I can guarantee pushing yourself until you die will not help your section. most times it will hurt them. if you hurt your ankle in drill - take a few reps off. if you are in actual danger of throwing up or passing out, take a little break. drink some water. stretch out your hands, percussionists. it's to no one's benefit if you can't function
