Giving yourself a subcutaneous injection is insanely easy and forgiving. If they weren't, pharmacies wouldn't prescribe you your own meds to inject at home with less than 10 minutes of instruction. I've been doing my own weekly for years with at most bruising/bleeding from fucking it up.

I'd never give myself anything IV, but subQ/intra is totally fine to do yourself.

Its real, but it's decreasing in popularity. Although there have been cases in which meat traders were stealing pet cats to sell to be eaten in China, but it's not legal to do so. My only issue is that idk if cats and dogs can be ethically farmed since dog breeds meant to be eaten aren't really a thing any more. But industrial farming is already terrible, so idk how much worse it really is.

It's probably a xenophobic rumour/exaggeration anyway, but even if it is real, are dog meat festivals that big of a deal? That's where I hear a lot of rescue dogs are from. How is it any different from festivals where pork/beef are served? I wouldn't personally ever eat it but I acknowledge it's because of my own biases
