichiro- Most of the time he forgets to take care of himself, so having a sibling there to remind him is great. He might not be the best at comfort or talking in general, but he does bring you things like rocks he found on a walk that he thought were pretty. Muichiro likes to cloud gaze with you; most of the time he ends up napping though

Giyuu- You are extremely important to him since he's lost so much already. Your safety and comfort is his number one priority; he even bought a house eventually because he didn't want you to always be traveling with him. Giyuu will listen if you ever need to rant and gives really good advice, despite what the other Pillars might say. Might buy you a dog or cat so you aren't alone when he goes out on missions

Sanemi- Play fights with you all the time. If there's only one Ohagi left and you both want it, it's WWE smack down in the kitchen. Sometimes he'll let you win just for fun; you can always tell when he does because he has the tiniest smile on his face while play punching you. Might ask you how he should apologize to Genya if he trusts you enough, but it would take a long time

Obani- He always wanted a sibling when he was younger; someone he could trust and go to when he needed to talk. Obani tries his hardest to not reveal his crush on Mitsuri around you because he doesn't want to get made fun of. If you do find out, he becomes super bashful and tries his absolute hardest to never have you two in the same room

Gyomei- It's a little bittersweet for him to have another sibling because of the ones he lost before. He tries to protect you while also respecting your boundaries; he understands that he can't protect you forever. Gyomei is a big fan of everything you do though! He listens to all of your interests and gives feedback/ asks questions about it after you finish talking
