Anne’s house in the woods represented comfort, innocence, childhood. Now that that is destroyed, maybe they’ll build a new form of shelter. (aka an upgraded one, aka growing up)

Gilbert and Anne making that upgraded version of the house

Gilbert and Bash thriving in their business. (Maybe even making some innovations)

Mary, Bash and Gilbert all living in the Blythe home.

By doing that, they start breaking down the oppressive walls of racism in Avonlea.

It gets on my nerves when people basically want Bum to forget the fact that Sangwoo is an abusive murderer and blame him for not "comforting Sangwoo" like.... WHAT?

I think one of the character development that bum have and i'm proud of, could be seen when sangwoo strangled him. There was no fear in bum's eyes. Only genuine urge to help his loved one. Even when sangwoo said he regreted the time he didnt kill bum, bum was crying not because of what sangwoo said, but because his heart also broke for him. I hope people would stop blaming bum as the bad guy because of his bad decisions. He really wanted to help sangwoo. He just didnt know how to

Omg yes yes bum was nearly about to die by him (for the 3rd time) but he immediately got close to him , talked to him and wanted to help him as much as he could. even though he knew he can’t stand being without sangwoo he asked him if he should go away from him if that would make him feel better. He didn’t think about himself all he cared about was sangwoo . seriously, sangwoo is lucky to have bum.

Bum doesn’t know what sangwoo is going through so he doesn’t know how to help him and I believe If sangwoo would have told bum about everything things would have gone better. But idk why sangwoo is choosing to suffer alone. I wonder if it cuz he doesn’t trust bum or cuz he’s ashamed of his past and thinks he will gonna look at him differently
