Got really curious about salmon for some reason… btw salmon have different colored meat because of the different amounts of krill and other like animals they eat! the different blood is because of the Hämoglobin in their blood coming in contact with the oxygen rich substances in their bodies, making the blood a golden-brown color. And I couldnt find anything on the reason why they are like this but I’m happy with this!
