"boy moms we need to do better" ok so the first step is no longer calling yourself a boy mom and not building your identity around having a son
happy mother's day
an unexpected thing coming from megumi
The JJK fandom calling Yuta a predator will always affect me on a spiritual level.
1. People can and do have platonic soulmates and I believe that’s the case here. Even if the relationship changed I believe rika and Yuta are always meant to be in each other’s lives in some form
2. In no way did Yuta hint or want anything romantic or sexual with Rika. Their love is “pure” as he stated specifically and even got offended when it was suggested otherwise
Love can look like many different things and doesn’t always have to be romantic.
everyone say thank you to black trans women and black trans men
I see a lot of people hate Mei Mei, which, I don’t blame them because obviously. However, I feel like people forget about how she was raised and what was expected from her.
A lot of people disagree with me when I say that the clans are abusive groups/cults, and that includes every one of them not just the zen’in, especially towards the women born into them. Mei Mei is no exception from the abuse and it’s stated she was forced into marriages throughout her life by her parents and clan.
I believe Mei Mei and Ui Ui were raised to believe that their bond/relationship was normal and even healthy between siblings by their clan and was encouraged by abusers. Obviously I’m not saying it’s good or saying it’s right but I think people don’t ever look deeper into the why they might be the way they are. Sort of a explanation not excuse thing
shiro baby!!
I love your addiction to this sm! I agree whole heartedly I think the time period it was released and it seemingly being a lot of peoples first animes/exposer to anything really as dark as black butler (I say this because atp not much media really tackled trafficking or pedophilia, especially anime, in a serious way like it did) and most people arnt thinking the ramifications of how that trauma affects a child. I find it interesting that people are thankfully now realizing Claude was absolutely abusive towards Alois because man growing up I remember seeing how people would always say he was in the right and it makes me so sad
Alois hate is so forced imo. I will never understand why people love Ciel but hate him when they are THE SAME just different flavors. Alois is a traumatized boy who learned everything from his environment. In my opinion it’s because people cannot handle traumatized people who are not “perfect” and good people, they hate traumatized people who are not perfect survivors
i never learn unfortunately 🙂↕️
