This is just my 2¢ as a nonbinary person but I genuinely think that cis people's gender is just as constructed as trans people's. Cis people love to accuse us of having making up genders or artificially modifying our appearance but....the entire makeup, fashion, diet, workout, and haircare industry exists so that cis people can maintain the illusion of two entirely distinct genders with no overlap.

this drives me crazy because that's literally not what feminism was about ... autonomy is part of it of course but that was a result of.. females being oppressed due to their sex.

the transrace vs transgender thing is sooo interesting to me. like they really just picked which one would be okay and which one wouldn’t be. it’s okay for a man to put on a dress and makeup and decide he’s a woman and we all need to shut up and support him and let him in to woman’s spaces but the white girl putting clips on her eyes at night and saying she’s korean is totallyyyyy different and bad. and the tras can’t even answer what the difference is they just dance around it

I feel so awful for all the young girls being forced into religion and forced to wear a hijab. imagine being born and being told your whole life that you must cover yourself, must hide your body, because your body is inherently sexual - you are inherently sexual and must be hidden just because you were born a girl.
