everyone say thank you to black trans women and black trans men
This might anger some JJK fans but I’m very passionate about this. The way Geto is talked about is an insult to his character/arc/etc. maybe this comes off as high and mighty of me but man it makes me genuinely sad.
Firstly, I feel a lot of people when they think of Geto, they think of JJK 0 geto, not the Geto from Hidden Inventory/Premature Death Arc, just the version of him when he was at rock bottom and you can say his mental health was at its lowest.
Secondly, a lot of people only label him as a “evil cult leader” and never dig deeper into why his mental health deteriorated. Imagine the one person who you adored and loved, constantly put himself in danger and didn’t necessarily care because he views himself as nothing but a weapon. You’re constantly worrying if it was the last time you’d ever talk to him. Him not recognizing the fact he’s playing into the abuse he was put through.
Another thing that people give Geto shit is “he through a tantrum because he didn’t like the taste of curses!”. That completely ignores everything else and also, es allowed to complain about the rancid taste he has to suffer through, suffer through for the higher up who frankly don’t give a shit about him or gojo or anyone as long as they keep preforming as asked
They are two completely different things...
I keep having to block those fourteen and fifteen year olds that are essentially advertising themselves as single because they payed for tumblr premium or whatever 😭
I see a lot of people hate Mei Mei, which, I don’t blame them because obviously. However, I feel like people forget about how she was raised and what was expected from her.
A lot of people disagree with me when I say that the clans are abusive groups/cults, and that includes every one of them not just the zen’in, especially towards the women born into them. Mei Mei is no exception from the abuse and it’s stated she was forced into marriages throughout her life by her parents and clan.
I believe Mei Mei and Ui Ui were raised to believe that their bond/relationship was normal and even healthy between siblings by their clan and was encouraged by abusers. Obviously I’m not saying it’s good or saying it’s right but I think people don’t ever look deeper into the why they might be the way they are. Sort of a explanation not excuse thing
Now it's Geto's turn to become a brazilian🗣🗣🖐🖐💥💥
"boy moms we need to do better" ok so the first step is no longer calling yourself a boy mom and not building your identity around having a son
Based on that twitter trend
i hope this isnt a dream
A fucking womb transplant, what an incredible thing. Fair play to all involved. A positive news story amidst all the dire shite.
The JJK fandom calling Yuta a predator will always affect me on a spiritual level.
1. People can and do have platonic soulmates and I believe that’s the case here. Even if the relationship changed I believe rika and Yuta are always meant to be in each other’s lives in some form
2. In no way did Yuta hint or want anything romantic or sexual with Rika. Their love is “pure” as he stated specifically and even got offended when it was suggested otherwise
Love can look like many different things and doesn’t always have to be romantic.
